I cannot recommend Sarah and her team highly enough! We purchased the Day-Of-Coordination package and Sarah went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day went smoothly and perfectly. Sarah was an invaluable resource beginning even months before the wedding with helpful resources, vendor recommendations, and ensuring that we were on track with planning. She took over vendor communications the week of the wedding and on the day. Our wedding day setup timeline was tight and required a huge room flip, but Sarah and her team made it happen without the bat of an eye. I still cannot believe that she somehow knew exactly what was in my head for table and venue decor without my ever fully verbalizing it! My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding day and our guests because of Sarah! If you are looking for a wedding planner or coordinator, or are on the fence, hire her!!

With a background in corporate event planning I decided to pursue my dreams and open Lasting Impressions Weddings soon after I was married. Everyday I wake up and realize that I have the best job in the world! I get to be around couples in love and assist then with making their wedding dreams come to life! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two little boys and I love to be anywhere close to the water.

She has so much knowledge and expertise in every aspect of planning a wedding and was really able to bring my aesthetic/vision to life! She made everything so easy and was always super quick to answer emails and questions, no matter how big or small they were. I truly had the least stressful wedding planning ever, and this is all thanks to Sarah. Her online planning portal was also extremely helpful and it was so nice to have an online guide to reference the entire time.
And on the day of, Heidi, who is a member of her team, executed the timeline and plan (which was very detailed thanks to them) to perfection. I did not have a single moment of stress on my wedding day and the venue & layout & details were exactly how I imagined and dreamed they would be.
I am so grateful to Sarah and her team for making it such a fun and memorable experience for my now husband and I. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, my advice is to ABSOLUTELY DO IT! And not only that, but hire Lasting Impressions to do it because you WILL NOT regret it :)

She met us at the door of the venue, was ready to talk through logistics right away and showed us to the different locations we'd be performing in for ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner. She already had a plan for cuing us for ceremony processionals that involved her and her assistant and a lengthy processional walk. Cometh the moment, and the processionals ran like clockwork. She's so easy to work with, is relaxed and in control on the day, and is not afraid to make decisions when they need to be made. She was fabulous, start to finish. Top class planner.

2021 wedding in Minnesota while residing in Texas. We were two full-time working professionals, drowning in information overload and overwhelmed by wedding “how-to” guides. Our goal was to have an elegant, sophisticated wedding with minimal “askes” of family and friends, and Sarah delivered 150%. Sarah’s expertise and experience is un-matched, from vendor knowledge and coordination, to budget/cost benchmarking and day of schedules. Use of Aisle Planner (software) kept all parties organized and on track. In total, our wedding involved 10-14 vendors and two locations (church ceremony and reception venue). The pandemic was an unexpected element, and Sarah rolled with the changes, keeping us all informed. We loved the way everything pulled together and had a wonderful wedding day. We cannot thank Sarah enough, and highly recommend Lasting Impressions Weddings for wedding planning services.

She was with us every step of the way -- flower meetings, food tasting, venue check-ins, etc. In addition to constantly emailing us and vendors, checking in to make sure we're feeling okay, giving ideas/brainstorming all the way up to the day of. Day of was a MUST have Sarah. She did everything. My flowers came out a little different than expected and it was fixed within minutes. She handled everything and the day went absolutely perfect (in our minds, which is exactly what you want!) I even forgot to put guest food preferences on the cards -- Sarah took care of it. I bought a sign with our last name on it last minute -- Sarah helped paint it. She didn't miss a beat.
