We honestly don’t have the words to express how grateful we are for our wedding team. Our wedding day was one of the most meaningful days of our lives, and each of you helped make ...
it everything we dreamed of and more. From the happy tears and wedding day anxiety to all the little moments, we felt so cared for, supported, and understood.
Sidney, our photographer, made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, even though we can be awkward when we know someone is taking our pictures! Her creative eye, incredible artistic vision, caring personality, and genuine love for what she does made working with her such a joy. We’re so grateful she was the one capturing these memories for us.
Joanna, our hair and makeup artist, was so patient and reassuring when I got anxious about having my makeup done for the first time. She listened to everything I wanted, made me feel beautiful when I was stressed, and created a look that made me feel like the best version of myself. My hair was phenomenal, and her calming presence made such a difference.
Our florist brought the ideas in my head to life perfectly! The flowers looked exactly like my inspiration pictures and were everything I could have asked for. I couldn’t have imagined them more beautiful!
Rich, our wedding planner, made us feel heard and genuinely cared for from the beginning. One of our favorite memories was when he literally jumped across the rocks just to get to us and give us a hug while we were taking photos!!! That moment perfectly captured how much heart he puts into what he does. We never felt like just another couple, and we’ll always remember how special he made us feel.
Ryan, our officiant, brought such a warm, joyful energy to our ceremony. He genuinely seemed excited for us and the life we were beginning together. He made our ceremony feel intimate and personal, exactly as we had envisioned, and it meant so much to feel that he truly cared about the marriage we were beginning.
Julie, our coordinator, was such a fun, positive presence! She kept everything organized behind the scenes and took so much stress off our plates, allowing us to be present and enjoy our day.
What we appreciate most is that every one of you made us feel cared for as people, not just clients. You were patient with our nerves, embraced all the emotions, and helped make our day so special.
If we could do it all over again, we would choose this team every single time. Thank you for being part of the beginning of our marriage and giving us memories we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. We feel so lucky to have found you all, and we’ll forever look back on our wedding day with full hearts, happy tears, and so much gratitude.
I came across Arizona Elopement Collective while searching for places to elope in Arizona, Utah, and Nevada. It had always been my dream to get married in the desert—ideally at the...
Grand Canyon—but I wasn’t sure how to make it happen.
When I found AEC, the photography immediately caught my attention. After talking it over with my then-fiancé, we applied to meet with Rich. From our very first conversation, he took the time to get to know us, asking about our story, why we wanted to get married in Sedona, and what mattered most to us. Rich was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind throughout the entire planning process, always answering our questions and making us feel supported.
Once we decided to move forward with Arizona Elopement Collective, we met every few months to plan the details. They handled everything so thoughtfully that I never felt stressed or overwhelmed. By the time our wedding day arrived, all we had to do was be present and enjoy it.
The day itself was everything we had dreamed of and more. Rich and his team made sure every detail went seamlessly, allowing us to fully soak in every moment. It truly felt like a fairytale, and we’re forever grateful that Arizona Elopement Collective brought our dream wedding to life.

tforward and stress-free. On our wedding day, they handled all the details so we could just focus on each other and enjoy the moment. Their photos captured something real and beautiful that we'll treasure forever. They showed up ready to work and genuinely cared about making our day special. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Choosing Rich & Shelby Satnam at
“Arizona Elopement Collective” was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day. Everything was so seamless, stress-free, and beautifully put together. They made the entire experience feel so personal and special, and truly brought our vision to life
We highly recommend going this route if you’re considering eloping, it was 110% the best decision we could have made. We are beyond happy with how everything turned out and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day!

cation was excellent, every detail was planned beautifully, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. It was the most special and effortless way to enjoy the most perfect day.
Rene and Abria were phenomenal for hair and makeup, so talented and so much fun to start the day with. And Sidney, our photographer, was absolutely amazing. She’s such a sweetheart and matched our energy and vibes perfectly.
Everyone seemed to really hear us and care about every step of our experience.
10/10, truly the best day ever!

