About this vendor
Officially, I'm Kimberly Rensburg, but really I'm just "Kim" once we get past introductions :)
As a lifestyle photographer in Michigan, I primarily specialize in intimate small weddings, such as elopements and micro-weddings. What started as a hobby for me many years ago grew into a sincere love of documenting joy and pivotal life moments for others, whatever those moments may be. My lifestyle photography style is natural, relaxed and (relatively) unposed to mirror your everyday life with an artist's touch. If you’re ready to get married your way, you’re my kind of people! Intimate wedding & elopement photography will help you look back on (and share) every joyful, genuine and candid moment.
I look forward to getting to meet you!

ted in taking our input and able to direct. The photos came out beautifully and Kim made a great impression during the large family portraits with family members commenting on how lovely she was to work with. We loved working with Kim and would highly recommend her for photography!

ute joy to work with throughout our entire engagement for both of the days that we worked directly with her. She always kept in touch with us and helped us work through many, many details. Her photos are spectacular and beautiful when you get them back. You will love your full experience with her!
Our wedding plans were rerouted more times than I count during the pandemic. We were engaged in May of 2019 and immediately hired Kim for our October 10, 2020 wedding. I can't tell you how glad we were to have made that choice early on! She was one of the only plans that did not change for our wedding. She worked with us through every possible detail and was so accommodating to our specific needs. The few guests that we had in person were so impressed with how professional and accommodating she was at our event. We all felt very safe and in good hands with her. Kim works hard to capture great photos of every part of the day and she is super fun to work with! She is so personable and can get anyone smiling - even our dog that we had in many of our photos! :)
We are so grateful we chose her and will have the pictures she took on our special day to cherish forever. I would 10/10 hire her again for any photo session we have in the future!

onfidently. She made my now-husband and I feel comfortable throughout the entire process and was very flexible and understanding with any of our requests. She always has a smile on her face and it's easy to see she loves making people feel special and has a passion for photography! The quality of our photos were amazing and she returned them to us in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Kim, as she provided us with a level of service that exceeded our expectations!

to meet her a few times before the engagement photos and wedding day to become comfortable with her. She was very interested in hearing about our vision to ensure she was meeting our expectations. Not only did she meet our expectations but she surpassed them. We hope to use Kim again in the future for additional photo shoots and highly recommend her!
