Specializing in Wedding Day Management, Leigh & Co. Events is a team of professional wedding planners and coordinators serving couples throughout the Boston and Cape Cod areas. Our day-of coordination service is designed for couples who are excited to plan their own wedding, but want an experienced professional to step in, build the timeline, and expertly execute everything when the wedding day arrives. Leigh & Co. was created for exactly that reason.
When our founder, Brianne, was planning her own wedding, she loved the planning process and didn't need a full-service wedding planner. What she did need was someone she could confidently hand everything over to when the big day arrived. Finding that person proved surprisingly difficult. Most planners wanted to take over the entire planning process, while traditional "day-of coordination" options offered very little support before the wedding. So we created the service she wished she could have hired.
Our approach to Wedding Day Management gives couples the freedom to plan their wedding while providing the structure, resources, and professional execution they need to actually enjoy it. Long before your wedding day, we'll help prepare you for a smooth handoff through our detailed planning questionnaires, planning guides and custom software. Our process is intentionally designed to help uncover the little details that are easy to overlook and make sure we're prepared to execute the day you've spent months planning.
As your wedding approaches, we take the plans you've created and turn them into a detailed wedding-day timeline. You'll meet with your Lead Planner for a Final Details Meeting to walk through your wedding from beginning to end, confirm the logistics, and make sure we're ready to take it from there. Then, on your wedding day, you stop planning and we start executing.
Your Lead Planner manages the timeline, coordinates with your vendor team, keeps the day moving, troubleshoots behind the scenes, and serves as the point person for the logistics you've already put into place. Instead of answering questions, checking the clock, or wondering what needs to happen next, you get to be present with the people you love.
And if you're looking for more support, Leigh & Co. also offers Partial Planning, Planning & Design, and Full-Service Planning options. Whether you want to plan your wedding yourself and hand us the reins when the day arrives, or have our team guide you from the very beginning, we offer a level of support designed to meet you where you are. From planning and design to final details and wedding-day execution, our goal is simple: create a seamless experience that allows you to be fully present and enjoy your wedding while we take care of the rest.

We hired L&C to partially plan our wedding, specifically for floor plan help an...
d setup/cleanup assistance. We were told that we would be assigned our planner 3 months out, but had to email them multiple times asking for information once the 3 months hit. They told us that we would be assigned one at 8 weeks (2 months) so that was already against our contract.
Our wedding was a mess; she didn't follow the timelines and was hiding upstairs hiding for most of the wedding. Our other vendors had to pick up the slack and do more work than they were contracted to.
Our planner did not give us the floorplans and let us know that she did not have access to the system as she is an external contractor for L&C. After talking to their corporate side, we learned that was a lie, but it was too late as the wedding had already happened.
She also disappeared half way through the night and did not help with the final cleanup.
Look them up online and you'll see multiple poor reviews across the internet - go with another planner and save yourself the time and stress that you'll get from working with this company.

s were very helpful in the months leading up to the day, we ran into some communication and execution snags. Our contract stated we would receive an intro to our DOC 10 weeks out from our wedding. I had to reach out 8 weeks out to ask for an update after completing much of the day-of timeline planning myself.
Meg was helpful with organizing our rehearsal but did not take charge in problem solving during our actual wedding. Adjustments made in the days leading up to our event were met with some resistance. While the majority of the event ran smoothly, I wish it felt more like she was running the show. She sort of disappeared after the ceremony. Ultimately, the budget we set aside for a DOC could have been better used elsewhere.

oriented client experience team. However one thing they do very well is hiring the right day of coordinators. Megan was our assigned day of coordinator. She was absolutely incredible. Our day was flawless thanks to her. She worked tirelessly from setup to tear down which included multiple changeovers of the same room. However always behind the scenes so most of the time we never even noticed she was there. Family expressed how impressed they were with how seamlessly the wedding was going and knew that Megan was to thank. She also ensured other vendors were following our vision and allowed us to step back to enjoy our special day. Would work with Megan again!
