Lauren & Co Events and Design

needed a coordinator. Now after our wedding has passed, I don’t know how I could’ve done it without her! Not to brag, but I consider our wedding day to be literally perfect, and I give a lot of that credit to Kenley. From looking over contracts, helping us set up, to making sure the wedding day went by smoothly I’m so grateful for her help. I really recommend a day of coordinator for every bride and this company is the way to go!!

pated needs, and helped us to truly be able to enjoy the day without worrying about a thing. Her entire team was so helpful and made everything go so smoothly throughout the planning process and on the day of. They were all so accommodating and helped us have the perfect day!

ordinate. She also helped brainstorm how to make our vision come to life throughout the wedding process. Lauren always advocated for our wants and priorities when talking and coordinating with other vendors. If you are on the fence about hiring a day/month of coordinator, we highly recommend Lauren and her team. Our day would not be able to come together how it did without them. Having Lauren on our day allowed my husband and I to be present at the wedding and not worry about anything else.

of-coordinator in the budget. However, as we got further into the planning process, we kept running into little things and logistics where we wondered who would set something up on the wedding day, who would help coordinate with all the vendors, who would handle any issues that arose. We started looking into day-of-coordinators/wedding managers, and came across Lauren as a recommendation from our venue. We met with Lauren and immediately realized we needed her help. We hired her for her Wedding Management package, which is more than just a day-of coordinator. I could email her anytime with any questions I had and she was so helpful. We ended up doing our florals and a few decor rental items through Lauren as well. She really took our vision and helped us bring it to life on the wedding day. She helped us with our timelines, logistical questions, reached out to all of the vendors to let them know when to show up and details for wedding day, and was so incredible on the wedding day. Lauren came Thursday night and ran our rehearsal walkthrough, and then was there on wedding day early to set everything up. We brought her boxes of the decor we had, and let her do everything else. She set up all the decor, table runners, numbers, floral centerpieces, arch florals, guest book, signage, candles, seating chart, everything. She came and checked on both the bridal suite and grooms suite to make sure everybody was on time and to see if we needed anything. She helped make sure the day ran smoothly and if anything went wrong, my husband and I never knew about it! She cleaned everything up and packed up everything of ours at the end of the night and loaded it in our truck to take with us to our cabin for the night. Lauren is quite literally a lifesaver and we could not have pictured our wedding day without her. If you are planning a wedding and thinking you are just going to do it all yourself the morning of the wedding, I encourage you to think again. Lauren took so much stress off of my plate and I could enjoy the morning of the wedding getting ready with my girls, and then have the most incredible wedding day without having to worry about anything! Lauren's florals were STUNNING. I loved my bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, bouts, centerpieces, arch piece, etc. were all gorgeous. Words cannot describe how incredible Lauren and her team is, I absolutely recommend hiring her to do both wedding management and florals.

one had we not hired Lauren and Co. to help us through the process and especially through the rehearsal and wedding day. Caitlyn was wonderful. The best decision we made was also hiring Lauren to do our florals. My daughter and I had several conversations with Lauren about our florals prior to the wedding day, but I have to say that when we got to the venue and saw everything in place we were blown away! Our expectations, which were high, were exceeded. Our florals were stunning!! We could not have been more pleased and we are so grateful for all of the planning and hard work that went into making our day and our florals so spectacular! Lauren, as I told you at the venue- you knocked it out of the park! Thank you!

things I heard about after our wedding that she solved were crazy! Seriously- our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without Caitlyn. She was- by far- our best investment.

