lly from start to finish. She not only delivered stunning photos that truly reflect the joy and emotion of the day, but also brought such a calm, confident presence that made us feel at ease in front of the camera. Lauren gave great direction without ever making anything feel staged, and she has a real talent for capturing those candid, in-between moments that we’ll cherish forever. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was documented perfectly and helped make the day itself feel even more special. We’re so grateful for her talent and professionalism — our photos are everything we hoped for and more. We would recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a photographer who’s not only incredibly skilled but also a joy to work with.

s went so smoothly day of! She made us feel so comfortable every step of the way. The wedding photos were all gorgeous - from our engagement shoot, posed photos, and candids throughout the event. She also organized a portrait station for our guests during cocktail hour and dinner. This was a huge hit and people loved getting a chance to get high quality pictures with their family and friends. We loved working with Lauren and you won’t regret booking with her!

en was there with us -  amping us up, taking charge of the schedule, and keeping things fun! Lauren made our day so special. Also, she gives out polaroids - which, admittedly, we never really thought much about - now they are some of our favorite moments to look back on. We are so grateful we got to partner with Lauren - it was the best choice we made during planning and I would highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you doesn’t seem like enough, but we are so thankful to Lauren for supporting us, capturing our day, and just being amazing.

g lighting and mood. We’re so grateful we had her!

onsive she was from the beginning. I knew from our intro call that we would be in good hands! While we did not book a formal engagement session, Lauren still spent a ton of time with us with a complimentary shoot in Jersey City prior to the wedding. This allowed us to learn how to be comfortable in front of the camera, and it was great to be able to meet her before the big day. On the wedding day, Lauren navigated the different events and cultural elements seamlessly. Highly recommend!!!!

h the splurge no matter your budget. We wanted to curate a very specific vibe for our wedding, and Lauren understood it immediately. That’s because she has the innate ability to capture moments that no one else even sees. She is a people person through and through, and you can tell in the way her pictures come out. What could be a stagnant portrait, Lauren can turn into a stunning piece of art that evokes not just a specific vibe and mood but also emotion. Also as someone who has some insecurities about being photographed, I was blown away by how beautiful I looked in her photos. I’m incredibly grateful for her eye and dedication to making those beautiful photos. Not only that, but being around Lauren is a joy. She is so good at making sure everyone is comfortable enough to be photographed—and even includes a complimentary engagement shoot to get familiar with her before the big day (which is also so thoughtful and smart!). We had a few wedding challenges (a gigantic bridal party with 16! bridesmaids! and in-laws who were meeting for the first time at the wedding to start with!), and Lauren made sure she knew what she was walking into beforehand to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible on the day of. And it really really did. As a queer wedding with two brides, it was also really important to both of us to feel like superstars on our special day, and Lauren delivered that in spades. When we told her we wanted to have two aisles and walk down simultaneously, she was more than game for the challenge—she was excited. Finally, beyond her delightful personality, thoughtfulness, and extreme talent—Lauren is responsible for the success of our wedding. She sent us a list of recommended vendors, and we went with most of them. It was such a relief to have vendors pre-vetted by someone who had worked with them multiple times, and each one turned out to be just as good as she said they were. If you are looking for a photographer to capture your wedding, you will not be disappointed with Lauren!

r with our vision of documentary-style photography and she delivered 10x over. Not only is she a skilled photographer, but she was also extremely communicative, organized, and willing to help us with wedding planning beyond our photography needs. She also helped us keep calm throughout the chaos of the wedding day and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We'll miss working with Lauren!

sband and I both don’t usually like how we look in photos, but somehow she made us look like models. Working with her was stress free, organized, and a pleasure. We were plotting how to get her to be our friend IRL. Hire her!! You really won’t regret it.

us die-hard Lauren fans. I loved working with her so much that I also hired her to work on my business' branding shoot. And honestly, how could I work with anyone else after working with the greatest of all time? Thank you x a million to Lauren for making our wedding photography an absolute dream from start to finish!

pt to provide sneak peaks for both the engagement shoot and the wedding day, which was awesome. We even got some fun polaroids the night of! Overall the photos came out amazing and the day ran so smoothly thanks to her! She captured everything so beautifully and we could not be happier with the final gallery! THANK YOU THANK YOU Lauren!