we were in the best hands. From start to finish, Rich, Shelby, Kelsey, and the entire team were incredibly communicative, responsive, patient, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic. They took the time to really get to know us and understand the kind of experience we wanted. Honestly, if you can dream it, this team can make it happen. Rich and Shelby are absolute experts at what they do.
Our elopement day itself was pure magic and by far the easiest and most joyful day of our lives. We showed up with just our dress and suit, and everything else had already been beautifully taken care of. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, leaving us free to simply soak in the moment. The entire day was filled with laughter, love, and zero stress. We would relive it over and over again if we could!

come to life. Florals, hair and makeup, ceremony and logistics, it was all taken care of! It was a day more perfect than we could ever plan ourselves. Everyone on the team was kind, professional, and genuinely happy to be part of our day. We never felt stressed or rushed. They gave us moments to breathe, laugh, take it all in, and just be together as a couple. Our guests kept saying how perfect everything felt, and we totally agree. Now we're home, still walking on air, and we keep talking about how happy we are to have done it this way and so thankful we trusted this amazing team with our story. If you're even thinking of eloping, do it with AEC! We would do it again in a heartbeat!

When I say that the only thing we had to worry about was where to eat for dinner the night of our wedding, I'm not joking. For whatever reason that was still the hardest decision to make and Rich & Shelby still made that easy with all their recommendations. They took care of literally everything! EVERYTHING! That doesn't come with giving a little something....trust. You can definitely be as involved as you want to be in this process, and we decided to let the collective do most of the decision making, all we had to do was send the inspo. Their photographer and videographers are incredible. I didn't even do a hair and make up trial, literally met her day of and it SLAYED! Flowers, sent inspo, it was so beautiful that we decided to preserve it in resin. They provide a detailed list of the things you need, so you don't have to think about it. They come up with the entire wedding timeline, they even help you by laying out options so you can choose your own adventure, quite literally. We went off roading for our wedding and had an absolute BLAST!
My husband and I have been to quite a few weddings and we've seen people stressed out throughout the process. We got to date each other throughout ours. It's a lot mentally, emotionally, financially, to plan a wedding. The collective helps eliminate most of that stress so you get to enjoy being engaged. You get to enjoy your wedding day. Working with the collective was the best wedding decision we made and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Rich, Shelby, their vendors, and entire team are truly amazing and caring people. We will always recommend them for small, intimate, elopement style weddings.

nd not to mention, the pictures are EXACTLY what my fiancé was hoping for. They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process which made it much easier and overall were just really cool people. If you are on the fence about selecting photographer, I mean this wholeheartedly; look no further! And Doug is the coolest dog in the world by the way! Cannot thank you three enough for making our special moment just that much more special!

on transported us into a realm of ethereal wedding beauty.
Waking before dawn, we hiked up to Cathedral Rock at 3:30 AM, where the world was shrouded in stillness, and the promise of a glorious sunrise awaited us. Rich and Shelby’s adventurous spirit made this early trek one of the highlights of our journey, and captured the importance of the sunrise pre-ceremony we wished for.
Midday, the incredible cacao ceremony and yoga session they led grounded us in a shared intention, enveloping us in a space of love and connection. The serene sound bath, echoing through the desert, further deepened our experience, creating a tapestry of sensations that resonated within our hearts. We were able to rest, recharge, and reconnect to ourselves and one another.
Later that day, their talented team of artists—from the stunning makeup and hair stylist to the enchanting Super 8 videography—brought our vision to life. Each detail was crafted with care, reflecting the sacredness of our union. The sunset ceremony, framed by the majestic red rocks of Sedona at Secret Slick, was nothing short of breathtaking. With Cathedral Rock in the background, it was exactly what we imagined and more!
Peter and I are eternally grateful to Rich and Shelby for curating an unforgettable celebration of our love. Their unwavering support, enthusiasm, and artistry blessed us with a day that transcended our dreams—an experience woven into the very fabric of the Sedona desert we love so very much.
Thank you, Arizona Elopement Collective, for crafting a day that will live in our hearts forever.<3
Rich was truly the most incredible wedding officiant we could have asked for!! So many of our guests said, 1) He's the best officiant they had ever seen, 2) "Is he friends with you...
guys??" and 3) That it was the most intimate, personalized, and delightful ceremony!!
Beyond this, we learned that Rich is consistently thoughtful, intentional, and just an extremely cool person. He helped make the whole process stress-free and unique to us.

