There just simply are not enough words to describe what a joy Lauren and Nico are to work with! Not only are they masterful at their craft, they both are the kind of people that in...
stantly feel like they're good friends and make an afternoon of engagement photos feel even more fun than expected, or a cold rainy wedding day feel like an easy afternoon with friends.
My husband and I live in TX and flew to the Tampa area for engagement photos, expecting a beautiful spring FL day. What we got instead was a cloudy, quite gusty afternoon and somehow our photos still turned out exactly how I'd imagined, but better. Lauren captured our joy so well and took photos that make me smile every time I look at them. She even went above and beyond and, to our complete surprise, sent a beautiful linen box with our entire gallery printed on glossy 5x7- perfect for framing or just having on the coffee table for guests to enjoy as well.
Our wedding day was another unseasonably windy, cold, and cloudy day. This cause me lots of anxiety on the day because I feared my vision wouldn't come to life, but Lauren and Nico helped prove that to be wrong. They captured our day in such a way that when I got the photos back I couldn't contain my excitement! Real, candid photos were important to me and through Lauren's keen eye for detail and artistic vision she managed to capture our day exactly how I dreamed. And throughout it all, her and Nico were calming, flexible, and lovely to be around. Their professionalism and skill is matched only by their easygoing and lovely presence.
Long story short, Lauren and Nico are exactly the kind of people you want to have photograph your events, and I couldn't be more grateful to have found them for mine.
Lauren and her husband Nico were the absolute best photographers for our wedding. Prior to the wedding, Lauren did our engagement photos, which were lovely, fun, and received lots ...
of compliments for our save the dates! Lauren also reached out before the wedding to talk to us about what shots we wanted. She captured everything we could have wanted and more!
Not only are Lauren and Nico great at what they do, they are simply lovely people who are enjoyable to be around. They chatted with our wedding party and guests and made them comfortable. The end was result was stunningly beautiful photos, including candid and portraits, with our previews delivered less than a week after our wedding. I know there are a lot of options out there for photographers, but I can't say enough wonderful things about Lauren Galloway Photography. I highly recommend you reach out to them to see if they would be as good of a fit for your wedding as they were for ours.
I don't know how to find the words for how incredibly grateful I am for Lauren and Nico. Finding a wedding photographer was the most important part of the planning process and I di...
d so much research- the minute I found Lauren's work, I knew she was the one! It was truly love at first sight- her work is so natural, effortless, classic, and timeless. We scheduled a call and I just knew that she was the perfect person to capture these special, once-in-a-lifetime memories for us!
Lauren and Nico are an incredible team and are a dreamy mix of laid-back and relaxed people you want to spend the day with and at the same time, they are absolutely detail-oriented, artistic, expertly talented photographers. I literally sprinted to book them! They were always so quick to communicate with us and were always willing to offer their expertise whenever they could.
Our engagement shoot was an absolute blast- Lauren and Nico joined us at a few of our favorite spots around town for a "date night" inspired shoot. We were immediately comfortable and had so much fun! The best part was that the pictures were flawless and we never felt posed or awkward. Lauren and Nico were so thorough and had a detailed call with us before the wedding (in addition to a survey) to be sure they knew what was important to us and could capture each moment. The photos are so beautiful that I haven't stopped scrolling through them since we got them (weeks ago) and there isn't a bad one because each captures such fun, natural moments! Lauren and Nico are magic- they captured these incredibly intimate, up-close photos and we never once noticed them and felt like we could be completely in the moment and comfortable, and so many of our guests have said the same.
The photos they captured for us are priceless and are among my most prized possessions, AND we consider Lauren and Nico dear friends! "Thank you" doesn't come close but it's a start- thank you, thank you, thank you for capturing the most perfect day so perfectly!
Absolutely amazing! Lauren and Nicholas were so great to work with and the wedding pictures turned out so beautiful. Lauren was extremely helpful in making us feel comfortable all ...
throughout the planning and the wedding day. They also captured so many fun and candid moments. Truly one of the best in the business!
We were both blown away with our engagement photography! She is so unbelievably talented and artful at her craft; the quality of her work is simply impeccable. The mixture of film ...
with some digital photography was so dreamlike, so complementary in being able not only to capture the true nature of me and my fiancé's love for one another and the emotion of that day, but also the exquisite character and architecture of the Kapok Tree Inn. Her own ability to target this -- in spite of my nervousness, and unruly hair, and fairly weak lower body holding poses for pics -- trumped everything that we were hoping for and more. Lauren truly obliterated our expectations! Thank you.
Lauren is seriously INCREDIBLE! My husband actually found her for our engagement photos, he really liked how organized, responsive and available she was compared to all the other p...
hotographers he reached out to - not to mention her work is BEAUTIFUL and she's so talented! She's exactly who you want on your team for your wedding day! :)
Lauren and her husband did an absolutely amazing our job. My now husband and I felt very comfortable with them (and we are neither of us are huge fans of picture taking so that is ...
saying something). The pictures turned out so gorgeous, we are beyond thrilled with them!