. The photos were beautiful, but they weren’t “us.” We wanted bright, lively, candid, colorful photos – and that’s exactly what Lauren delivered. She was a joy to work with during planning and brought so much energy and fun the day of the wedding. If you’re thinking about booking her, don’t hesitate – just do it. She really made our day everything we’d ever dreamed of, and the photos reflect that – they are so happy and fun and full of life. We will forever treasure them.

every step of the day and created the most comprehensive day of schedule that helped make the day run so smoothly. Not only did Lauren create the most calm, organized atmosphere, but she has the most beautiful photography style. It is the exact editorial, luxury wedding photos we had hoped for. We cannot WAIT to print, hang, and share all these photos. Our family and friends are obsessed!

with several photographers before meeting with lauren and it just didn’t feel right. After our intro call/zoom with lauren we knew she was the right the fit. Lauren takes the time to get to know couples, make sure they are a great fit, and makes their photo dreams come true. I am very self conscious about photos and lauren put me at ease. To be honest I did not want to have the engagement photo shoot but ended up doing it so I could feel comfortable on the wedding day. The engagement photo shoot with Lauren was the easiest and most fun day- we bonded over Rocky, crazy cats, our love for Trader Joe’s, and Taylor swift. After the engagement photo shoot I knew I would feel comfortable and confident on the wedding on the day. Let’s get to the wedding day- lauren and kamila walk into the bridal suite and they immediately put me at ease and went to work. Lauren was exactly what I needed the day of- she kept me on track, on time, and made me feel comfortable. She got the best candid shots and traditional shot requests of family and friends that looked beautiful because of her guidance, directions and cues. Not only did Ryan and I love her our family, friends and vendors did too. I thought I was going to hate all our wedding photos but I am obsessed with them. I cannot picture our wedding day without Lspinel. As someone who is VERY organized, slightly controlling and reads every review, I have never been more happy and fulfilled with who we chose as our photographer. We trusted our gut and knew LSpinel was the ONE.

we are to Lauren for so perfectly capturing our wedding day. Lauren truly made the most magical day of our lives unforgettable. She possesses an incredible eye to capture the most beautiful moments, and she has an uncanny ability to bring a still moment back to life. When you look at each photo, you can really feel the emotion and relive that memory, and that is something special. During the planning stages, Lauren was incredibly organized and detail oriented, and she truly cares about her clients. For example, our wedding was in February so over the holidays we received a card sending her well wishes, and that was so special to us! Her website and client portal is meticulously developed and very thoughtfully planned out. Little details like that can sometimes be overlooked and underappreciated, but so important especially in the chaos of the months leading up to your wedding. Lauren has thought through it all. No detail goes overlooked, and she was truly able to understand our vision and everything we wanted captured during our day. During our wedding day, Lauren exuded the highest level of professionalism and was so pleasant to work with. She has an amazing ability to be a sweet, calming presence, all while keeping everything moving and flowing. Most importantly, she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She has an incredible ability to melt right into the flow of our wedding day while still remaining right there with us every step of the way, capturing every big moment of the day that we will forever get to relive. We cannot be more grateful and we cannot recommend Lauren enough! Thank you for so brilliantly capturing the best day of our lives!

est decisions we made. She makes you feel comfortable while capturing beautiful moments. She truly photographed our wedding day perfectly and you can feel the happiness and laughter through the photos. I had a dream of getting married in December and not having a first look. That was going to maybe mean less time for daylight photos since it gets dark early but that did not stop Lauren. She planned our timeline perfectly and we got our dream photos while still having everything we wanted. Our friends and family can’t stop talking about the pictures. We can’t recommend having Lauren as your photographer enough!! You will not regret it. We love her!

h! Lauren creates the most beautiful, authentic, and timeless photos that my husband and I (and our friends/families) will cherish forever, and we had SO much fun during every session with her. From our engagement shoot to the big day, and all the communication in between, it was an absolute joy to work with Lauren. We just got our full gallery back and cannot get over how well she captured the entire day. We could not be happier!!!

e looking for. It was also really important to us that we worked with someone who was good with people - we have a huge, chaotic family and received so many compliments about how relaxed she remained amidst the chaos. On top of that, we were also really impressed with Lauren's organization and open communication. She was always available to talk if we had questions, and had every photograph planned down to the minute. And of course, the photos turned out beautifully! We are so happy we hired her.

rticularly comfortable in front of the camera but she did a great job directing us. The photos she delivered were absolutely STUNNING and beyond what we hoped for. The more editorial shots look like they belong in a magazine, and the candids perfectly captured the love and emotions we felt that day. Her editing and eye for composition are outstanding. 11/10!

