She answered our a million and one questions throughout the year with details & photos since we planned our wedding from states away. She even facetimed us the entire venue a couple of times so we could really get a feel for the space. I'm so beyond thankful for her and all the work the staff did day of to make it truly the best day ever. I can't recommend them enough!!!

The food was absolutely incredible, bar staff and servers were incredibly kind, and Holly and Ariel worked with our vendors to ensure that our day was perfect - and it truly was. If you are looking for a venue that will take your breath away, do yourself a favor and set up a walkthrough here. The views are beautiful and each reception space is ideal. We had our ceremony at the arbor and our reception at the pavilion, but if we had to move inside for the rain, I would have still been thrilled. So many of our guests had stated that they looked at pictures of the venue before attending and were still awestruck when they stepped onto the property. We could not possibly be more grateful for Laurel Ridge Country Club and its team for giving us the most wonderful wedding day.

They are flexible to work with in providing standard cutlery/tables/linens/etc or work with outside vendors who provide more options meaning you can tailor your wedding as much as you want to your taste and budget. Above all is the amazing staff - the wedding managers, Holly and Ariel, are attentive to detail, thoughtful, talented at their work, and above all just the kindest people to plan such a special day with. The great staff doesn’t stop there: the food team (shoutout Dustin), the chef (best wedding food you’ve ever had), the bar staff (shoutout Sam), and all everyone we encountered were beyond generous, helpful, and made our wedding especially perfect!

e didn’t even need to use a lot of floral arrangements or extra things! The staff though… I can’t even put into words how incredible they were. Food was absolutely exceptional and all of their servers were so so magnificent. That’s not even the best part believe it or not! Holly and her assistant absolutely blew it out of the water and I could brag on them forever! Holly and her assistant were with me every step of the way! They were there throughout the whole planning process, rehearsal dinner, and were even there at 10 in the morning when me and all of my bridesmaids showed up to get our hair and makeup done! Holly kept coming down to check on us even when my planner was supposed to show up at the time we agreed to and never did. It gets even better too! My day of coordinator was also married to our photographer. She hardly did anything (I coordinated mostly everything) and also did not show up for our rehearsal dinner. Our day of coordinator also failed to go through the coordination process of letting me know that we did not pay for her or our photographer enough to last through our wedding day, so they left at 9:00 PM when our wedding was set to end at 9:35 (per the schedule that our coordinator had sent us), but Holly and her assistants stayed until our grand exit! Ariel, Holly’s assistant, went out of her way to take a video of me and my husband’s last dance because she knew our photographer had left early and I will truly cherish that video forever! I can’t even explain how much it meant to me, Ariel even went to my mom and asked her if she was the mother of the bride. When my mom said yes, Ariel sent it to her. I cry all of the time by watching this video because we couldn’t afford a videographer, so this video that Ariel took means the absolute world to me!!

After touring several venues, it was Holly’s warm and inviting personality, responsiveness, wedding knowledge, and genuine excitement for my then-fiancé and I that led us to choose Laurel Ridge. I would highly recommend Laurel Ridge Country Club to any bride looking for an all-inclusive ceremony and reception venue, with views and photo-ops that will leave your guests in awe!

