OH. MY. GOODNESS.
Laurence Craig made my wedding spectacular. All of the staff was top notch - they catered to my guests needs before they even realized what they were. They were...
so professional and yet also approachable and made everything run smoothly.
THE FOOD MADE MY EVENING it was delicious and all of my guests could not believe that they such a delicious meal at a wedding. Everything was perfect. They also were able to cater to my guests that have food allergies and made special dishes just for them. I will use Laurence Craig for any and all coordinating and catering needs. They simply were out of this world and I cannot recommend them enough. If you choose this vendor you will not be disappointed!!
Working with Larry Craig for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. We had a cocktail style party, rather than a seated dinner, and we really wanted to make sure that o...
ur guests still ate a full meal. Not only did they all leave full, but every single item that Larry and his team put out was better than what you’d find at most restaurants. We got married a year ago and people are still talking about how incredible the food was! My only regret is that I didn’t get to eat more of it!
Beyond how delicious the food turned out, working with Larry was also a great experience. From the tasting to making modifications to the proposed menu to the day-of execution, everything was handled with professionalism, kindness, and deep care. I feel so lucky Larry and his team were part of my wedding day!
Larry is an amazing caterer. I'm a foodie living in Brooklyn and I'm suuuuuper snobby about food, and extremely skeptical of wedding food especially. I've honestly never really h...
ad great food at a wedding before. But almost a month later, my NYC friends are still RAVING about the food at my wedding in NJ. He has impeccable taste, and his choices are both impressive, fresh, and delicious. We had a sushi bar appetizer that really impressed people, decadent paella filled with crab legs and scallops, bao buns that people couldn't get enough of. I love ice cream, and in addition to the wedding cake, they passed mini ice cream sandwiches and milkshakes for dessert. Plus, the catering staff that Larry brought was A+++++. No one's wine glass sat empty for long. All the servers were polite and EXTREMELY attentive. And I know I was the bride, but the server for my table asked what he could get me to drink, and I told him I didn't want to drink until after the first dance (we had an elaborate dance we had practiced and I didn't want to be tipsy for it). As soon as I sat down from doing the dance, the server came back and asked me what he could get me. That's pretty good service!!!! Love Larry, use him for your wedding if he's in your budget for sure.