ve put into this day it’s important that everything feels cohesive and uniquely “you”. Lauren Spinelli Photo Co. understood the assignment from day 1. Organized, communicative, responsive, patient, and genuine enjoyment for the process all made working with Lauren was SUCH.A.PLEASURE. Her communication is top notch, and her platform was so easy to use to stay organized. Timeline wise we received a batch of sneak peaks within just 48 hours! It was so much fun to relive the memories so quickly, and another wave of 200 photos in less than two weeks. I could go on and on- but thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your contribution to not just a day but to the lifetime of memories we’ll look back on. M&J

other vendors we were working with her, every one of them knew and raved about her! Throughout the entire planning process, she was well organized, checked in often, celebrated little milestones with us, and answered all the little questions that came up in between. She made us both feel so comfortable during our engagement shoot and the pictures came out amazing - she really knows how to capture a romantic, playful, New York City vibe. When it came to the day of the wedding, she was just the person this extremely type A bride needed in her corner. When she arrived the day of, I was able to relax and know that she would help move the day along, get the shots we needed, and make the portraits fun and that’s exactly what she did. My family and friends were raving about her after the wedding! The day after she gave us some absolutely gorgeous sneak peeks and the night of the wedding she handed us a handful of polaroids she had taken throughout the day which were really fun. We cannot thank or recommend Lauren enough for everything!

nd each special moment in beautiful and timeless way. Coming out of quite a difficult year for our family, Lauren's patience and compassion is something we will never forget and are infinitely appreciative of. TLDR; Get her before she books up! She is the one you want to preserve your wedding day memories. She brings a level of experience that not only enhanced our day but exceeded our expectations. What you can expect - editorial wedding photography styling, modern and timeless flare, mixed with fun and flash photog. Truthfully, she was more than just a photographer to us - she was a calming presence throughout the beautiful chaos leading up to and on our wedding day. Throughout our 6-month planning period, Lauren was incredibly professional, timely and organized. She met with us to ensure her creative vision was on par with ours, provided enhancements and not only did she worked in lock step with us, but with also alongside our venders to make sure it was the wedding day ran smoothly. So much so, when we ran into challenges she went above and beyond providing us vender recommendations saving us, time, money, and additional stress. She even jumped in when I got blood all over my dress and miraculously made it disappear. Day of, Lauren was unobtrusive but always present. Her team captured all the moments that were important to us, and then some, capturing both the candid, posed and ‘trendy’ flash moments. She really has a gift for capturing the love we felt that day and she was able to take photos that we most certainly will cherish for a lifetime.

an find and you’ll totally regret it if you don’t book her for your special day! Lauren is super communicative during the entire process from day 1 and kept us posted during the entire process. She made sure the timeline was perfect and saved enough time for portraits before ceremony with family and friends. We loved the way Lauren utilized the natural lighting during our wedding day to create the modern yet hint of vintage atmosphere. I’m writing this review 2 days after my wedding and I’ve already received sneaks from her and the photos are stunning. My husband and I cannot wait until all photos come back!

d I loved the colors and composition of her photos, especially the more intimate weddings. Lauren was ultimately an amazing choice for our small city hall ceremony with photos afterward at a local public garden near our home. She was super easy to get in touch with, straightforward with pricing and planning, communicative, and so considerate and flexible given I was 8 months pregnant at the time of our wedding ceremony and we had to change our photography plan last minute given city hall restrictions. We ultimately ended up doing outdoor photos on the hottest day of the year (106 degrees!) and she still managed to work with us and make us look amazing despite the sun, sweat, and heat. Lauren provided us with photos that we will cherish for the rest of our lives and we are so thankful!

ue she’d found her calling as a photographer. Having our engagement shoot and wedding day memorialized in such a beautiful way is such a gift! All emails and phone calls were always exactly on time and as scheduled, she never dropped the ball on any details, and was so helpful in the establishment of our timeline for the big day! (Don’t be afraid to invest in extra time for those gorgeous fun flash shots at the end of the night!) She was amazing with product turnaround for our sneak peeks and our final portfolios. Hiring Lauren meant we knew immediately we were in the best of hands and no stress or nightmares leading up to the big day! Whether we loved or feared the camera, she made us all look and feel our best all day and evening. But most of all - Lauren is just fun to be around. She is great to talk to, walk and laugh with, and she personally brings an energy and commitment to her work that is a wonderful addition to anyone’s big day. No horribly forced poses and moments with Lauren - she really captured the photojournalism tone we wanted for our event, and as a result our photos are just as fun to look at as they were to take with her! Investing in Lauren was one of the easiest decisions among our whole wedding planning process. If you’re on the fence, consider this your sign to stop looking - and pat yourself on the back! You’ve found one of the best in the business and you’re gonna have the BEST time ever.

