About this vendor
Although Kathryn's love for the art of hairstyling was apparent from her early years, she had a non-traditional start as a hair stylist, instead opting for the fashion world first. She attended the Fashion Institute of Technology. There, she was surrounded by artists and designers who influenced her style to be bolder and more non-conventional.
After graduating F.I.T., she was a standout at the Capri Cosmetology Centers, having been selected as a finalist in national hair competitions in just her first year. She has worked at multiple hair salons in New York, consistently delivering her sensational attention to detail and stand out style to every client that she's worked with.
Today, she's available for freelance assignments, including everything from fashion shoots to wedding day hair.

My hair looked better than I had envisioned, it looked incredible ! I received so many compliments later on that day. The style even kept for hours as I look back at the photos and not one hair was out of place. I would highly recommend her, and will never go to another hair stylist. She is the best!

ely happy with our hair. Something I always get nervous about is my hair staying for an entire day in its curls. I had an outside wedding and have thick hair and Kathryn was able to get my hair to stay curled the entire day. She even helped work my flower crown into my hair style. I would recommend Kathryn for your wedding! Kathryn was also very responsive and easy to make an appointment with.

impler, she'll do that perfectly too. When I had my trial, I showed her pictures and she nailed them. Then I changed my mind and wanted something less on the day of and she was brilliant. She also did a halo braid for my sister that looked AMAZING (as did all the other bridesmaids and moms). All around awesome hairstylist and lovely person. I would strongly recommend her for your wedding and any other event where you want your hair to look on point.

breath of fresh air on the morning of my wedding. I felt relaxed and confident that my hair and wedding would turn out remarkable. At my trial, Kathryn listened carefully to how I wanted my hair to look and offered her own twist on the styles I suggested, which I hadn't seen before, not even after all the hours I spent pinning different pictures of hairstyles. I never felt rushed or pushed into doing my hair a certain way. The price was right and the service and end product were nothing short of amazing. My hair was Pinterest worthy and my newly married friends also used Kathryn for their weddings after they saw my hair on my wedding day!

ven met me out one day to help me buy accessories. She's a real sweetheart and she does amazing work! Not only did I love my hair the day of my wedding but all my bridesmaids loved how their hair came out to, they all got exactly what they wanted and we all looked beautiful! She's creative and good at what she does, I actually changed what I wanted the day of my wedding because a lot of my bridesmaids ended up doing something very similar to what i had originally wanted and she was so flexible and sweet about it and she came up with a new idea on the fly that I absolutely loved that wasn't so different from the overall look I wanted but was different enough to make my hair stand out from the rest. I highly recommend Kathryn, I could not have been happier with her and her work. She really helped to make my day so special by giving me a look I've always dreamed of for my wedding day.

wedding day came, I was confident that my hair was going to look great.. and it sure did. I got compliments all day long and it held up all day and night (and in 100 degree August heat!). I couldn't have asked for a better experience and am grateful for a timeless and beautiful hair style in all of my pictures.

Besides being super talented, she can copy any picture you give her. And she always adds her flare. She's punctual, comes to you with all equipment and supplies, appropriately priced and makes you feel like family. I recommend her to my family members, friends and anyone looking for an "on the go" hairdresser. One of a kind!!
