Lenzner’s were so easy to work with. We had a quite a bit of changes leading up to the wedding day because of Covid & Lisa handled everything so well and professionally. The driver...
was awesome as well and kept the schedule perfectly on time. Thanks Lisa!!
The shuttle worked out so so well for our wedding day! The driver, Eric, was awesome!! He was very professional and kept the group on schedule! Would highly recommend!
Great coach bus. On time, kept the schedule, bus was clean and well kept, friendly driver, best price in the area.
Tim and Kathy were an absolute joy to work with. They made everything run so smoothly and gave us kind and professional drivers for our big day. They were on time, knew how to get ...
everywhere, and were willing to accommodate our last minute changes in locations and numbers. When our best man left his phone in one of the shuttles, the driver brought it back to the wedding venue in her own car, even though her shift had ended! I give Lenzner an A+!
I am so glad we found Lenzner for our wedding shuttle. We had our guests shuttled from a parking lot a 1/4 mile away from our ceremony site at my parents' home. They live at the en...
d of a dead end. We were looking for a company who would be available to bring our guests to the wedding and then to do loops from the wedding to the parking lot throughout the night for anyone coming late or needing to get to their cars.
You would not believe how difficult it was to find someone to do this. Some places wanted to charge an arm and a leg, another place would not allow their van to go in reverse for "liability reasons". Other places would not call us back. A month before the wedding, we were panicking. My mom thought of Lenzner who had shuttles for the Sewickley House Tour. Thankfully they were available. They had no issues with any of the stipulations for the evening or maneuvering anywhere. The price was fair, and while I myself did not ride the shuttle, I was told everything went smoothly, the driver was polite and funny, and the shuttle was clean and well maintained.
Lenzner Tours were very professional and timely through their responses and service. We used their 25 passenger mini bus for our bridal party transportation and it worked out grea...
t for what we needed, which was just transportation that kept us cool. They were everywhere they needed to be per the schedule and were very flexible while we took photos around the city. Very reliable.
Booked my honeymoon with their Monroeville Office. Great suggestion on going to Punta Cana. The place was amazing!
Becky Jones and her coworkers were a pleasure to work with. Thank you all for your great customer service!
My only suggestion to future Brides&Grooms is to send in the actual di...
rections with your itineraries. Our buses did use their gps but it took them a longer route, thus cutting our time short for pictures by about 10 minutes. It wasn't a problem, but something I would suggest to include. Thanks Lenzner!
We used Lenzner for bus transportation for our guests to and from the ceremony to the reception. We heard nothing but good things from the guests regarding the bus, the bus driver...
and the transportation. We are very happy that we used them to transport our guests!
My only issue was that because it was a weekend, we had to rent the bus for eight hours and only utilized three of them. Otherwise, totally worth it!
We used 2 buses from Lenzer as transportation for the bridal party and for our guests. The drivers were very professional. My only recommendation would be for the company to prov...
ide the drivers with a gps.
The office called to tell me that the driver did a dry run and needed to make a small change and that was fine with me. I didn't except her to get lost for 45 minutes the day of th...
e wedding and the change was just dropping the groom and his boys off and them walking for photos. I almost missed my photo session if it wasn't for a couple wedding guest that drove me and my gals to our location. Then after the wedding Lenzner tried blaming everything on the groom being late. He wasn't the one behind the wheel going the wrong way, he was the only tring to give directions to a women who wouldn't listen. Don't use!
Due to our large bridal party, we needed something larger to take us from the wedding to the reception. Lenzner's 24 passenger minibus was perfect!! We ended up getting a second ...
shuttle to transport guests safely from the reception back to the hotels. They did a great job tolerating a bunch of crazy guests!!
the buses got myself and the guests from point a to point b without an issue.
They were on time and knew exactly where to go. They even decorated the trolley for my wedding! They are very friendly to work with and much more reasonable as far as price goes c...
ompared to Molly's Trolleys.
We really wanted a trolley service for our wedding, and Lezner was able to provide that for us.
The driver was on time and was great with navigating around the city.
They stopped at another photo site witout it being on our intinery. I forgot to add it. The driver had no problem with stopping. She also helped getting in and out of the trolle...
y everytime! Excellent job all around.
Lenzner was great! They were actually a recommendation from a friend. I asked for a 25 person bus to safely transport my guests to the reception and back to their hotels after th...
e reception and they did just that. The driver even made sure people were on and made contact with others so that people weren't wandering around confused. In the end he waited longer to make sure the last of the guests left safely. I was so thrilled to have found them especially since I booked them a week before the wedding as a last minute choice!
on time and catered to our every need!
The party bus was the way to go and our driver was AWESOME
Roomy and affordable - we had a party bus/shuttle.
