This is basically a love letter to Brynn. I have been eagerly awaiting writing this review for a year and a half now that I was working with Brynn and LJM. If you want a truly elev...ated bridal experience, you must stop by LJM. There are so many bridal salons in Columbus but just looking at how cute LJM is from the outside, you understand it is going to be such an elegant experience. First of all, whatever scent they pipe through the salon is to die for and I was thrilled when my dress still smelled like LJM after alterations. Second, I was going through chemo and radiation when trying on dresses. I called ahead and explained my situation- that my wig is very hot, I couldn’t stand for long and get winded very easily. I met Brynn and she had a chair, water and champagne ready for me. She was so helpful in and out of the dresses and often checked to see if I needed a break, and when I did, she just let me relax with my posse. I came back for my “Say yes” and accessories appointment and secured the dress! I called a few months later to come see more veils and Brynn was more than accommodating and I fell in love with the perfect veil. After treatment, I ended up losing almost 50lbs. My dress was now 2 sizes too big and I started to panic. Brynn called me and LJM had me come back in and look at the dress/what needed to change and gave me 3 recommendations on alterations places they confidently knew could assist in taking the dress in adequately. Brynn eased my worries and assured me that no matter what, I would be walking down the aisle in that gown. LJM also does final steams so they were so cooperative with my chaotic bridal schedule of final alterations, getting it back to LJM and then subsequently picking it back up. Every time I walked into LJM, Brynn would notice my hair had grown back a little bit more and that always really stuck with me. The entire staff is lovely and would always compliment my dress, wish me well and for a happy wedding. Some salons truly don’t care that you are getting married but LJM was just as excited for me as I was for myself! Thank you so much, Brynn! I hope our paths cross again one day!