re outstanding and she did a wonderful job capturing our entire day, all the important big moments and the small sweet candid moments. Lauren picks up on her clients' personalities and photography needs and works to give you exactly what you want in your photos. I would highly recommend Lauren for any photography needs, especially weddings! I'm so glad we picked Lauren to do our photos and I wouldn't change a thing about them.
I cannot even begin to explain how amazing Lauren did in capturing my special day. I never got to meet her in person before the wedding because of COVID which can be really scary ...
for a bride but from the second she walked in while we were getting ready, I felt comfortable and could tell she clearly knew what she was doing. The whole event went perfectly and Lauren meticulously caught every moment. She made us feel so comfortable and did not take away from the overall experience like I have seen at some weddings. It wasn't about the pictures, it was about the moment. The final product is unreal. I can't find a single picture I don't love. Not to mention she got the whole gallery done in 2 weeks! My husband and whole family recommends Lauren 10/10!
I'm beyond tardy to leave my review but better late than never! I interviewed a ton of photographers and Lauren stood out from the rest. My camera shy husband and I warmed to her i...
mmediately and even two years later we agree that she has been one of the best investments we made for the wedding. Your photos are truly the only thing that remains (other than your marriage!) and it is the gift that keeps on giving! Lauren made me feel at ease throughout the wedding planning and her attention to detail meant I didn't worry about a single thing on the day of. Just sit back, relax, and she'll make magic happen. The little gifts and support she sent before the wedding got us excited for the day and left us beautiful keepsakes we still display. The photos, USB, and albums included in her packages are absolutely top notch and heirloom quality. Nico, her husband and second shooter is so warm and funny and got the best shots of my husband and his groomsmen. They all loosened up and loved working with him.
Lauren is also one of the kindest, most genuine people you will meet. She and Nico are so sweetly matched and they have never been anything but gracious even after the wedding. They value you as people, not just as clients, and that is so important in the wedding industry that can be feel so materially driven. She doesn't stop caring about you. I was so busy with finishing my doctoral degree that I didn't get around to finishing my albums until just recently and she still happily worked with me to get them done to perfection. I even ended up asking her to take some photos of me and my brother for graduation and despite the bad weather, she came through as always!
You may never need another wedding cake, or dress, or florist, or husband (hopefully!) but finding the right photographer means the rest of your lifetime of memories will be in safe hands (and gorgeous lighting!). Invest in the person, not just the photos!

nized and prepared with a full day itinerary of photos. The photos were released sooner than expected and they are perfect! Every single moment was captured beautifully! I highly recommend using Lauren for any special occasion. I am beyond impressed! Thank you so much Lauren for allowing us to relive our special day through the amazing photos that you captured. We are truly so grateful!
Lauren and Nicholas make the perfect team, and truly went above and beyond to ensure that our entire engagement shoot experience was easy and enjoyable. They helped us choose (and ...
carry around) our wardrobe, guided us with poses, and made us laugh and feel completely comfortable in front of the camera; All resulting in the most stunning photos we could have ever imagined! They even managed to get some great photos with our antsy, uncooperative fur baby! Choosing our favorites to hang in our home was difficult because we were absolutely obsessed with so many, and that is proof enough that we made the right choice with hiring Lauren Galloway Photography!

