er 24 hours. While planning, I was noticing that most companies have a minimum number of services that was fairly high. If I remember correctly, Kiss This Makeup either did not have a minimum or it was much lower than other places. Not everyone in my smaller wedding party wanted both hair and makeup done, so I really appreciated the flexibility there. Ketsuda (Suda) did my hair. I wanted loose curls with a twist on one side; very minimal. Both my trial and wedding day went great. It was fairly windy out and the twist didn't hold that well, but I still felt very beautiful. Charity did my makeup. I had a few concerns at the trial, but everything was addressed and perfected for the wedding day. I was so happy with how my makeup turned out! Charity also gifted me the lip color that she used and a makeup sponge, which I thought was such a nice touch. My wedding party that had hair and makeup done was very happy as well. My only issue was the hair extensions, I was advised that most clients spend $175-300, but I paid $466. I don't have thick hair, so this came as a big surprise to me. I wasn't happy with the quality, either. They were very thin at the bottom. This was disappointing and had I known sooner, I would have purchased extensions elsewhere. I didn't feel like I had another option, since the extension match was done at my trial. If I didn't have the extensions for my trial, I wouldn't have been able to see what my hair would truly look like. My hair and makeup was $355 on the wedding day and $250 for the trial. For the wedding party it was $210 for both services or $115 for one service. 20% auto gratuity was included in those fees, and applicable staff/travel fees were added on.

She listened to exactly what I wanted, worked with me to create a beautiful look, and was very accommodating when it came to my makeup allergies and sensitive skin. I felt so comfortable throughout the entire process, and I absolutely loved how everything turned out. Every single person looked incredible. From the very beginning, Jenna was amazing. During my trial at her home studio, she took her time, listened closely, and made sure I felt completely happy with both my hair and makeup. She even went above and beyond by suggesting and sharing links for eye masks, lip masks, and skincare to help me prep leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, both Jenna and Dorothy were professional, calm, and unbelievably talented. It was really important to me that I still felt like myself since I rarely wear makeup. Jenna understood that perfectly—she created a look that felt bridal and elevated while still feeling authentically me. She also helped design my updo so my hair could be pulled back (I’m a chronic hair‑tucker), and even without extensions, she worked absolute magic to give me the look I had dreamed of using only my natural hair. My family members who had their hair and makeup done were blown away by how beautiful they looked. Jenna and Dorothy truly exceeded every expectation. Their artistry, kindness, and professionalism made the entire experience unforgettable.

Jenna Marie was so kind, patient, and attentive and really cared about making sure I loved my hair and makeup looks from my preview. I would definitely recommend Kiss This and I am so happy I chose to go with them for the most important and special day 💗 Worth noting for brides: I would recommend having someone else (the wedding planner, family, trusted friend/MOH) do all the contract and forms instead of the bride. It can be a lot of forms and correspondence with different people in different states that do not always know what was previously discussed with other people on the team which can kinda change the vibe going into it. However, Jenna Marie, Rebecca, and Geraldine did such an amazing job and were so great, it’s 5 stars for me!

They brought everything to life exactly how I imagined, which made me feel so confident going into the wedding day. Wedding Day: The team was amazing on the day of the wedding. They arrived prepared, stayed organized, and made the entire morning run smoothly. I had a large bridal party, and KTM coordinated everything so well to get everyone in, looking gorgeous, and out on time. Everyone’s makeup lasted all day long, and we all felt beautiful. I feel so lucky I chose them!

ustrating at first, but I trusted the process and scheduled a phone call with my artist instead. During that call we aligned on everything and went through all the details for both my makeup and hair, which was my main concern. Going into the wedding day, I felt very confident in my artist’s ability to do my makeup. Unfortunately, my hair did fall out before the reception. I believe this was partly due to delays with the makeup schedule, which meant we didn’t have time to do a final hair check to make sure all the pins were secure. During the reception we ended up adding a clip and switching to a different veil to make it work. I had mentioned ahead of time that my hair is very difficult to curl and tends to fall out of clips easily due to its thin texture (I have a lot of hair, but it’s very fine). Kiss This was ultimately the right fit for our group. However, a couple of days before the wedding the artists were changed, which resulted in only one artist doing hair and one doing makeup for most of the wedding party. This adjustment ended up affecting the schedule and we ran over an hour behind. We also had two girls experience contact lens irritation after eyelash glue got into their eyes, and they had to change their contacts between the ceremony and reception. Overall, the team was a good fit for the party and everyone looked beautiful. A few small details—such as accounting for my hair type and keeping the schedule tighter so the later appointments didn’t run so far behind—would have helped the day run a bit more smoothly.

She was constantly checking in with all of us to see if we liked our hair and makeup. She knew what she was doing! Highly recommend if you’re a Chicago bride going with Christie!

rothy for two days (sangeet, and wedding+reception), and both looks were exactly what I wanted and lasted all night in the Florida heat and humidity. My wedding party was small (me, mom, SIL, MIL) but had a wide variety of skin tones and ages - I really appreciate the care she showed towards making sure everyone had makeup that suited them. I was a little nervous that only having one artist would make it easy to fall behind, but Dorothy kept everything on track without sacrificing quality or making anyone feel rushed. I added on bridal valet so I could get touched up and change my hair accessories during my outfit change between ceremony and reception, and I'm so glad I did - not only did she go above and beyond helping me change, but she helped us avert disaster when my MIL got powder spilled on her nose during a ceremony. She was such a calm and positive presence and I was so glad to work with her on my wedding day! The booking/planning/trial process was also a breeze - thanks to the whole KTM office for your clear and prompt communication!

They were able to accommodate my changes and really elevated my look for the day of! They were also super sweet and easy to talk to so it was really fun having them to get ready with, they fit right in :)