tant day stress-free and super smooth -- the last thing we wanted to worry about were day-of logistics, but Rich and Shelby helped us organize an agenda and made sure that all of our vendors and celebrants were on schedule. We could not be happier with the pre-wedding consultations, officiating, and photography services provided by Let's Knot and Say We Did - We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an intimate and intentional elopement style / micro-wedding!

rsonal/intimate. Rich and Shelby are hands down some of the most incredible humans we've ever met. We had a vision and they brought it to LIFE! They were there for us every step of the way- from the our first zoom "interview" to parting our ways post ceremony-- they even stopped by our reception, how cool?! We are so extremely grateful for their genuine commitment to their customers' happiness and to bringing out the authenticity of our relationship and channeling into the most beautiful, unforgettable ceremony ever. Rich officiating, Shelby capturing the day.. the whole package!! They were our people for about 7 months. They were (are) accessible, reliable, and brilliant. They've touched us beyond our wedding; inspired us to both live a life more freely and true to ourselves. We never dreamt we would connect with a "wedding planner" so much- but what they offer is different. You won't understand until you experience it. Highly recommend, hands down. Felt like a break up when our wedding was over- even though I'm 99% sure neither one of them would hesitate to answer a random call from us. We wouldn't change a single thing.
Such an amazing company. I’ve witnessed multiple weddings hosted by Rich and his team and they’ve all gone amazingly. Highly recommended

ceremony we had the opportunity of working with Brittany, who is by far the sweetest most grounding soul in existence. Brittany captured the essence of us and was able to script a ceremony completely tailored to us and our love. We got so may complements from our guests on what a beautiful ceremony it was and many people asking if our officiant was a lifelong friend since she knew us so well. Would recommend Brittany with all my heart. She will keep you present, grounded, and guide you through your vows with ease.

edding in the midst of a pandemic. Being from the other side of the globe planning a wedding in the United States was just overwhelming. I had no idea how or when the wedding would happen. I just knew one thing, I wanted to get married to my wonderful husband, have our parents there and celebrate our love. Obviously like any bride to be I started doing an extensive research into wedding planners and all-inclusive packages. All that I was presented with was pages and pages of brochures with no human contact really. I came across Let’s Knot at the very end and knew instantly if anyone was going to marry us it had to be them. The website truly represents what they stand for. Within days of reaching out Rich and Shelby arranged for us to meet virtually and in person and iron out some details. I still remember getting off the call me and my husband said to each other, ‘Hell yeah these guys are getting us married!’ Over the next few weeks Rich, Shelby and the entire team got in touch with us to get to know the tiny little details that even I wouldn’t have thought of. They planned EVERY SINGLE thing, the decor, flowers, music, unity ceremony, make up and even our Limo ride. All I did was get dressed on the day of the wedding, enjoy a nice brunch with my mum and dad and drive down to the ceremony. I was stress free knowing exactly what was going to happen and when, because guess what they even gave me an itinerary with all the parts of the ceremony. On the day of the wedding Rich reached out and made sure we were feeling great, the ceremony was amazing and heartfelt. While we clicked couples pictures he even hung out with our parents. My father-in-law said that it seemed as though Rich really knew us as he was officiating our wedding. All the details everything, mind-blowing. The memory of the day is still fresh in my mind. Rich really helped us celebrate our love in the most unique way. If you are someone who is confused, doesn’t know where to start and wants something truly special and intimate don’t look any further. The experience of getting married by Let's Knot in the most intimate setting is something you don't want to miss out on. Did I also mention that they pulled all this off in less than three weeks after I contacted them? Yep, that’s how AWESOME they are!
Brittany was great! I loved the process of meeting beforehand and the questionnaire! Really made for a beautiful ceremony