hers! She spent an hour on the phone with me talking to me about what I didn't like and how her approach may have differed from the other photographer! We decided to do a quick 30 min session before committing to the wedding day to make sure that we were both on the same page! in 30 minutes she gave me at least 60 of the most beautiful engagement photos I have ever seen! They definitely deserve to be in a magazine! Fast forward to the wedding - Lauren and Nico were fabulous. They are both uber professional and ALWAYS - I repeat ALWAYS - in the right place at the right time. Once we got back from our honeymoon and we received the full album of photos - I cried the happiest of all tears! There were SO MANY beautiful photos - and there was not ONE photo that I didn't love. She was able to capture all of the love and emotion that was happening that day not only from my husband and I but from all of our guests as well. I cannot say enough about Lauren - she will be my photographer for life. If you are looking for a photographer - I highly suggest you scoop her up before someone else does!!!

wedding! She really knows how to capture the right moments and she great at coaching and getting you to be your selves in front of the camera. Our cocktail hour had my husband and I on a sailboat and she was willing to go on the sailboat with us to capture those moments and the photos were stunning! She takes a high volume of photos and they are all great photos, you really get your money’s worth with her!
From the moment we saw Lauren’s photos, we knew we had to have her photograph our wedding. Although we did not have the chance to do a session with Lauren prior, her communication ...
with us and organization through the process allowed us to feel confident going into the day of the wedding. Our wedding day came with pouring rain, obviously not what we had hoped and planned for our outdoor wedding, however, Lauren and Nico were able to create opportunities for amazing pictures. With the foresight of rain, Lauren and Nico were so flexible, they even offered to come photograph earlier than planned. We were ecstatic when the photos came in! The photos are everything we hoped for! They are romantic, elegant, and bright. Lauren and Nico truly captured the joy and fun we felt during our special day. We couldn’t imagine a more professional and talented duo to capture life’s special moments!

warm natural light that compliments candid moments you will cherish forever. Lauren shot our gorgeous engagement pictures and I remember telling my Fiancé "She is the one, I do not want anyone else," from that moment we were hooked. She made us feel so comfortable, she joked with us, made us laugh, and we really got to know each other. Before our wedding, she laid down a timeline with every detail you didn't know you needed, she made sure she understood what moments were important to us, she was also in constant contact with our vendors and played a major role in our wedding going as smoothly as it did. We were floored with how quickly she delivered our wedding pictures, which were unbelievably beautiful and surpassed all of our expectations! Lauren is hands down one of the best photographers and I will continue to recommend her time and time again. On top of being an exceptional photographer, I can also say she is one of the kindest, most genuine people I have had the privilege of meeting and I can't wait to work with her in the future!

grapher! Having organized vendors is the key to a relaxed wedding day and Lauren was the perfect fit for us! Lauren called me 2 weeks before the wedding and we discussed every detail, photo I wanted, and the timeline for the entire day. Then, she sent me an electronic timeline so that I could proof every photo. On the wedding day, we were ahead of schedule and I called Lauren to see if she could come early to get more "getting ready" shots. Lauren graciously came and captured every detail and more! Our wedding pictures turned out amazing and so many of our friends have already asked for her phone number. We will definitely be using Lauren again! She is so easy to work with, extremely organized, and her pictures are absolutely amazing!

rroundings. When I was between a few photographers, this was the extra step she took that made me want to hire her, and I am so pleased I did! Our photos turned out better than I could have imagined! All the photos together depicted a theme and a story--it was really special. I honestly believe Lauren will be one of the premier photographers in the area soon enough, her style is impeccable.

y new hubby to relax and have fun in front of the camera which is no easy task. Our final images are stunning and were delivered within a short 4 week turnaround time! Lauren's images are just so bright and natural and not over-edited which is what drew me to her in the first place. She makes you look like your best self! I would highly recommend this great team!

