Born in Togo, Kodjo Somana immigrated to the United States with his parents when he was seven years old. Although his parents had moved in search of new opportunities, they still struggled in the years that followed. There were many challenges that he had to overcome, and one experience that stuck with him was a church visit when he was nine: the pastor prayed for him, encouraging him to continue to follow his heart and trust in God. Attending Columbus College of Arts & Design, Kodjo studied Filmmaking and earned his BFA in 2016. He then went on to launch his videography business.

The video quality was FANTASTIC, and came with multiple formats for file viewing (e.g. DVD, Blue-Ray, 4K, thumbdrive, etc.). We had two videographers there on our big day, and they captured almost all of our wedding ceremony and reception. They were very responsive via email leading up to our wedding day, and arrived on time as we were getting ready. Even though they're new to wedding videography, they did a fantastic job!

As the day approached we were able to share any changes in plans and work with him to make sure our vision was captured. And when our wedding day arrived he did just that! He set up early and the camera started rolling despite the obstacles I, as a flustered bride, encountered. The speed bumps didn’t phase his team because they captured priceless moments in a tasteful and beautiful manner—making our small backyard wedding look like a fairytale.
