Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She provided guidance and inspiration when needed and made our vision come to life. Everything was gorgeous. Our flowers were fresh...
and beautiful! Recommending her for our next family wedding! Thank you so much for helping to make it a perfect day. Our flowers looked stunning in photos.
Loved working with Stephanie and her Team . The process was so easy . We loved our Flowers . Thank you so much.
We hired Stephanie for our florals for our wedding and were extremely happy with the service. There was a little back and forth with the contracts and questions about final pricing...
but that was mostly due to me changing some arrangements. The florals at our wedding were all real. We also rented candlesticks that went on the guest dinner tables. We had a couple in person meetings, first to show her my ideas and talk about design, colors, pricing and then within a month of our wedding to look at a sample arrangement and see if any changes needed to be made. She had a couple options for me to look at and I was very happy with the outcome and my florals on our big day. We had no issue contacting Stephanie for changes to our florals. Everything was setup exactly how I imagined.
If you want to be stressed, scammed and swindled - Lavender and Lace Wedding Florist is for you. We hired her for our wedding at Historic Venue 1902. After putting our deposit ...
down, that is when all the issues started to unfold. Communication with Stephanie was a nightmare in that the proposals were inaccurate, lacked details, things were misspelled, the descriptions didn’t match what we asked for, and it took her several times to correct the quantity of items we needed, amongst a slew of other issues. We had to go back and forth with her multiple times requesting for things to be fixed and requested a more detailed description of what we’d be getting. For reference we hired her for all real flowers (minus one arrangement), and our floral bill certainly reflected ALL REAL FLORALS. She showed up to our wedding with fake greenery which we were not made aware of until after our wedding day when we looked at pictures and spoke to family members. Her excuse was “I never said they were going to be real”, even though her proposal never said that. Floral arrangements were misplaced and put in totally different locations than what we asked for resulting in no flowers displayed in a lot of our professional photos. We reached out to Stephanie after the wedding to see if she would rectify the situation and not only did she defend her position and not acknowledge a word we said, she replied with “you are over the top and need to enjoy your honeymoon and let me be”. We felt completely scammed. The main reason we hired her is because she was recommended by the venue and we trusted it enough to not look at reviews before we hired. After we experienced all these issues we looked at her reviews and were not shocked to see other couples had experienced the same things and there were a ton of 1 star reviews for this business. We do want to give credit to the other parts that were done correctly, she provided the specific flowers we asked for and the overall arrangements looked nice. We had no issues with any other vendors and we have all the texts, emails and proposals to back up this review.
I cannot stress enough how terrible this florist is. I was in a wedding yesterday that she did the flowers for - not only did she show up TWO HOURS late (which meant we didn’t have...
our flowers for photos) she also yelled at both the wedding coordinator and MOB (I overheard the wedding coordinator speaking with her on the phone and could hear her yelling at the coordinator on the phone across the room). Do not use her for your wedding flowers! Weddings are stressful enough without adding a vendor who is this unreliable and unprofessional.
We wanted real flowers for our wedding, but were shocked at the quotes from most vendors. When we found Stephanie, we felt like she was a God send. She was able to provide the uniq...
ue touches that we desired at an affordable price. We loved the way the flowers looked & loved that she did a mix of pillar candles and floating candles at our reception. We highly recommend her! She provides such cute candles with real glass, too!
I cannot say enough good things about Lavender & Lace florals!! Just look at the pictures, their work is gorgeous! They made the process so simple and easy! I still think about the...
florals we had draping over the dance floor, it is stunning. I highly recommend!!
The service and flowers were beyond amazing. Stephanie and her team are amazing at what they do!
Amazing flowers and service!! Made my Wedding day so special definitely recommend!!
I had a great experience with Stephanie the flowers were BEAUTIFUL.
So helpful! They were very good with responding and helping me make decisions:)
Unprofessional, dishonest, disorganized and disappointing!
I regret to say that our experience with Lavender & Lace was deeply disappointing. From the outset, communication was a ...
challenge. Despite multiple calls and emails, responses were slow and always lacked the necessary details, changes and updates. When the wedding day arrived, the arrangements were not what we had agreed upon and contracted. The bridesmaids' bouquets were missing colors. Several flowers looked wilted and tired. The centerpieces, which we had meticulously planned, were hastily thrown together and lacked the fullness, elegance and sophistication we had been promised. An amateur could have produced the same quality of work!
The florist was unprofessional and extremely disorganized, which only added to the frustration. She also lies to suit herself. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, poor quality of flowers and less than adequate service left us feeling disappointed and let down. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality floral arrangements for their special day. Only gave one star because it was required!

ils by us (including photos) and multiple text messages, Stephanie failed to meet our expectations on multiple fronts, despite promising a certain level of service and delivering specific arrangements. Not only did she not deliver what was agreed upon but her communication throughout the process was lacking and confusing, leaving us feeling frustrated and extremely stressed! The flowers provided were subpar and did not reflect the quality we were promised and agreed upon. We found her to be very unprofessional in her actions and the way she presented herself the day of the wedding. About a week prior to the event, she notified us that she was changing certain (important) things that we did not agree with, and in the end, she did exactly what she wanted anyway. Please listen to the other negative reviews on Yelp, Wedding Wire, Google and Facebook because the issues that we’ve experienced on this most important day should not happen to any bride! Completely unacceptable! Overall, we do not recommend using this company based on our own personal experience!
Gorgeous
My husband and I hired Stephanie for our wedding that we planned in 2 months altogether. She was absolutely the most professional, kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating vendor we ...
had the privilege to work with. She far exceeded our expectations and was very affordable. Everyone raved about our floral decorations. She truly made our wedding stunning.