rganized, and is so talented and creative! We still cannot get over how beautiful our pictures turned out. They really were everything we hoped for and more!

to be a party and Lauren captured all the fun, love, and energy at our reception in such a gorgeous way. You can feel the movement and laughter in her photos. Our wedding portraits came out similarly stunning. One of the main reasons we were drawn to Lauren was for her gorgeous candid photos— her ability to capture emotion and each couple’s personalities is unmatched. The way Lauren utilizes light is also breathtaking—our sunset photos?? WOW—unique and gorgeous. Logistically, Lauren was a dream to work with. She’s incredibly easy going and fun, but at the same time diligently organized. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had during the planning process. I was blown away by how quick we got our photos—the morning after our wedding, we got about 25 previews, a week later 100+ sneak peeks, and we got our full album within a month. Are you kidding me?! Truly, amazing. Thank you Lauren, for everything!

up the wedding day. She was super organized in her planning and timeline of emails, which made the months leading up way less stressful. The day of, she and her team (Kamila!) were so kind and fun to work with. Lauren has such an amazing and unique eye for different lighting and photo styling. She and her team did not rush to get the photos. She made sure each one had something different and special to offer. My husband and I can't thank her enough for capturing such special moments in such a beautiful way that really embodied the energy of us, our family, our friends, and our wedding day. Thank you Lauren and Kamila!

knew exactly what she was doing, and she really captured us having a fantastic time. Ultimately the results speak for themselves: we love the photos and they will always bring us back to an incredible day. Thank you Lauren!

stic Lauren is. When we began the planning process, we discussed what was truly importance to us and having a photographer to capture the feel of us as a couple and our big day was a top priority! Lauren immediately made us feel comfortable when we did the initial consultation and her easy going and confident personality (plus being a cat lover) solidified our choice. We chose to do engagement photos only a couple months before the wedding which was a huge help. She made us feel comfortable and I felt beautiful in the photos she took. I am not overly confident in front of the camera so seeing those photos really helped me feel at ease during the wedding day! When it came to the wedding, Lauren worked seamlessly with our planner and vendors to create the day of timeline. She was efficient and captured every photo we wanted and more! It was raining that day and she really made lemonade out of lemons. The photos in the rain are hands down my favorite from the day. She captured our 185 person wedding easily, covered the dance floor, and gave us an array of artistic and classic photos. On top of all that, I got sneak peaks only a couple days after and the full wedding album in only a few weeks! I received so many compliments between the amazing engagement photos and artistic wedding photos. I cannot thank Lauren enough for being such a wonderful photographer and elevating our wedding experience!

n has taken of me. Her approach to taking photos and how comfortable she makes everyone feel, results in the best photos I've ever seen of myself, my husband, and my family and friends. Lauren also creates a timeline and checks-in with you throughout the whole process, helping to create a seamless day of experience. I was so happy to have everything out of the way and for Lauren to take over, she made everything very easy and made everyone feel comfortable. Something that was really important to me was capturing photos of my family and my dogs, Lauren went out of her way to make sure I had candid photos of everyone, now I have memories that I can look back on for the rest of my life. Looking through all my galleries, I can relive the experience and look back fondly. Lauren helps direct you through all the photos as well, going through poses and where to put your hands (something I don't think about enough) and does it in such a nice, but clear way. The photos just show how skilled she is at not just taking photos, but directing. Lauren made my magical day(s) look even more magical, an incredible feat. After 3 sessions, I don't know if I'd ever go with another photographer. I'll be back for portraits!

up until the day of the wedding and was so organized! Her portal made everything so easy for us to set up the portraits we wanted. She knew we were upset about not being able to take pictures outside, so as soon as the rain stopped, she grabbed us for some of the best pictures!

