KMC Events and Design

to staying in our budget, our vision, and comfortability throughout the process and day off. Karen and Dalyn were always responsive even to my probably over dramatic questions. As a bride you have a vision for your special day, My husband and I didn’t have any worries the day of, our family/friends were able to sit back and enjoy the day with us. When we first had our meeting with Karen she asked us if we could have anything on our wedding day what would that be. I said, our families not be stressed out the day of and enjoy the day with us and my husband said as long as Koti (me) is happy I’m happy. I can truly say she made our dreams and wishes come true. I think when people hear wedding planner they think cha ching, I promise you it can work in any budget if you truly want it to and you will be so so happy that you did.

y make the process SO easy. They worked with us on our vision and recommended & booked amazing vendors to help pull everything off. Communication was always a priority for this team. I always felt like I was in the loop and they kept it real with costs, details, and expectations. I’m still in awe of this perfect day, I want to relive this experience all over again. Thank you KMC team!!!

n minutes of my first phone call with Karen that her team was right for me. Karen and Abby were both so genuine, and immediately made me feel at ease when talking to them, I felt like I had been friends with them for yrs. My mom and I had met with other planners which all seemed amazing as well, but something that stood out on our first phone call with Karen & Abby (as well as the whole team) was how kind and engaging they were with my Mom and not just me, which was so important to me. I appreciated KMC's approach at finding out what was and was not important to us, and really focused on our vision. I felt like they truly tailored their approach to include everything that was important to us. I had recently started a new job and was extremely busy during the planning process, and also felt like I had no idea where to begin prior to hiring KMC. I don't know what I would have done without them! KMC uses a very user-friendly platform to organize all of the details in one place (including seating chart/rsvp) which I felt was VERY helpful (even parents can use easily 🙂). I highly recommend Abby C, who was the planner I primarily worked with. She was so amazing and so skilled! she had exceptional attention to detail, great suggestions on various details, a calming demeanor, ability to coordinate seamlessly between all the vendors etc. She will always have a special place in my heart for going above and beyond for us, and making our day run so smoothly. Her communication was excellent. She was always quick to respond when I reached out. She was on site the whole-time day of the wedding, she ensured everything was set up appropriately, coordinated the vendors, etc. she also checked in with me frequently, she even helped me bustle my dress! If you are questioning whether you should get a planner, the answer is 100% YES. Hiring KMC was by far the best decision I made and the best money I spent! The entire team exceeded expectations; I highly recommend them !! I can't say THANK YOU enough! -Katie and Matt Clarke - 10/29/2022. **From the Mother of the Bride - 10/29/2022** THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, ABBY!! My husband and I are beyond grateful for everything you, and your wonderful team at KMC, did to make our daughter's wedding absolutely beautiful!! And so much FUN!! Your extraordinary attention to every little detail was amazing! We valued every suggestion you made and greatly appreciated all of your guidance. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to coordinate with all the vendors resulted in a flawless execution of our entire event. We couldn't have been happier and we couldn't have done it without you!! Even more, and such a blessing, you were so kind and friendly to all of us. SO easy to work with! You felt like a longtime friend from the minute we met you :) You were the very definition of cool, calm, and collected at all times. Your composure and grace were incredibly reassuring throughout the whole process and we appreciated it so much!! We are forever grateful to you, Abby!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!