on. We'd send an email asking questions about a process or a vendor, and wouldn't hear back from them for a couple of weeks at a time. This had happened multiple times. When we raised the issue with the team, we were told that they didn't see an issue with communication, but we can use a phone app for easier and quicker communication. Great, we were a little put off by the lack of accountability but happy to have come to a resolution. We were also promised to have access to an event space planning software that would let us preview our reception layout virtually, but we never saw that. Throughout the planning process, we had been clear with the team that, for our wedding cake, we were going to get a small, 8-inch cake just for the bride and groom. We wanted to do a private, cake-cutting photo shoot with just the two of us, and then save the cake for our 1-year anniversary. The day after the wedding, we went to pick up the cake only to find out that the cake was served to our guests. We had discussed our plans for the cake many times during planning and even the caterer had notes not to serve the cake. After checking with the catering team, they informed us that they were told by the Lauren & Co team to serve the cake. This was incredibly disappointing to hear, as we had made our intentions very clear from the beginning of the process what we wanted done with our cake. When talking to the Lauren & Co team about what had happened, there was a lack of initial accountability and no attempt to try and make things right. Overall, the Lauren & Co team were nice and friendly people, and they definitely helped us out with some vendor recommendations, but issues with communication and a lack of accountability when they would make mistakes really soured our experience with them.

ready felt at ease. Even though we only chose the wedding day management services, Lauren encouraged us to reach out any time throughout our planning process if we needed help. I absolutely knew we made the right choice when we saw Lauren at a wedding vendor event, and she immediately recognized me, even though we'd only spoken for a short time several months earlier! She is extremely committed to the couples she is helping. We are also so grateful for Nicoletta, who we started working with closer to our wedding date! She was very accommodating with meeting times, listened closely to our vision, and answered all of our questions. She also helped us reach out to vendors during tricky situations. On the wedding day, Lauren and Nicoletta set everything up above and beyond our expectations! We had a brunch wedding, which means their time to set up was very limited, and they were still able to make our vision come to life! Throughout the day, they kept everything running smoothly and were so helpful as we moved around taking photos. They really made us feel taken care of! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did to help us throughout our entire planning process and wedding day! I definitely recommend hiring Lauren and her team!

ly small details and took over the timeline! As we approached our big day, we ran into few hiccups... and without Lauren, I would not have made it through those moments. She was "on call" for whatever I needed, whenever I needed, and I am pretty positive that is not in her contract. She went above and beyond for us, she became a friend and someone I trusted so quickly! Day of Lauren and Nicoletta were prepared for everything! Like when I ripped my dress 20 minutes after having it on- they had fabric glue! I admit I was a bit of an anxious bride, but they kept me calm and ran the show so I didn't have to! Our day was perfect, our venue was gorgeous and the best part was I did not have to worry about any of that! They did it all! And on top of all of that, at the end of the night, Lauren drove my husband's grandparents home for us. She truly was amazing and is just a beautiful human. I can keep going on and on about her and her team, but I'd be here forever! Our day was so magical and everything I could dream of. I cannot thank Lauren and Nicoletta enough for being such a huge part of it! Just a few tips for future brides- hire Lauren and her team, they are amazing and you won't have to worry about a thing! And even more importantly, don't sweat the small stuff, because a month later when you're looking back at it, those things don't matter! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts <3 Meg & Matt

e I starting working with Nicoletta who was with me on the wedding day, things went just as smooth. I seriously cannot recommend this team enough and now that the wedding is over, I miss them! I truly could not have gotten through the day without them and I am so beyond thankful to have found them. Nicoletta kept the wedding day moving smoothly and just knew exactly what to do throughout the day. She was there through every step and kept everyone together.

we had even hired her, Lauren's suggestions during our consultation saved us a significant amount of money and headache, and in the weeks and months leading up to our wedding, every time we talked to her it was like a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. On the wedding day, her relationships with our vendors and her expertise helped us head off several minor disasters, and it was such a relief knowing she would be able to make sure everything ran smoothly. I truly cannot recommend her services enough!

