We were one of the couples that got caught up in the Zephyr venue's bankruptcy mentioned in several reviews here. We didn't do an inclusive package with the Zephyr so our contract ...
with them and our contract with Libations were separate. It took a few weeks to get a response from Libations (probably because they were getting flooded with calls and emails) but they got back to us a few weeks before our wedding date. We were able to find a new venue so Libations just had to bring their operation there. Cory and Amber were super helpful with helping us nail down the finer details of the wedding. We provided a timeline for when our drop off catering would arrive what the room needed to look like.
When they showed up on the big day they hit the ground running. I was able to walk them through what needed to be on each table and showed them the space where they were going to set up just as I headed out the door to go change for the wedding. I came back less than an hour later and they were pretty much ready to go and waiting on other vendors to show up so they could coordinate getting things out to guests. I'm glad that they were there because we wouldn't have really been able to move forward without them. They brought everything except food so we would have had to get small stuff like plates, silverware, and ice as well as a new service team. I understand that we were very fortunate in how our situation panned out versus a lot of other people here but in the interest of fairness because Libations did come through and did a wonderful job all things considered.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it was difficult to get them to reply to my emails a few weeks out from the wedding.
Purchased the all inclusive package with The Zephyr which required all payments be made to Libations. Venue closed 1.5 months before my wedding day. We payed everything except the ...
last payment and have received NO money back and NO response to emails. Stay away!
We were required by our original wedding venue, The Stockhouse, to book with Libations. When The Stockhouse cancelled our wedding 2 months before our wedding day, we found out that...
the owner of Libations is the boyfriend of the owner of The Stockhouse and The Zephry. We requested a refund and received 50%. Based on other couples, reviews it looks like we were lucky to get that. We have been trying to get in touch with Corey for months now and have not heard back. Stay far away from Libations, The Stockhouse, and The Zephyr.

e. Many of our guests also complained that the food was limited and we’re not given enough. Luckily my dad bought pizza or else I would’ve had like one bite of food at my own wedding that’s how bad it was.

ny of whom were vegan, gluten free, and allium free! We did not have to worry about our guests, and the food options that they had were so good rather than a bland serving of veggies. They also made our cutting cake as well as a sweets table, and it was all so delicious. Cory was so responsive and helpful even when we were stuck deciding menu! Thanks so much!!!
