I was referred to Janelle and Lavenders Flowers by a mutual friend/colleague who also works in the same neighborhood. From the second I met with her I knew she understood my visio...
n, was impressed by her knowledge and confidence...and pretty much wanted to become her best friend. She truly loves what she does and I was very impressed by the way she interpreted what I had envisioned and made it her own unique, non-basic bitch style. She also referred me to my amazing wedding planner Meghan at Green Apple Events. She went urban foraging to collect enough banana leaves for our tablescape, and used flowers from local farmers. Her perspective, work ethic, style and energy are things you don't see in many people. Hiring her and developing a friend who inspires me was one of the best of MANY decisions I made for our wedding. I'm not sure what most people pay for flowers, but she was very considerate of our budget, as well as the overall look of the venue to ensure it was not too much yet jaw-dropping. I couldn't recommend her enough.
We looked at three florists for our wedding and decided to go with Lavender's Flowers because we felt they would provide the most beautiful, yet unique arrangements for our special...
day. The creativity behind each bouquet, center piece, and all other details is what sets them apart from other florists alike. We were getting complements after complements on the flowers at our wedding and recievied phone calls after from our guests just to let us know how beautiful our wedding was, especially the flowers.
Lavenders provided exactly what my daughter had envisioned for her wedding floral bouquets and arrangements. They were beautiful as well as unique. Kelley and Janelle were very eas...
y to work with and all the flowers were delivered to the venue on time. We would highly recommend Lavenders to anyone needing a wedding florist.
So I lost my florist about a week before our wedding… talk about a major meltdown! Our caterer referred us to Janelle at Lavenders Flowers. I couldn’t have been more pleased! Our f...
lowers turned out so much better than what they would have been had we ended up with our original florist. My bouquet absolutely blew my mind! Janelle’s qualifications and passion for work really show in her arrangements. They were absolutely amazing!! Their pricing was very competitive too. She was very responsive and took care of everything even though it was so last minute. I felt like a huge burden had been lifted from our shoulders after we hired her. She is the absolute best at what she does!!
The flowers were more beautiful than I could have ever hoped they would be! Kelley was so great and very easy to work with--I have never been very good with knowing the names of d...
ifferent flowers, but she was very patient and helpful. I showed her a few picture of the feeling I wanted and she brought it to life! The flowers were gorgeous!!!
I did not have a ton of flowers for my wedding, just bouquets, boutonierre's and some corsages, but Kelley did a great job. My bouquet was beautiful with different shades of reds ...
and my girls had simple red gerbera daisies. My only slight disappointment was that the gerebera daisies for the guy's boutinierre's had just a tad too much of an orange red and it clashed just a bit with the red vest and ties. But other than that I was very happy with Lavenders Flowers and would reccommend them to future brides.
My flowers were great, couldn't have been nicer!
Kelley and her team were great, they really worked with our budget and provided gorgeous flowers the day of. Beautiful and vibrant. Thanks Lavender's!