you needed her. Lauren's favorite word to use for me was specific. She would say "You are a very specific bride..." I must admit that made me nervous at first. But truthfully, I was a very specific bride. However, no matter what new request I had, or new idea I wanted to come to light, Lauren's response was always "We will make it work." Come the big day, I felt at peace because I knew I had Lauren by my side. She was on time, she came ready to work, and I just knew she had my back. I designed the perfect wedding in my mind but Lauren and her team made my vision something not even I could have imagined. The venue space was beyond perfect once she was done. She listened to everything I said and added a few special touches that I did not think of which only made it better. Not only did she set up the space perfectly, but she was with me every step of the day. She was always literally there when you needed her. From carrying our props to holding my veil so we could capture the perfect photo, she was there. If I leave you any advise, I say this... hire Lauren, you will not regret it. Lauren because of you, I actually want to relive my wedding day over and over again, not many brides will say that. Thank you so much. I am forever grateful.

ow hard and efficient they worked! I am normally the most anxious person in the world and I felt as though I could completely relax and truly enjoy my wedding day thanks to them. From setting everything up, helping all the vendors get ready and cleaning up at the end, they did a phenomenal job. My bustle ended up breaking halfway through the night and Lauren quickly came to my rescue and sewed new buttons on to keep my dress from getting completely walked on. I cannot say enough nice things about Lauren and the services she provided! Hire her even if you don’t think you need a wedding planner; you will not regret having her on your side so you can truly enjoy your wedding day.

all day, I could really relax and enjoy every moment of the day. Any little snag that came up was handled before I even knew it was a problem! Lauren is one of the nicest human beings and is so easy to work with. She completely understood my vision and made all of my dreams a reality that ended up being even better than I had imagined. She and Nicoletta made sure we ate, helped put on my shoes and carried my veil, were our cheerleaders when the photos seemed endless, and cleaned up everything at the end of the night so we could dance the night away. They worked tirelessly and made our day so perfect! I cannot recommend Lauren enough, booking her was the best investment in our wedding.

ay came. Her and her team made sure everything was perfect for our big day. She is extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. We live an hour away from our venue, but she lived very close, so she was able to help us find the perfect vendors in the area that were within our budget. She was always responsive to texts, calls, and emails in a very timely manner. We never felt alone in the planning process thanks to her. She even met up with us every time we went to our venue for planning purposes. We could not be more happy with her work and everything that she did to ensure our day was perfect. Her knowledge and experience with the wedding industry was top notch. We would highly recommend her to anyone getting married!!

organized.

d us with was invaluable! Throughout the entire planning process, she provided helpful advice and suggestions. She was always willing to hop on a call or meet in person when I was feeling overwhelmed and was so patient walking us through the details over and over again. Our wedding day went by without a single hiccup because of how well she planned it and coordinated it throughout the day. We never fell behind on schedule which made my extreme type A personality very happy :) Her assistant, Caitlyn, was not only extremely helpful but acted like a sweet, caring friend throughout the day. My bridesmaids and I all felt like we had known her forever! Lauren and Caitlyn were like family to us as they prepared for our wedding and celebrated with us. I will recommend Lauren forever to any and all my friends as they get married!! Thank you Lauren and Co. for being the best wedding planners we could have asked for!

lanning and always gave me guidance. She is genuine, dedicated and made all of my ideas come to life. I knew putting my wedding day in her hands would allow me to have a perfect stress-free day, and that is exactly how it unfolded. I knew from the moment I met Lauren that she was a woman of integrity and could be trusted with any task. I wish I could hire her a million more times- she was the absolute best vendor I worked with. I don’t have enough wonderful things to say about Lauren and her team, you will not be disappointed hiring her! She is truly an angel!

would not have flowed as seamlessly as it did without their assistance. Highly highly recommend.