Our flowers were lovely and Stephanie included the thistles that were requested for. However she turned up late to the venue this meant I had to put the florals into my bridesmaids...
hair not the hairdresser, she also took all the flowers home after the event even though I wanted to preserve them, she also asked for money long before it was due insisting that it was due then and there. I would say we were disappointed by the service provided and not the flowers they looked really nice.
Very unprofessional, did not bring correct vases and only after my insistence went and got correct vases for the reception. The flowers she used were not the same as she had quoted...
. At our meeting with her she took lots of notes, I don’t know if she got our order mixed up with someone else or what but there were lots of mistakes. There were yellow flowers in the arrangements, there were supposed to be blush and cream. The bride’s bouquet was supposed to be flowy, even though it was pretty it was nosegay shape. The flowers on the welcome sign were a joke. A skinny branch of greenery with one tiny flower. The flowers on the pergola were beautiful and she did a good job transferring them to the sweetheart table. All in all the flowers were not horrible, but certainly not was decided upon at our meeting. Also, flowers were pretty much dead by 11 pm the night of the wedding. You would think that for $4,000 they would last a couple of days. I was disappointed and dissatisfied.
Stephanie is an unreliable florist and was a great disappointment on my wedding day. If you’re looking for a quality and reliable florist, Stephanie is definitely not the one to ga...
mble with on your ONE big day. I had received great reviews of Stephanie from a coworker and in the beginning she seemed like a great fit. Towards the end she became more difficult and less communicative. First, she made me change the timeline of my wedding day photos because it did not work with her timing of floral delivery and set up. Which I understood and worked out to accommodate her. However, she then ended up showing up to my wedding 45 minutes late. This completely disrupted my photo timeline, I’m guessing also contributed to the poor quality florals and work she provided, and also interfered with other vendors work. Second, I had multiple items that I paid for that were not even provided to me (bud vases with flowers for my cocktail tables and florals for my seating chart). Stephanie did not even acknowledge or address this to myself or my wedding planner. Third, my centerpiece floral arrangements, aisle floral arrangements and arch for my ceremony were completely different than the photos that were sent to me, and included significantly less flowers than what I paid for and what was included in my proposal. Lastly, when I emailed her regarding my concerns she was unsympathetic, short in response, and never once apologized for her lack of unprofessional on my ONE day. From one bride to another, it’s a risky gamble of what you will get if you book her as your florist. She has some great reviews yes-but trust me you do not want to end up being in my shoes if you can prevent it.

I wanted to give this a 5 star I truly did however last minute (the day of the wedding) even after me confirming our proposal to make sure everything was still on point and was tol...
d everything would be fine but the flowers/bouquets I got were not what the proposal said/what we agreed on. We agreed on Stargazer lilies and Tiffany blue flowers and light pink roses. Instead I got white lilies, regular blue flowers, white roses and some pink roses. The Stargazer lilies had sentimental meaning to me (hence why I asked for them) but I guess they took it upon themselves to choose to do white lilies instead of consulting me first , supposedly it was due to the pollen however that issue was never mentioned during our proposal. The flowers still came out very pretty. However it just wasn’t what we agreed upon.
We loved our flowers gorgeous Stephanie and her team did an amazing job ,
We feel so fortunate to have chosen Lavender and Lace to do our flowers on our special day! Stephanie was so attentive to all of our needs! It is such a stressful day but choosing ...
Stephanie created total peace of mind in knowing the flowers would be perfect and they were! She listened to all of our thoughts and desires and created the most beautiful setting we could ever have hoped for. She is a hard worker and didn’t balk at the difficult time line that we gave her to work with. The highest recommendation i could give is that I would Use her again and recommend her to any one in need of a wedding florist! You won’t be disappointed if you choose Lavender and Lace

for your knowledge on the different flowers. My bouquet was so beautiful, can't wait to show you the pictures!! Everything from the bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnières, to the centerpieces, to the aisle and chair décor turned out amazing. Also can't forget, Thank you for adding the greenery and flowers to the Cake Stand Hoop. It turned out awesome!!! You are very professional, and always keep communication with me, when I had questions!!! Lavender and Lace is highly recommended by us!! Mr. & Mrs. Quinteros. (The Howey Mansion 11/30/19)
The flowers looked beautiful. There were a few minor issues with the boutonnières but other than that everything looked great. My wife's bouquet looked marvelous.
Miss Stephanie was very helpful throughout the whole process! Very kind and understanding. I highly recommend going with Lavender and Lace wedding florist!

re I got exactly what I wanted, gave me ideas when I didn't know what I wanted, and was flexible when I changed my mind on things. L&L was the only company that made me feel like more than just another task. Other florists we got quotes from took weeks to get an appointment with and were twice the price! Thanks Stephanie!
Stephanie was amazing at putting to life everything I dreamed of. The florals were GORGEOUS and everything came together beautifully. I am so happy I chose Lavender & Lace!
While there was one setback with our experience, in the end everything worked out beautifully with Lavender & Lace Wedding Florist.
Stephanie from Lavender & Lace answered our fl...
oral questions as neither my husband or I are experts in this field. We ordered boutonnieres, corsages, bouquets, as well as greenery for the arch at the ceremony that was repurposed for our sweetheart table as Stephanie recommended. Lavender & Lace also fulfilled a request we made 2 weeks prior to the wedding for adding greenery and flowers to our photo booth.
The floral arrangements were beautiful, and we are pleased with how it all turned out. The only thing that we were not satisfied with was that the personal flowers were not delivered at the agreed upon time that was in our contract. This caused some changes to our photography timeline, but we were able to make it all work and get the pictures we wanted with the personal floral.
