I am extremely dissatisfied with my suit rentals at LaNeige Bridal for my wedding. We had a COVID wedding in 2020 and they completely forgot my husband's shoe rental and had to ove...
rnight ship them to us last minute which was quite stressful as they didn't get to town until the day of the wedding. Fast-forward to our reception in 2021, we decided to give them a second chance and rent our suits there again. This was a huge mistake. They completely messed up our rentals AGAIN, and this time it was even WORSE! We did not rent suit jackets for our groomsmen and yet they were all given them and charged extra. They also gave my groomsman the vests IN THE WRONG COLOR. This lead to a huge stress on our wedding reception day and we ended up having the groomsman not wear the vests or jackets at all, which ruined the vision of what we were looking for on our big day. Oh and they forgot my husband's shoes AGAIN. We verified and called in about our order countless times and we still got the wrong stuff. I would give them 0 stars, but they did end up refunding all my groomsmen for their mistakes.
Go ahead and buy your overpriced wedding dress from here but DO NOT RENT YOUR SUITS FROM LANEIEGE BRIDAL!!!
As the bride I had the most amazing time at LaNeige, both appointments I went to (about 9 months apart). The manager Maggie was hilarious, she made me feel incredibly comfortable a...
nd she even ordered some extra dresses in from other LaNeige stores when she heard about the “vibe” I wanted at my wedding. Truly amazing.
I still will give this review 5 stars because I think for brides, or anyone in a dress, it really catered to that person’s needs.
I sent my fiancée into to try on suits and he did not have as great of a time, he and his group didn’t get treated to drinks, he was left alone upstairs where a small selection of suits were located and left alone. When he asked questions his consultant generally ignored them and brought multiple wrong sizes (not because the right ones weren’t available).
Again, for brides or dress wearers, this shop is really catered to that and it was easily the best experience I had at any shop around town. I would 100% recommend it to anyone in Boise.
Amazing selection and so helpful! I had to make a few appointments to decide on the perfect dress for me and they were so helpful and were very patient with me. I would recommend a...
ll brides to go to LaNeige Bridal!
I ended up getting a beautiful, unique, Maggie Sottero dress. The staff was so sweet! We had a beautiful morning trying on dresses and then even helped me get my dress altered.
Great company absolutely loved everything about my dress 😍 just perfect! Although did have a few miss ups with orders and the wedding date but turned out just beautiful in the e...
nd dream come true all my bridesmaids and groomsmen were happy even my husband everything fit perfectly turned out great
LOVED IT! I had gone to a few bridal stores around Boise but avoided LaNeige because I was scared of the prices haha but it was WORTH IT! Maggie showed me around the store, offered...
me drinks, informed me of the gowns, etc. It was a private appointment so I felt like a princess, and all of the dresses were amazing. Although I didn't buy a dress today, I'm sure I'll be back someday (: I felt like I was paying equally for the dress as I was the entire experience, and Maggie set the tone for what a bridal appointment should be like.
Excellent service and beautiful dresses! La Neige made my dress shopping experience feel very special!
Beautiful dresses and awesome service

nnaire before hand so they know what your style is before you come in the door! I have to admit they are a bit pricey, so it was hard to stay in my $1000 budget, but the experience was SOOOOO worth it!
I didn't want to get my wedding gown from David's Bridal, I wanted something unique! I love to design dresses but don't know too much about sewing my creations. So I searched onlin...
e to find a seamstress who could make my dream come to life. (I wanted an Ellie Saab-ish dress. Flowing with lace) I emailed all the people I could find, and found a lot of alteration people who charged a ton for making a dress, and from their work, I wasn't sure they would understand my vision. Then I came across Daci! Her website and work impressed me, it looked like something off of pinterest! What she does is she gets inspired... then she pulls it out of her head and onto a mannequin in a matter of hours. It's amazing! She got excited when I showed her my design, she loved the designer I loved. She even let me stay and watch/help a little after she measured me. I lived out of town, and she always fit our meetings within my trip's schedule. (She had new dress projects hanging up every time I came in!) We, and I use that term lightly, created the perfect dress! It fit the feel of my wedding and it fit my body to the inch. I had such a good experience with Daci, I recommend her to any bride in Boise and beyond.