ost natural to get the perfect pictures. She has a great eye for getting the perfect pictures by guiding me to great natural poses and getting amazing backgrounds for such a special day. I have received so many compliments from friends and family who have seen our wedding pictures and Lauren's final product. My wife and I could not be happier with her pictures. Great pictures, amazing skill, easy to work with, and such a nice genuine person are all characteristics Lauren possesses. Five stars hands down! She will go the extra mile for her customers and I say that from experience.
We absolutely loved Lauren. We first fell in love with her work and then when we got to know her she was so personable and wanted to make sure she captured exactly what we wanted. ...
She was so easy going and calm on our wedding day and came up with an entire timeline for the day. We loved every minute of having Lauren a part of our wedding. She also sent the most thoughtful gifts to thank us for choosing her. Her work was incredible. We loved every picture. I still get to hear people say how beautiful our pictures were. I would recommend Lauren to any bride!
I cannot give enough praise to L. Martin Wedding Photography. We were referred to Lauren for engagement pictures in St. Petersburg, Florida. As the groom, I expected this to be t...
he most awkward situation with a bunch of forced poses we would never do in real life. To my surprise, Lauren was personable, quickly identified our comfort zone, and really captured my fiance and I at our best. The pictures turned out stunning - so much so that we didn't even entertain other options for our wedding. We flew Lauren to Nashville for our wedding, and her team captured all the festivities while hardly making their presence known. We received the pictures faster than expected, which were about 5,000 high quality shots. Not a blurry or bad shot in the bunch. They were well organized based on the schedule (wedding party, first look, ceremony, reception, exit, etc.). The night we received access, we opened a bottle of champagne and relived the entire wedding (and have repeated regularly since!). As someone who scrutinized every cost associated with our wedding, this was by far the easiest to justify knowing we were getting incredible quality, service and value. We even used L. Martin Photography a THIRD time for family portraits while in Florida with my wife's family. Again, L. Martin over-delivered on everyone's expectations with a quick turnaround. Throughout these 3 encounters, we've ordered several items from L. Martin (multiple canvas prints, photo boxes and of course the wedding album), all high quality and enhanced by Lauren's artistic eye. We've trusted L. Martin 3 times in 18 months, and we will again for future life events! I emphatically recommend L. Martin Wedding photography.
I cannot express how happy we are that we chose Lauren as our photographer for the big day! We initially chose her because we wanted a photographer who could capture the natural be...
auty of the beach ceremony setting without overdoing the photoshop/filters like we often see other photographers do. We wanted photos that were timeless, elegant, and natural. And we could tell from Lauren's previous photos that this was exactly her style!
Although we chose her for her photographic style and skills, we truly got the whole package with Lauren. She was attentive during the preparations, calling us via skype and getting to know our personalities from afar. And then, the day of the wedding, she impressed us even more with her calm presence and fun-loving attitude. She completely adapted to every moment of the wedding, and was always around when I wanted a quick shot with a friend or when the groom's friends suddenly burst out in their fraternity song. She knew exactly where to be and when to be there to capture all the best moments!
We were so excited to see the final photos -- they were absolutely stunning, and truly captured our personalities and the overall "feel" of the big day. We are beyond grateful that Lauren was our photographer!! If you're getting married in the Sanibel/Captiva area, be warned -- there aren't many strong photographers out there. It was well worth having Lauren come down from Tampa to share the day with us. I would highly recommend her for anyone who is getting married in the area!!
Lauren did a fabulous job as the photographer for our wedding. She is a pro and a pleasure to work with - her pictures make the wedding look even more beautiful than I remember it....
She has a gift! I would absolutely recommend Lauren to anyone.

d makes it a masterpiece. Her natural, soft, romantic tones were exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Our wedding and engagement photos are something we will always cherish because of her! Can't wait to use her again in the future!

