beth was a dream to work with. Once my dress came in, it was different than we had anticipated with sizing and fabric. Natasha wasted no time doing everything that she could to make modifications to my dress, which I fell in love with all over again. Some things happen through the wedding planning process that are not what you are expecting, but working with vendors who will fix things when they go wrong is EVERYTHING. I love every team member that they have and highly recommend.

e time to sit down with me, get to know my style and the vibe for our wedding, and picked out the most beautiful gowns to match exactly what I had envisioned. The whole process was so smooth and amazing. Elizabeth paid attention to every detail of the gown I tried on, and fit them to my size. I ended up deciding on the fourth gown I tried on, and I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out! To sum, the gowns at Ladies of Lineage are beautiful, but what really makes the experience is the staff that work there! I would 100% recommend anyone who is looking for their wedding dress to go to Ladies of Lineage for a once in a lifetime special experience!

e listened to what I thought I was looking for, pulled gowns I had my eye on from their Instagram, and offered options she thought I would like that were the perfect mix of the individual elements I liked from other dresses.  Elizabeth curated my PERFECT wedding dress by adding lace sleeves to the first gown I tried on (it always ends up that way doesn't it) and a gorgeous veil.  I was crying like I always thought I would when finding the one!  As far as covid precautions, I was limited to only two guests, but that was totally fine (and very understandable) so my sister and mom came along.  We all wore masks and so did the rest of the staff.  We still were offered champagne which was great!   Overall, I could not be happier with my experience at Ladies of Lineage.  Elizabeth and the rest of the staff's professionalism and kindness went above and beyond and I will be recommending all of my friends, family, co-workers, and any strangers I encounter to head their way.

h put us at ease. They were having a trunk show and worked directly with the designer to get me a new dress within 10 days. They then went above and beyond once the dress arrived to assist with alterations. The best people, the best dresses, and the best customer service! Thank you Ladies or Lineage!

hey had several couture designers I haven’t seen anywhere else. Not pushy at all, insanely respectful. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Haven’t bought yet (outside circumstances) but 99.9% sure I will be returning to buy my dress from them in a couple months!

new this experience would be like no other. We were able to sip champagne and pull dresses and Natasha also pulled dresses she thought I would like. She helped me get into each one and used clamps to make the dress fit me. I am very indecisive and she was not bothered for one second when I asked to put on the same two dresses over and over. When she put my hair up in a bridal bun and put a veil on me and I instantly was able to make my decision. Once you choose your dress you get to sign and date the cork from your champagne and they place it in jars that decorate the whole shop. I have recommended multiple other brides to this shop as I cannot say enough good things about the ladies here. They go over the top to make every bride feel so special during one of the most exciting parts of wedding planning. Go see the wonderful Ladies of Lineage!

Additionally, the store has great structures in place for keeping everyone safe-- masks, hand washing, and plenty of space. I felt safe the entire time!

Even though I ended up finding my dream dress at another store, I can't say enough about Ladies of Lineage. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I mentioned styles and designers I had been admiring - she knew all I was talking about and can tell she knows what she’s talking about- from fabric, to design, to customizations, to designer’s unique styles themselves. Elizabeth went to pick out dresses (what I thought was a smaller selection than other boutiques), picked out approx 5 dresses and then there was this one at first glance I would never of picked off the rack myself but when I put it on - it checked every single of my wants and fit like a glove! Her knowledge and confidence and keen eye made it a no brainer! I said yes to the dress!

Jodene was so knowledgeable and attentive to what I wanted, didn’t think twice when I changed my mind when coming in for my second appointment, and gave me the perfect amount of independence to chose what I wanted and guidance based on her expertise. We saw a dress at another store that was quite a bit out of my price range, but we were willing to do it for a dress that beautiful. However, when we told Jodene, she was convinced she could find something I loved equally as much AND in my price range; and she did! Both the dresses and locations are gorgeous and I’m so happy I found my dress at Ladies or Lineage!

side. I visited three different times to pick the one! I’m happy to finally say I have my wedding dress. Each experience I had someone different. I had Halle, Natasha and Jodene. All three ladies were great! I will say on my last visit, I was by myself as my family lives in Michigan. They still made me feel comfortable as it was a special moment finally saying yes to the dress. I can’t say enough great things! I highly recommend!

e salon multiple times as my family trickled in from out of town so I could try on the sample for them to see and feel like part of it! They were happy to hold the phone for photos and Facetime and went out of the way to make people feel included. They were respectful of my budget and only brought dresses that were under enough that I could still do veil, shoes, and alterations and remain under budget. I also used their in-house alterations and was very impressed that after losing significant weight between purchasing the dress and my wedding day, she made it fit and look perfect. My only reason for not leaving a 5 star review is because I was unaware that I needed to get my gown pressed myself prior to my wedding date, and that was a surprise errand and expense in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I used their recommended cleaner though and they did such a good job I didn't have to steam my satin gown on my wedding day AT ALL. I would absolutely recommend Ladies of Lineage and I hope my friends work with them too so I can go back again!
