Laura Memory Photography & Videography

iate everything she did for us and recommend her to all of our own friends!! 💖

oments and the vibe of our day. Laure did that and so much more!!

y beautifully. I had sent her a vision board of some inspiration photos and the photos she captured were even better. We could tell she really took the time to research the venue and find out what we wanted ahead of time so the day would go smoothly. Along with her talent, the professionalism and friendliness went unmatched! She is the sweetest and most down to earth person and exactly the kind of person you want around you during your big day

tyle is and editing are timeless and classic, while she captures true documentary style images the exude the joy of the moment. Looking back at our engagement shoot and wedding photos, I am instantly brought back to the excitement, happiness, and fun we had in the moments, whether it was the impromptu dance parties, floppy running, or silly prompts that made us so relaxed and truly acting as our selves. Laura has truly become a friend over the last year. She also was able to help my husband organize a surprise photoshoot for his parents last winter, as a christmas present for them. We can't wait to continue working with Laura over the years to come!

candid, authentic, and genuine joy in her clients. While I was wedding planning, I decided to somewhat secretly try out her services and booked a photoshoot with two of my best friends. The pictures Laura took of the three of us are so precious to us, and I’m so grateful that she captured this moment in time of our friendship. It goes without saying that I really wanted Laura as our wedding photographer after such a wonderful experience with my friends. We quickly booked her for our special day and took advantage of the included engagement photoshoot, which we planned a trip to the Biltmore for. The thing I love most about Laura is her positivity and the fun that she brings to her photoshoots. We had such a FUN time shooting our engagement photos, and the joy and love that me and my (now) husband have for each other is evident in the photos. As someone who isn’t always the most comfortable being in front of the camera, Laura helped with posing (where do I put my hands??), movement, and direction without being overbearing or making the photos look stiff. She works magic. On our wedding day, Laura was there on time to start taking detail shots and captured all the moments (from dress reveals to wedding party group shots to ceremony moments to reception dancing). Honestly, it was like having a best friend and a sneaky paparazzi photographer with us the whole day. Her and her associate Raquel were lovely to be around and you could see their artistic brains working to set up incredible shots that are just gorgeous. Laura is incredibly responsive via email, professional and positive during photoshoots, and impressively speedy with getting your sneak peeks (and full gallery!) to you after your wedding/photoshoot. Her photos aren’t the stiff, formal photos that you often see for weddings, but way more authentic and personal. I love how she captures movement, genuine laughter, and all of the small moments that mean so much. I couldn’t recommend her more highly for your wedding, maternity shoot, friendship photos, family photos, etc., and I can’t wait to work with her again! eren’t even engaged yet, but knew we HAD to have them for our day and they made it easy to feel like that would be possible! The biggest thing you need to know going into this process is you don’t just want photographers, you want people who become confidants, listen to your every idea, and make your day uniquely yours. That is Lura and Drew. They took the time to understand our vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life, offering valuable insights and suggestions along the way. When working with them, it was very easy to feel their genuine passion for their craft and unwavering dedication to their clients. Their ability to make capture our day in pictures that made anyone who saw them feel, was exactly what we wanted and what we’ll cherish so much for all the years that come. They also made our entire wedding weekend feel like a breeze. Despite the inevitable chaos (that can particularly radiate when we were the ones running the wedding at a cabin in a remote part of WV instead of a venue), they radiated calmness and positivity, which put me at ease being an anxious bride haha! Being in the creative field as well, it’s not often that you come across people who not only excel at what they do but also genuinely care about the people they work with. Laura and Drew are those rare gems. They are more than just photographers; they are friends who share in your joy and celebrate your love as if it were their own and you’d be crazy not to have them capture your day!

y done. My husband and I are in love with how the photos turned out. Definitely would work with her again!! :)

wedding photo dreams to life! Thank you for capturing the most amazing memories and giving us beautiful photos to look back at!!