t want to miss out! Lauren is seriously the sweetest!! I'm not even sure one review can do Lauren and her team justice. l LOVE LOVE LOVE our photos. She was the calm, positive warm presence on the wedding day that you seriously need. She was so accommodating and understanding with our wedding guests and our timeline. You get candid photos, action shots, and so much more! and she makes reels for you!! it's awesome!! She's insanely efficient and incredibly quick with her sneak peeks and like super generous with the amount of sneak peeks. It's crazy how fast the turnaround time for our entire wedding photos came back. and looking back at them puts a HUGE smile on my face. She and her team were able to capture the essence of our night, and the photos help us relive the moments. Any recommendation from Lauren is also top-tier, with locations, and vendors she also has worked with. She really deserves all the recognization for her artistic eye and hard work. She's the best.

ng quickly from across the ocean, but she really helped us out, especially with timings for the Central Park ceremony so we could get that magical golden hour light, which I hadn't even thought of. It meant we changed our brunch wedding idea to an early evening one., which ended up being so perfect for us and our guests. Most of all, we're just thrilled with the final result. We're both super self conscious and awkward in photos, and to be honest it was the part of the wedding we were dreading the most. But Lauren got us through it and made us look like our best selves, and we're obsessed with the photos. She treated our Tuesday elopement with as much care and love as the biggest all-day event, and when it grew from a tiny elopement to a medium micro-wedding, she adjusted with us on the fly. We got so many creative shots and she captured all the special details of the day. Also: we got sneak peeks the very next day!! Highly recommended, no matter what kind of wedding you're having.

e day! Her planning tools were so helpful in figuring out everything we wanted to capture beforehand and allowed us to be so present and intentional during our big day. Plus, her candids really are unbelievable! The final products were truly amazing. Lauren is extremely good at capturing artistic, natural pictures. I really recognized myself, my husband and all of my family in her work -- each photo captured such a truth about us. The hardest part has been picking which ones to frame. Highly, highly recommend!

ugh the whole day. We already got a few sneak peeks and they turned out so beautifully! We cant wait to see the rest! We’d highly recommend working with Lauren for your big day.

a warm, welcoming energy that made us feel very much at ease while taking every kind of photo throughout the day and night. Throughout the planning process, Lauren was always very responsive, communicative, and organized. After the wedding, we were gifted with the most gorgeous sneak peaks the very next day! The stunning photos just kept coming, receiving our full gallery just over a month after our big day. We are so incredibly happy with how beautifully Lauren documented our wedding and can't wait to share the photos forever.

She captured so many amazing candid moments (laughter, hugs, tears, dance moves) and gorgeous portraits that incorporate light and movement so beautifully. She was also just a pleasure to work with: Not only is she incredibly professional and organized, but she brings a calm, fun energy to what is otherwise a very stressful day. We cannot recommend her enough!

sly fast!! And the pictures were amazing! Such a great mix of candids and portraits – she really captured all the really fun moments. I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married... her calm attitude made the day run super smoothly, even when we were rushing around to get things back on schedule.

ter and our guests still compliment us on how beautiful our wedding photos are. Thank you Lauren for making our experience with you a dream!

nearly a year in advance and she connected with us often in advance of the wedding. On the day, she was so thoughtful and fun, and even helped my husband put on his boutonniere because we didn't know how! She really listened to what we wanted and made our vision into a reality. I would HIGHLY recommend working with her!

0 stars because that’s truly how great the photos turned out. Lauren is professional, punctual and just all around lovely to work with. Highly HIGHLY recommend!

uling. Lauren has an incredible skill set, is a creative photographer, and brings calm to the spaces she is in. She made us feeling comfortable, provided clear directions for group shots, and was simply a joy to spend the day with. We loved how Lauren was able to capture raw emotion in the photos she took and was able to really have my partner's and I true selves' shine through. We could not recommend Lauren enough and it was a true gift to work with her!

dge, Lauren worked with us every step of the way to understand our values, plan our shot lists, and ultimately bring our visions to life. When we first started searching for a photographer, we were immediately drawn to her style, and appreciated how she emphasized capturing candids and authentic moments. Our photos came out even better than we could have imagined -- Lauren and Sara help us relive our day over and over through such a wide range of sentimental moments. Even in the face of heavy rain downpours and plan changes on our wedding day, Lauren and her second shooter Sara kept calm and were creative with new ideas. Lauren is an incredible photographer and business owner, truly goes above and beyond to make every client feel like a friend! We could not be happier to have chosen Lauren Spinelli as our wedding photographer.

and made us feel so comfortable (as two people who hate getting their picture taken) with every picture she took. Our photos turned out beautifully and the turn around time on them was also so speedy. I cannot recommend her enough!