She and her assistant, Ariel, were kind, thoughtful, and professional each time we spoke or met with them. Our great experience at the Laurel Ridge Country Club is greatly due to Holly's facilitating and friendly professionalism. Ariel, whom we met towards the end of our planning, was warm and pleasant as well. Ariel helped ensure I had everything I needed in the bridal suite the day of my wedding, and my friends and family enjoyed the food and champagne we ordered. Venue: Tim and I loved the venue the moment we entered it. The stately large windows exhibited rolling green golf-course hills, and trees that were both calming and beautiful. The venue presented both a classy and rustic decor, with a large fireplace on one end of the main hall, and an exit to a patio area on the other. Although my husband and I chose the indoor venue, the outdoor venue contained a covered area with a large fireplace with nearby lighted trees at dusk. Our guests were welcome to this area as well. Food: Our tasting was a fun culinary experience, and Holly met with us to discuss our favorite options. We chose the parmesan crusted salmon and the sirloin steak, which our guests loved. Since there were two children present at the reception, the chefs made kid-friendly meals such as grilled cheese or chicken tenders with fries. Going the Extra Mile: We had our cake delivered for all the guests, but Tim and I needed a last minute frosting for our own gluten-free cake due to unexpected changes. Sarah, a staff member, helped frost a photo-worthy cake that was prettier than I imagined. Holly and Ariel also helped with a smile and a positive attitude throughout the reception evening. LRCC Inn: The Country Club has four associated rooms across from the main courtyard. Mandy was an excellent communicator and ensured that we had everything that we needed from a borrowed iron and ironing board to a cooler. Each inn room opened up to a connected outside porch with rocking chairs and a view of the country club. Guests will enjoy the closeness to the LRCC entrance and the relaxing atmosphere of the inn. The rooms were clean and inviting. Overall, the Laurel Ridge Country Club has our highest recommendation for a wedding venue as well as Holly Smith, the Events Coordinator. We look forward to visiting during our one-year anniversary!

The rustic, high, open ceilings with stone fireplace dining room was gorgeous with incredible views from all the windows. The food was delicious. The wait staff was very attentive and welcoming to all. We had the pleasure of working with Holly Smith, the event coordinator. She was so very helpful throughout the entire process. She always made the time to sit down with us and answered any questions we might have. She shared so many wonderful ideas that we incorporated to make the day so special. She maintained communication throughout the nine months of planning via phone calls & emails as well. Holly also shared a list of preferred vendors that helped make the planning process much easier. The entire day was flawless. We continue to receive compliments from guests saying it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended!

e the planning leading up to the wedding was as perfect as the day itself. Holly went above and beyond on several occasions to make sure our special day was perfect. It should be highlighted that there was a chance of rain on our wedding day and the Laurel Ridge event team was both willing and able to work with us on any last minute accommodations. Thankfully we didn't need to exercise our back up plan but knowing that we had one made the day so much less stressful. We couldn't have been happier with our overall experience! The food and drinks were outstanding and the servers were 5 star. We've received so many compliments about everything at our wedding and we owe a lot of that to Laurel Ridge and Holly!

All of the staff were so kind and helpful. The venue was beautiful and just what we envisioned. The space for the bride and bridesmaids was comfortable and spacious. . The food was delicious and the presentation was lovely. We couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t change anything about our experience.

I didn't want to like it but the second I saw this venue, I was hooked. It is the most stunning place so I was expecting everything else to be subpar. NOPE The food was outstanding and the people there were so incredible. They don't treat you like just another bride, you feel like you are buds with them by the end of it. Everyone there was incredible. Holly was who I dealt with the most and she was the best to be around! She kept me calm and laughing all day and made sure me and my family had everything that we needed. I got so many compliments on how nice everyone was, how amazing the food was and how completely stunning the venue was. I could not have picked a better place for our wedding. It was my dream design/look and will recommend it to anyone who will listen. Going to miss hanging with the Laurel Ridge crew!!

The natural beauty of this place makes it a special gem. The boys were busy while the girls are getting ready and enjoying time together before the ceremony. Our guests loved getting to play golf, walking around to look at the sights, and enjoyed having an indoor and outdoor space for the night.

Only advice is to have everything in writing and be specific! They like to be vague so they can manipulate words. We had to pay an extra $1,500 on our bar tab because they didn't write down what we wanted and was confused with another wedding. I was told a simply "it is what it is.” And then was given the bill when I was sitting at the table DURING my wedding reception while I was trying to enjoy it.

The service staff was absolutely amazing, quick, and very attentive! Our plated dinner was hot and delicious and drinks never ran dry. We did postpone in 2020 and unfortunately cycled through 3 site coordinators after booking which made communication difficult. Lynne did her best to adapt for us as event coordinator, but truly shined as staff and site manager. She also has a huge decoration closet available!! All our vendors were welcomed with plenty of space and time for set-up. We were so happy to finally have our day and it was absolutely magical. Some of our guests were able to stay onsite, but the rest were able to find nearby lodging without any problems.