y crowd but oh my gosh, she worked her magic and I’m so obsessed with the photos !!! She made everyone feel very comfortable for the photos to make them fun and was super speedy getting as many shots as possible. I’m so happy we were able to snag her for our big day. Highly recommend!!!!

very talented. Plus, they are SO fun to work with. We would chose them every time!

hat we wanted and totally delivered. Her prices are totally reasonable, especially for the quality of the shots we got. Every picture tells a story and we couldn't be happier. Laura has a great eye and her photos are just stunning. In short, Laura was awesome to work with. Our wedding photos are amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. Big thanks to Laura for making our day even more special!

ion they were attentive, organized but nimble, and FUN. As an LGBTQ couple, finding great vendors/teams to support you on your special day can be an anxiety-inducing experience—no need to worry about this with Drew and Laura. They are outwardly affirming and welcoming. Truly wonderful people who are fabulous at their craft. Highly recommend!!!!

ng Laura and Drew was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Not only did they capture every moment perfectly, but they have an incredible eye for special genuine moments shared between guests. We never felt awkward or rushed and we were constantly being hyped up by them. Not only are they talented at what they do, but they are also just genuine, lovely people. The photos and the memories they captured for us are precious and incredible. Hire them!! 10/10!!

t all things wedding. She made me feel like everything was handled and gave great advice. I would highly recommend her and her business to anyone for any life event.

s get so many compliments on our engagement and wedding photos when people see them. They made us feel so comfortable, and taking photos felt so natural. On top of that, they're FUN! We loved having them as our photographers but also as active participants in our wedding. They were on the dance floor with everyone having a blast while capturing memories for us. We got sneak peeks and behind the scenes footage back on our honeymoon and couldn't stop watching. They're also amazing allies to the LGBTQ+ community which was so important to us being a WLW couple and having a number of LGBTQ+ friends at our wedding. We love Laura and Drew!

the photo editing. The team is proactive and responsive leading up to the day, came with so much enthusiasm, and took wonderful photos. We are in love with our gallery!!

y even better! Laura is exceptionally great to work with. Her paperwork is easy and prompt, she responds to emails quickly, and will even set up a virtual call to discuss whatever you would like. Her prices are fair for the amount of photos you receive and the quality of her work and service. Laura did our engagement photos and wedding photos. Scheduling our engagement session was easy and stress free (as was the wedding, but you probably already guessed that!). We met her in Miami since she was down there anyway. Laura was down for an adventure so we went to a botanical garden where we got eaten by mosquitos but Laura was positive and having fun the whole time. The photos are GORGEOUS and we used them for all of our wedding materials and website. We have gotten so many compliments on all of our photos! Laura and Drew arrived a day in advance of our wedding and let us know when they arrived so we had peace of mind. They were on time to our wedding (if not early) and stayed until they were contracted to leave, not a minute early. They were having so much fun at our wedding and captured so many amazing moments. As a note, they are super fun but also take their work very seriously and were busting their butts the whole day to make sure they caught every precious moment. Laura and Drew made us feel so comfortable. They are hilarious and go-with-the-flow but also make sure they stick to the timeline and are diligent about getting every picture you want. They arranged all of our bridal party and family photos, making sure they all looked good. Laura and Drew are also very sensitive to family matters. We have some complicated family dynamics and they handled them like champions, making sure our day was stress free. It is clear that Laura and Drew are committed to making sure the couple has a wonderful stress-free day. Laura carried around my extra makeup all day so I could blot my face and I'm pretty sure Drew served us drinks at one point because we were thirsty taking pictures. All of our friends are obsessed with Laura and Drew - we still talk about how much we love them several months later - because they are actually that wonderful. Laura and Drew are EXTREMELY inclusive. We are a same-sex couple and were so comfortable with them. All of their paperwork is gender neutral, which is not something I can say for our other vendors (no shade, it's just the truth) and it was sincerely appreciated. Some of our friends use they-them pronouns and Laura was sure to get this information in advance so she could make sure to call everyone what they prefer. We received a surprisingly large sneak peak of photos the day after our wedding. All of our friends and family were shocked at how quickly we got all those photos, but it's because Laura is an editing machine. We got all our other photos back well within the timeframe provided. There are literally hundreds of photos and every single one is perfection. Laura even did a little bit of photoshopping that I requested, which I really appreciated. Long story short, look no further for the wedding (or other event!) photographer of your dreams. Laura and Drew are truly one of a kind (well, two of a kind) and they will make your wedding day exceptional! I wish I could get married again so I can hang out with them more.

