Similar to Megan T's review on 8/28/18, my experience was a terrible one. Lourin failed to capture one of the most important parts of my wedding and gave me plenty of excuses also....
I waited 5 months for my raw footage and our video did not resemble any of her prior work illustrated on her website. I still do not have my wedding video after 10 months and have not heard back from her with any options or resolution. I cannot and will not refer her to any family or friends. I do not wish any bride to go through this experience, it is one of many brides worse fears.
I’m so glad we decided to hire Lourin Blair Films for our wedding videography! I didn’t think we’d be able to fit videography into our budget, but their very reasonable prices and ...
willingness to travel all the way to Lake Tahoe for a small travel fee, we were able to make it happen.
She was fun and easy to work with from the beginning phone consultation. She took the time to learn about our wedding and was flexible in figuring out a plan of how to capture the events of the day. The work she produced was high quality and matched our personal style. We LOVE the video footage she collected and will especially CHERISH the beautiful Short Story film she made for us. We’ve watched our video probably a thousand times, and we are so happy we will be able to re-live our special day for many years to come. Hiring Blair was one of the best decisions we made. Thank you Lourin Blair Films!!!
My wedding was 7 months ago and I have yet to receive my video. After a lot of nagging I finally received the raw footage (which is lovely, beautiful footage). But still no video. ...
She told me 5 months ago that she’d be uploading the video “that week”. Since then it has been a cycle of her giving me an apology, and excuse and a promise, which doesn’t ever happen. I’m so disappointed. I have so many friends getting married who I’d love to recommend my videographer to (who was very sweet and lovely during shooting), but at this point I can’t. 7 months is ridiculous.
