Ashley and everyone at the ranch was absolutely amazing to work with. She was quickly responding to emails and was always willing to help out with anything. The venue is BEAUTIFUL....
We highly recommend booking with them, we got many compliments on this venue!!
Beautiful venue. Very poor customer service, execution and communication during and after our events.
A beautiful place that made our wedding even better. Amazing place! Stacy and Denis were so helpful!
We loved having our wedding at Kleffner! The venue is so beautiful and the owners are incredibly kind. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rustic venue in Montana!
This venue was beautiful! It was fantastic to have everything at one location. The park was perfect for the ceremony. The setting was just what I wanted on our wedding day. The...
barn was an excellent location to host our reception. There is lots of space, very clean and pictures turned out amazing outside the barn! Couldn't have asked for a better venue! Stacy and Denis were also very helpful and always responded back to my questions in a very timely manner.
We got married at the Ranch in September and everything was awesome! The owners were very respectful and accommodating to make our day everything we wanted. They were very easy to ...
work with and we were very happy with the results. We had our ceremony on the grounds and the reception in the barn and we set up everything in a customized way. Perfect in every way!
I had a beautiful wedding but I have to say that it's a good thing I'm a low key and chill person because working with the owners was pretty difficult. They were pretty inconsisten...
t on communication regarding the venue and the contract. Up to the last minute we were trying to figure out if we had enough tables and napkins etc and we got there there was only 5 tables in the pavillion and so thank goodness we had our own trucks to go grab 20 more out of the barn up the hill. We had to ask where the brides and grooms will be getting ready, and no one really greeted us when we got there the day of, we had to seek them out. Kind of unproffesional. But the venue and setting is worth any kind of hassle. The Elkhorn mountains are the backdrop with the Prickly Pear Creek running through it and there's horsshoes at the pavillion and lots of french doors to open if the weather is nice. It was the most perfect setting to have a Montana wedding, the pictures with the big sky made it the most wonderful day of my life so far.
Kleffner Ranch was amazing for my October Wedding! We got married and had the reception in the barn. Stacy and Denis are great people and we could not have asked for more!
Not only is the Kleffner Ranch incredibly beautiful but Dennis and Stacey were so helpful and accommodating. A storm ended up blowing through right before the ceremony and Dennis h...
elped wipe all of the chairs dry and even offered to help move all of the chairs to the barn in case the rain didn't let up. The storm quickly passed and we had a wonderful ceremony down by the river. I highly recommend!
The Kleffner Ranch is a picturesque setting for any event. The barn is rustic but updated with modern facilities (like a bathroom) but does lack separate prep/kitchen space. Pric...
ing is steep for the area, and any extras come at a cost. I would do business with Kleffner again.
I had a perfect wedding thanks in part to the natural beauty of the Kleffner and the hospitality of the live-in owners, Denis and Stacey. The setting is gorgeous, the barn is taste...
fully decorated, and Denis and Stacey are incredibly accommodating with their time and their pricing. We had to plan our wedding from another state, and they made it easy on us by coordinating directly with our other vendors and being super helpful and responsive over the phone and e-mail.
If you are looking for an upscale barn/ranch wedding location in Central Montana, I highly recommend the Kleffner. You might need to bring your cowgirl boots, but if that's your jam, then this is the place for you.
This place is a one stop shop! This venue gives the true rustic ranch wedding feel and is large enough to accomodate small and large weddings (ceremony and reception). There is a 1...
00 year old barn with indoor restrooms and plenty of room for guest to dance and mingle. There is a second building that is smaller that they are currently improving and will be a great space as well. There is a grassy park with Prickly Pear Creek running through it that make a great place for an outside ceremony. Stacy and Dennis Young are great to work with.

The barn was perfect, lovely, and totally fitting for a Montana wedding. The owners are doing a wonderful job of renovating and improving much of the historic building and grounds....
However, they were unreasonable and even insulting about decorations in the barn. They originally told us we could decorate how we liked, but changed their tune by the time our wedding date approached. They had hosted a wedding (a service they offer) and had arranged lights and tulle in a way they liked, after which they told us we couldn't move or take down anything they had put up. So even though we didn't like what they had, we were unable to change it to reflect our own tastes. And when we did our best to work with their arrangement, they called and made unnecessary and unprofessional comments about our decorations, saying they did not like them. Despite our issues with the owners, our reception was perfect, and the barn awed the guests with its rustic beauty and charm.
Amazingly beautiful ranch! Huge space, we had over 220 guests and there was plenty of room. We had comments that our reception should have been in a magazine, the historic barn is ...
a fantastic setting! The price was very affordable and the owners were easy to work with.