has been amazing. Not only are they the MOST kind people you will ever meet but they are truly good at what they do. We love that so many of our best moments have been captured by them and will continue to use them for all our future special moments!! Not sure what you are waiting for reach out to them and have some of your best memories captured by them! ♥️

el so comfortable on our wedding day and the photos could not be more beautiful!

ictures while also being incredibly kind & funny. She made it very clear it was our day & whatever we wanted was what was going to happen, which we both greatly appreciated. She made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera, which is big feat for 2 people who aren't used to being in front of cameras. She was quick & effective while also making sure we got all the photos we wanted. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for the perfect photographer for their special day.

e us through the wedding planning process from the very beginning and was so communicative. She provided incredible resources and answered all of our questions that helped us think about both the big picture and little details and helped tie everything together. On both the day of our engagement session and our wedding day, she helped create the fun and comfortable environment I wanted. She had sent a questionnaire for us to answer before the wedding that helped us plan the photo details for the day. With that information and Laura and her second photographer's guidance, the day went so smoothly and we were able to really be present at our wedding and maximize our time with our people, which we are SO grateful for. The pictures themselves are INCREDIBLE. They captured the best styled photos and candid moments made even better by their fun personalities and the vibes they helped create!! Truly cannot recommend enough!

honestly, Laura & Drew bring an essence that is so much more than any "photographer" -- they genuinely feel like part of your wedding party! They made everyone from the young ones we had to the oldest in the crew feel loved, welcomed, and confident while shooting. Lastly, this is the first time I've even mentioned that they are incredibly talented! Both during the wedding to grab those intimate shots that really matter the most, capturing moments in time, not just a 'photo'. Beyond this, they are great in post-production, knowing that a weird light post or a strand of hair in your mom's face on the one best family picture. Like MAGIC Laura removes that item or even does a face swap with the picture where mom looked great. I 1000% recommend Laura Memory Photography to any and everyone. EXTRA POINTS FOR: 1. Anyone looking to elope, this couple would put on a parka and follow you up Everest if you wanted to. (They stayed in our venue in the Italian countryside with us for three days!) 2. If you are part of the LGBTQ+ community, or your family is, this couple supports love in all of its incredible forms. 3. You want friends for life! These two are the kind of people that you will follow their journey, and they will follow yours, because they care deep down. Your wedding isn't just a job for them, it's part of their life forever and you feel that.

so fun to work with that I felt like I was spending the best day of my life with two great friends. The photos came out absolutely beautiful. One of my favorite parts was convincing Laura to try riding my one wheel after getting just the best shots of me and my husband at sunset right after our ceremony just riding the curves of the foothills parkway.

of what's to come, it only going to get better and better. Laura and Drew were the most incredible people to work with. They listen to what you want, work in a way that makes you feel important, find a way to document the true emotion of your wedding day, and add ZERO stress to the day. They keep things on time, and put you completely at ease. Laura and Drew's attention to detail is meticulous, and their ability to make you feel like their only client is impressive - you'd never know how many other things they are juggling! Aside from being amazing people, their work is just incredible. I can't stop looking at photos from our wedding day and am so happy they were there to capture our day so perfectly. Thank you will never be enough. If you are looking for amazing photographers and amazing people - these two are the real deal!!!

