We booked L Rock Entertainment for our wedding and couldn't be happier with our choice. From our first conversation, they were quick to respond and caught every detail we cared abo...
ut, including making sure all our music was cut and timed perfectly. On the day of, they brought incredible energy from start to finish and kept the party going all night long. What really impressed us was how genuine they were about getting people on the dance floor—even the guests who never dance ended up having a blast. The whole team showed real talent and care for making our day special. We'd recommend L Rock Entertainment to any couple looking for a band or DJ who actually listens and knows how to throw a celebration.
AMAZING DJ!!! Christina with L Rock Entertainment is the best DJ we could have asked for, for our wedding. Once our dance floor opened, the party never stopped. AMAZING music and m...
ixes ALL night long, getting the young kids as well as older folks at our reception on the dance floor. She took all our music taste into consideration and made the best mix, better than we could’ve imagined. Christina made us feel very comfortable as an LGBT couple, truly just the best DJ! All our family and friends are still raving about her a month after our wedding. We WILL certainly book her for any future DJ needs. Thank you L ROCK ENTERTAINMENT for the BEST RECEPTION!!
We hired Christina for our wedding and she was the BEST!!! In the planning stages she was so kind, patient and professional even when I was disorganized. She made really helpful su...
ggestions that worked out great. On the day of the wedding she hit every queue perfectly and most importantly, kept the dance floor bumping ALL NIGHT. It was three hours straight of dancing. I got comments from several people about how great the music was. Choose Christina with L Rock entertainment for your next event, you will not regret it!
TLDR: Hiring Modern Highway for our wedding was, hands down, the best decision my wife and I made for our big day. First and foremost, they are all talented, professional, and brou...
ght a large repertoire to the table. Christina is a fantastic singer, with big range. She is also a great business person, again with exceptional range - handling our light, acoustic service music, our post-wedding cocktail music, and our reception music. All live - which kicked the shit out of a DJ. She also MC’d. For weddings, hitting hitches is bad - there were none.
The long version: Our wedding was a Sunday. It was in a more remote area from LA - Temecula. My wife had just been injured in a car accident - so we were a little nervous but the event was still a go with many people flying in. I am a musician and my wife and I had made the decision that live music was what we wanted for our big celebration. In hindsight, my only regret is the Sunday wedding because we hired Modern Highway to do our music and they were on fire. And some guests had to think about…Monday.
But Christina and the band really held things together. It was a fun event and a big piece of that was the music. Christina brought a tremendous amount of energy. Her voice is electric and, when it came time to dance, the band brought it. Christina was very active moving through the crowd, dancing and singing. It is so hard to do that well - to be the energy.
Where we needed “other” services, for first dances, parent dances, introductions, ceremony, etc., Christina & Modern Highway had it all covered. In a few cases we needed streamed music - covered. We needed someone to make the event go from the mic - covered. In a unique circumstance, my own band wanted to play - covered. If I’d been them, I would have said no. And frankly, based on what I saw from Christina, we could not have had a better person handling the mic that night.
My wife and I look back on our wedding day as a true blessing - a day we were ecstatic about on the spot. I know a big piece of our internal satisfaction is knowing the entertainment was top notch. I wish Christina could have been our photographer as well. 😉
Christina was super professional and organized. We had a great time, and so many of our guests came up to us after to tell us that the DJ was awesome. She had cool remixes and blen...

e pricing is not something you can beat. She knows how to drop the beat for us old folk. We truly appreciate your level of expertise in your industry and would not recommend anyone else for this job. Weddings, celebrations, corporate events ..don’t call anyone else. Make sure you get one of the best. Much love and success
L Rock was fantastic - she asked all the right questions and really captured what we wanted for our music. She was responsive and easy to communicate with.

our wedding and she was always available to answer any questions I had. About 10 days before the wedding, we scheduled a call to go over everything and she made me feel so confident that everything would go off without a hitch. And it did! y, and on the event day, both Christina and Gene really kept the party going! It was so fun having a versatile wedding musician duo who could switch from a nice mellow acoustic set (with songs to appeal to all generations), into a fun party DJ set to wrap the night up right! Highlight of the event!

4 piece electric band for the dancing. Very professional and flexible to work with throughout the process. They even surprised me with one of my favorite songs that was not on our original set list and also took special requests from our guests. I highly recommend them and look forward to another occasion we can have them play again.

our reception and we absolutely loved them. Christina was super helpful in helping us create a great timeline for all the different events we wanted during our reception. She even took the time to research a few different wedding traditions that she wasn't all that familiar with. Christina was truly the backbone of our wedding and we couldn't have survived the day without her. Needless to say Christina is an excellent communicator, easy-going, flexible and extremely professional. We sent a list of new songs that would be considered challenging considering their genre, and they were able to pull them off perfectly..... They are worth every penny, and I can't wait to have them perform at any future events!!! Psssss....... If your thinking about hiring them, do it!!! They are indeed masters of their craft

inger to provide music for our ceremony. We recieved many responses however Christina and Gene really stuck out. From the 1st contact they took the time to thank us, congratulate us and provide us with all the information needed. Even, when we had questions after our initial contact they answered every one professionally and gave us peace and assurance. There was nervousness over booking a performer without meeting them in person but Christina sent over videos of performances and their voices blew us away. The song requested was not on their playlist but they took the short time given to learn it. I walked down the isle to the rest of our lives to the most beautiful voices serenading us. After the ceremony they stayed to play for our guests. We can not count how many people asked where we found them and how amazing they sound. On top of their talent they are genuinely nice people who you just want to stay and join the party. I love them!!! I can not express how happy I am to have hired them. Thank You Christina and Gene for being attentive, flexible, inprovising, professional and for helping us make our wedding so memorable. We love and appreciate you!!! Hire them they are high quality pure talent!!!
Thank You,
Casey and Veronica