g else about her. And I'm so glad we did. She was organized in scheduling our date, made it easy to submit payment, and was open to any ideas we had for photos. The evening we had scheduled for our shoot showed rain in the forecast and she suggested postponing the photos for the next day. We're so glad she was flexible and rescheduled because it would have down-poured on us otherwise. Lauren did a great job of making us feel comfortable and relaxed. She gave great suggestions of poses, where to place our hands, turn our heads, etc. She got the photos back to us quickly, in two weeks, and they look awesome. We're so happy with how they turned out and can't wait to share them and display them in our home. I'd love to use Lauren again as our wedding photographer, but we are not getting married in FL.
Lauren was absolutely amazing to work with and does beautiful work! The day that we initially scheduled for our engagement session was forecasted to have bad weather and Lauren wa...
s extremely flexible in having us reschedule for the next day. We changed our shoot location twice and Lauren was quick to offer helpful location suggestions and easy going about relocating our shoot. We decided on two locations in Tampa: the first at Ballast Point and the second across the bay at Davis Island. Lauren was able to get both locations during our one hour time slot and provided us with great photos from each spot. During the entire shoot, Lauren made us feel so relaxed and natural. We didn't want a lot of posed pictures and wanted more candid/ action shots and that’s exactly what Lauren delivered! Our touched up photos we sent to us in a convenient online album exactly two weeks after our session and were perfect!
From the start, I really appreciated Lauren’s natural aesthetic, how she seemed to capture brides looking like their best selves. My husband and I also were drawn to the fact that ...
she would be bringing an assistant - on a day that we wouldn’t be able to “redo,” we felt it was important to have someone else there to help organize family portraits, shoot the ceremony from different angles, carry equipment, etc. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, Lauren was available and prompt with answering any questions we had regarding the photography. We consulted a few weeks before the wedding, to go over the timeline in detail so she knew exactly where she and her assistant should be. She presents herself very professionally and beautifully through her packages and paper products - I know this may seem small to some people, but when we received something from her in the mail, it was always such a treat. We actually got one of her vendors for paper products (Paper Presentation, here in NYC) to make our invitations and programs.
Lauren came to our rehearsal the day before our wedding to check out the space. On the day of our wedding, we had a family emergency and had to change the timeline. Lauren and her assistant were able to go with the flow, let us spend time with our families, and still get the majority of pictures that we wanted. Our guests told us that she was great to have around, and were comfortable asking her to take their picture.
Finally, the pictures are gorgeous. She captured some amazing, emotional moments between me and my husband, as well as expressions from our family members that we would have missed otherwise. Her presentation of our DVD is absolutely beautiful, and again, when my husband and I opened it, we took such care, because it’s obvious that she takes great pride and care in presenting her products. We highly recommend Lauren for any of your photography needs!
I planned a last minute wedding in three days while visiting my parents in Florida from Baltimore. We found Lauren's photos through a Google search and were immediately struck by h...
ow wonderful her photos are. I mean, she made a City Hall wedding under the freeway look like a magazine shoot.
We contacted Lauren in the morning and she made herself available that afternoon to meet with us. She was prompt, professional, and personable. During the long distance planning, Lauren kept great communication with us and answered a dozen questions along the way. By the time we got to our wedding, I felt like she really understood the feel we wanted and had a handle on our personalities.
The day of the wedding she timed everything perfectly. We never felt rushed. I felt like we got all the shots we requested and then some. Within 24 hours we had teaser photos for social media and in under a month we had our full range of edited proofs and a digital slideshow! Lauren's photography contract is also really terrific. We got our proofs and printing rights. Plus, her print prices are beyond reasonable. I am so so so happy we chose Lauren and I would fly to Florida (or bring her to Baltimore) for all our photography needs in our future. She was really a talented professional and I can't recommend her enough.
My husband and I are beyond happy with our decision to hire Lauren for our engagement and wedding pictures! In fact, it might be THE best decision of our entire wedding planning. S...
he is everything you could ask for in a photographer and more. We felt we received better quality pictures from Lauren and for much better pricing than many other photographers in the area, so there is just no reason not to go with her! She is professional, reliable, friendly, and flexible- and exceeded our expectations all around! Her photography, though I do not have a trained eye, is top notch. It is modern, stylish, and above all, of very high quality. She knows how to get a well-rounded group of photographs from each session- a combination of posed, candid, and editorial. She really knows how to make her clients look good, and she does a great job at putting you at ease in front of the camera. We loved working with her, and she was so completely relaxed and flexible about everything (aka, she hears your needs and really listens)! She was 100% reliable in her communications with us, and we especially loved the special touches she put on her packages in the mail. It really takes her work to the next level! She sends you pre-postaged envelopes to mail in payments and makes a personalized web page for you, to help make the whole process easier on the client! There is nothing that Lauren hasn't thought of, to make her business customer-oriented, and it shows. She goes the extra mile, and truly cares about her work. You will not be disappointed if you choose Lauren as your photographer- my husband and I plan to use her for all of our future needs! She is just fantastic!