7 months old. She is truly an expert at her craft, she makes turning around perfect photos look so effortless. She always made us feel so comfortable and was such a natural with our baby girl. She is such a sweet, kind and encouraging person too.

As two people not in front of the camera often, this was really important to us. We were worried we would look rigid behind the camera but she did a great job capturing our personalities and the small, intimate details of the day. When I look back at our photos, it's like I am there all over again! Lastly, she had an excellent turn around time on our gallery. Thank you Laura!

d the best times and places to take pics! The pictures turned out incredible & it was a once in a lifetime experience. Our wedding was the same - Laura and Drew created the perfect photo plan for our day and brought the energy throughout the event! We are so happy to have chosen Laura Memory Photography!

ave even asked for. Hands down best vendor decision we made for our entire wedding. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend them.

ing out to them and quickly hit it off. And throughout our big day Laura and Drew blessed us with their incredible energy. We felt so comfortable with them, which allowed for beautiful candid moments. Once the photos came back we were also blown away. They were quick with the turn around and the quality of the images was superb. We highly recommend you book Laura Memory if you’re searching for a photographer!!

sation I knew that Laura would be a great choice. Our engagement shoot was so much fun and all of the pictures are incredible. My (now) husband and I immediately printed some out to hang in our house. And those are nothing compared to the wedding photos. We got our sneak peak a week after and from that tease I knew when we got the full album we would almost have too many good pictures to choose from. I have two frames in my house I'm planning on putting wedding pictures in and I have printed out about 30 options. And the best review of all - both of our moms and the grandmothers love the pictures of all. As everyone knows it's hard to please that many leading ladies and Laura did it! In addition to being talented, Laura and Drew are just great people. We had such a good time getting to know them and hanging out with them all throughout our wedding day. I highly recommend Laura Memory Photography for your wedding or whatever event/occasion you need photos for!

tography days. From the very beginning of planning, back in 2019 (we postponed a year due to COVID restrictions), Laura and Drew were our instant friends. We had a quick meet-and-greet video call, which turned into a full hangout session sharing all love of gluten free foods and Harry Potter. It was so clear that they cared about every detail of what makes you a special couple so they could make the day special. At every pivot during the pandemic, Laura was ON email communication, always checking to see how we were doing, how we were keeping our stress levels low, and always asked if there was anything they could do to support our process. They provide any questions they have about your event, including vendor details, in a format that was seamless to communicate! During the big day, they stayed in touch with our wedding coordinator in secret to capture a surprise performance from our family and were so enthusiastic the whole way through! Thank you Laura and Drew for the calm cool confidence and enthusiasm you brought into our lives and to our wedding weekend. A simple review can't capture your amazingness. We love you both!

ing turned out! Laura makes taking photos easy and fun! She gives you prompts and ideas so you don't feel uncomfortable in front of the camera and by the end of the shoot, you feel like a model. On the wedding day Laura made sure to capture every moment while making sure we stuck to our timeline. Her photos truly captured the essence of our wedding and I cannot recommend using Laura enough! As an aside, she books up fast so be sure to reach out quickly!

it and they turned out more amazing than I could ever imagine! During the session, Laura made it so relaxing and fun. We were completely comfortable and it felt more like a romantic date! She got our photos back to us very quickly too. I highly, highly recommend Laura!!

at and cruised to a local island, explored around to get the perfect sunset shots, and she had a brilliant idea to end with jumping in the water off our dock. She helped us with our poses and made sure we got all the shots we were hoping for looking back through our inspiration photos. That meant a lot to me because she took hundreds of beautiful photos and was thoughtful to make sure we were happy. Laura made us feel comfortable throughout, asking questions about us and our wedding. I was nervous at first because I’ve never hired a photographer, and that went away pretty quickly because of how kind and chill she was. She felt like one of our friends almost immediately, which really put us at ease. I also loved how flexible she was with planning for poor weather. We had a date set for photos and a backup rain date that we ended up having to use. She let us decide same day because the weather was fluctuating. By some miracle the minute she arrived the sun came out and we had a perfect 3 hour adventure shoot with a gorgeous sunset. Overall, Laura is well worth choosing as your photographer for any event to guarantee a lifetime of memories and gorgeous photos! Thank you so much Laura, for the time and effort you put into our shoot. I can’t believe you’re already done editing and gave us the album in less than two weeks. I cried as we looked at all the beautiful photos, and now I have no idea which ones to print for our home. They are all amazing!

