Throughout the whole process all of the Kizer Cummings staff have been so incredible to work with and I would absolutely recommend them for any jewelry needs!

First of all, my ring is gorgeous! And, the band fits perfectly and the turn around to have it sized was so quick! I love that it's local, and I love the personality of everything!...

gner, a picture of what I was wanting and he found a setting to match. They were up front about diamond quality, had competitive pricing options, and delivered exactly what I asked for. After the proposal, they also had a care package for me, which included a copy of the current "The Knot," ring cleaner, and booklets about wedding bands--it was a very thoughtful gesture. When it came time to get my husband's band, he had lots of styles to choose from and is very happy with his choice. Now, whenever I go in, they will clean my rings for free, and their service is just as lovely as it was before. I recommend this place to everyone.

I remember seeing someone and talking to someone in the store one day as I was waiting for one of the associates to grab something from the back - the other customer was from Syracuse, New York - and she only brings her jewelry to Kizer Cummings to have it serviced the couple times of year she's in town.
I can definitely see why. It's the best service I've had at any jewelry store I have ever been to!