o realize there was A LOT of small miscellaneous logistics day-of that I couldn't do myself and that couldn't task my family with. I reached out to Lauren with 6 months left until my wedding and you would have thought she'd been along for the ride the entire time. I hired Lauren for day-of coordination but to be honest she did so much more than that. While she did coordinate the day flawlessly and fully managed set-up and tear down of the event, she was also was a great resource to me navigating the everchanging landscape that comes with planning a wedding on the cusp of COVID and the world reopening. She provided me planning resources, tools and timelines that I relied on to keep me sane and on-track and was always there to answer any question I may have had. Lauren also was kind enough to allow me to borrow gold votive candles and easels for signage; any one less thing a bride has to buy is always a good thing! Another thing to add: my wedding day was pouring rain with 20mph winds, classic Cleveland. The first thing I saw when we pulled up to the church is Lauren running out to my party bus with an umbrella and ushered me into the church so I wouldn't get rained on. This is a true testament to the kind, selfless person Lauren is. She is so much more than just a vendor, but someone who takes a genuine sincere interest in you and your fiance outside of the wedding bubble too. I truly couldn't imagine my wedding day without her!

wooped in to help. When details weren't coming together as we'd hoped, she came to our rescue. Our vision for the wedding was unique, and we were afraid no one could bring it to life. We were, quite thankfully, dead wrong. Lauren took our vision and ran with it. Our event turned out to be truly magical, in no small part due to Lauren's work. We would recommend Lauren to anyone!

S COVID FRIENDLY. TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT WAS OVERWHELMING FOR ME. AFTER DECIDING NOT TO HAVE THE EVENT IN MY BACKYARD, I LOOKED AT THE VENUE THAT WE HAD BOOKED AND THE OWNER HAD MANY SUGGESTIONS FOR EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO PLAN A WEDDING OUT IN GENEVA. I FOUND LAUREN’S CONTACT INFO AND CALLED HER. FROM THAT POINT ON, SHE ASSURED ME THAT SHE WAS GOING TO BE THE PERSON I NEEDED TO TAKING ON THE ARDUOUS TASK OF PLANNING A WEDDING IN 2 MONTHS! THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF THE SHORT TIME THAT WE HAD, SHE WORKED WITH MY SON AND MY DAUGHTER IN LAW AND ME TO COORDINATE A COVID FRIENDLY WEDDING. SHE TOOK CARE OF EVERY DETAIL. COORDINATED WITH THE CATERER, BAKERY, FLOWERS, (WHICH SHE DID) TABLE SETTINGS, RENTAL, DJ, PHOTOGRAPHER AND EVERYTHING ELSE IN BETWEEN. ON THE DAY OF, HER STAFF OF TAMMY AND THE DAVINA, TOOK CARE OF EEVERY LAST DETAIL THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, HARD WORKING AND VERY CONSCIENCE. EVEN THE GUESTS AT THE WEDDING COMMENTED ON HOW HELPFUL THEY WERE. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I CAN’T SAY ENOUGH GOOD WORDS ON HOW WONDERFUL LAUREN AND HER STAFF WERE FOR ME. SHE WAS THE REASON WHY I WAS ABLE TO ENJOY MY SON’S WEDDING WITHOUT STRESS AND WORRY. THANK YOU LAUREN YOU WERE A GOD SEND.

much as I did with her there! Lauren is truly dedicated to making sure you have your dream wedding. If you are contemplating a wedding planner, Don’t!!! Choose Lauren, shes AMAZING AT WHAT SHE DOES!!

everyone could enjoy the ceremony and reception, kept things running smoothly and on time, coordinated with all the vendors, packed up all the decorations at the end of the reception, provided extra decorations like table signs and vases, bustled my dress....she did SO much! I hired her as a day-of coordinator but she did a LOT of work in advance of the wedding as well, attending all the venue walkthroughs, planning timelines with other vendors, and advocating for me and my wedding vision. To top it off, she's a really kind, sweet person who is a joy to be around.

commend her to anyone. We hired her for her day-of coordinator services, but she was involved the entire year leading up to the wedding. If you're hesitating on hiring a coordinator - DO IT! Lauren was hands-down the best investment of our entire wedding.