ndemic craziness and was always so helpful and flexible during our change of plans. We have so many wonderful pictures that I can't wait to put all over our house. I must have saved over 100 as a favorite. I couldn't recommend Laura and her team enough and I am super appreciative that they could be a part of our big day!

that we hired her until days after the wedding. She listened to everything that I wanted in terms of pictures and moments captured. Our pictures turned out even better than what we had imagined. She sent a bunch of sneak peaks a couple of days after the wedding and then we received our full album exactly a month after. The pictures are just wonderful and I get chills every time I look at them. They captured the most candid moments from the ceremony and reception. They are honestly the best wedding photos I have ever seen :) Thank you Laura and Drew!!!

r day runs smoothly and to get the photographs of your dreams! My husband and I are not the biggest photo people but they made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. We did our engagement shoot with Laura and it really set the tone for how wonderful it would be to have her with us on our wedding day. When she showed up, she hugged me and asked how I was feeling. They take the time to make the connections with their clients and treat them like family! When communicating with her (email or text) she was very quick to respond. There really are not enough kind words out there to express our gratitude and experience with Laura and Drew!

ess and we ended up using two vendors she connected us with, who were also amazing. She had knowledge about the area and industry that we would not have been able to navigate by ourselves. We have so many stunning pictures that capture our personalities and special day. We are so happy we went with her and are so thankful to have the amazing photographs she produced for us.

otographer for our mini-wedding for about 2 weeks. Finally, I found Laura who is exactly the person we need who makes things perfect. We feel so lucky that we found and have her as our photographer to make the wedding day a perfect one for us!

planning "team". From coordinating our engagement shoot to nailing down day of details, Laura was so helpful, kind, and fun. My now husband and I were a bit nervous about taking our engagement photos, mostly because we tend to be a little awkward in front of the camera, but with Laura's help we were so comfortable and had a blast!! The pictures are gorgeous. On the day of our wedding, Laura was a huge help. She arrived early and prepared, ready to make some magic happen! She captured our day perfectly. Every guest raved about how wonderful she was at the wedding and I know that our day would not have been the same without her. I would HIGHLY recommend Laura for any of your photography /videography needs. Not only will you get an amazing photographer/photos, but you will gain a new friend.

camera. Her turn around time is super fast, which is amazing. I highly recommend her.

a bride but Laura and Drew were so unobtrusive and yet everywhere all the time. Their overall demeanor had me so calm and relaxed the entire night. They were just two more friends enjoying the night with us. AND THEIR PICTURES! Oh my goodness....I literally only have a handful since my wedding was just the other day and I am head over heels in love with every single one. Laura's skills behind the camera are truly impressive. I cannot wait to hire her again for our next major event. 10/5 stars!!

s a very professional photographer with great experience, an artistic eye, and beautiful personality. Highly recommended!

erything you could hope for in lifelong friends. They genuinely care about you and your vision, and go above and beyond to make it a reality. From the time we first met Laura to our engagement photos and up until our wedding day, she never failed to check in on us just to say hi, see how we were doing or to offer her support, which was always the sweetest. On the day of our wedding, Laura was my dress fixer upper, my comedian, my calm in the whirlwind of it all – all while capturing our love story behind the lens so beautifully, artistically, passionately and so very us. No words will ever be enough to express our gratitude and appreciation for Laura’s amazing talent, compassion, friendship and her ability to make each moment – both big and small – last forever through her photography.
