Kimberly James Bridal

y allow one appointment at a time. They listened, didn’t rush, and gave me excellent feedback. The price was very fair for the quality of the dress, and I’m so excited to wear it for my big day!

t until after my wedding day, Elise, Kelly, Kim, and Alessandra made my experience truly amazing. The shop is so comfortable and designed to be an intimate experience with your closest family/friends to cheer you on. I was so nervous for all the dresses and was not sure how I was going to find ‘the one’, but Elise started out with a strategy of picking my favorites and adding some for fun. She made me feel at ease by reassuring me to take my time, breath, and be honest. I may have ended up trying on around 8-10 dresses, and the one I had picked ‘for fun’ ended up being the one I said ‘yes’ too! Once we had found ‘the one’, Elise let me try it on another 2-3 times after just to feel super confident in my decision, and I didn’t want to take it off! An extra special shout to Elise who swiftly texted Kim when she was at a Trunk Sale event during my appointment and asked her if she had the BRIDE sugar skull denim jacket, I saw from their fall items and saved me the LAST one. The ordering process was seamless, my wedding date was 12/6/25 and I purchased my dress 1/18/25. Kim emailed me at the end of June that my dress arrived, but had a large pull in the lace and had the dress replaced and rush ordered for me. She is committed to making sure her brides have a perfect gown! It arrived 8/19/25 and we began the fitting an alterations process shortly thereafter. Booking alterations through their in-house Seamstress Alessandra, was so easy and smooth. Due to the amount of lace and style of my dress, I definitely wanted to make sure my dress was handled with care are by someone who knew the dresses/designers from the shop! Alessandra took extra care with my dress by adding silicon under the straps since she immediately saw the straps were making my skin red and itchy as well as created 7 beautiful scrunchies for myself and my bridal party out of the materials of my dress. At my last alteration, Kim reassured me that if ANYTHING wasn’t right or anything happened to it prior to my wedding day, to come back or let her know and she would fix it. That small statement made such an impact because you feel like, well if I leave here this is it or I would never tell them xyz happened after I left! But she really means it. Luckily, that was not needed, and my dress fit perfectly for my wedding day. It was so easy to move, dance in, and was stunning. An extra special shout to Kelly, who I hung out with during most of my alterations appointments who was my personal hype woman. She made those appointments so fun, helped me decide on things I had no idea about for alterations, like the bustle and little touches, and reached out after my wedding to see photos. Thank you, Kimberly James staff for a one-of-a-kind experience and loving your brides!

rk with! If you're torn on where to book an appointment with - I would definitely recommend starting with KJB!

and friendly, and Anastasia in alterations is a dream to work with. Thank you for everything!

have picked a better salon to buy my wedding dress from!

t change anything.

, both of the ladies at the shop were attentive, kind, and encouraging. I didn't feel rushed in making a decision. The shop is so cute and clean inside as well!

The shop is really cute and for both of my appointments I was the only one being helped, but the two dressing rooms are separate from each other so I feel like if someone else was trying on dresses it would not have been a problem. What really made my appointment outstanding was my consultant, Elise. She was so amazing at helping me find the perfect dress and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Kimberly James Bridal for anyone looking for their wedding gown!

not have asked for a better experience to find the most amazing dress!

racks as well), helped me easily get in and out of each dress, and helped me decide which veil to choose as well. She was also incredible patient and let me try dresses on multiple times until I was sure of the one I wanted. I couldn’t have imagined a better dress shopping experience!

sly love what they do. There is absolutely no pressure put on you to make a decision or a purchase or use their additional services. The try on areas are spacious but also feel private. It was clear that my happiness and me feeling my absolute best on the big day was their priority (not business). Their seamstress is PHENOMENAL and also did a special project of turning my grandmother's gown into heirlooms to be cherished. When you go in to try on dresses (free appointments), you have a dedicated stylist and are welcomed to bring friends and family with you. My mom had to attend on Facetime and they helped her to feel a part of it as well. The stylist has you start looking through their impressive options and pulling anything that you think you might want to try. After we pulled somewhere between 15-20 dresses, she took me to the dressing room and walked me through the options that I'd pulled. She asked me to choose which one I wanted to try first. I loved it! But it wasn't perfect. With each dress, we talked about what I liked and what didn't feel quite right. They guided me through looking at different angles, even having me walk with a fake bouquet. As I was in my 3rd dress, I saw the stylist out of the corner of my eye go to a rack pull out a dress. She showed it to me in the dressing room, I tried it, and it was THE ONE. It was *exactly* what I had envisioned in a dream the night before my appointment. I loved this experience of feeling heard and trusting that their expertise guided me. A perfect combination of knowing that YOU know what you like and THEY have decades of experience in this industry. I had a separate appointment to choose my veil and jewelry (again, no pressure but beautiful options and guidance). Alessandra, their seamstress, is not only the sweetest person, but also does beautiful work. She is attentive to the bride and to detail. A KJB stylist is with her for appointments as well, making me feel completely taken care of. The same stylist was with me through the entire alteration process - a nice, consistent, thorough touch. I wouldn't change a single thing about my experience with KJB.

ying that I might get pressured. This was far from true at Kimberly James. I felt so supported and when I wasn’t ready to commit, and they were incredibly helpful in getting me set up with an appointment to come back and solidify my decision after having more time to think about it. Other things that make them stand out: They try to get designers that aren’t in every store so you can truly find a one of a kind dress and their cozy showroom is set up in a way that makes you feel so beautiful in every gown you try on! This is also the only store that helped me try on multiple veils to see what kind of veil I liked which was really helpful to see it all together! It was also the perfect blend of getting to browse through the gowns but also have additional things pulled based on what I was liking / not liking. I went to 4 different bridal stores and no experience compared to my experience with Kimberly James. Every staff member I interacted with here was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend enough!

and my party had the shop to ourselves. The cute tray of food, the drinks and my name on the door was incredible. Elyse was my consultant and she was incredible. It was like we had been lifelong friends and part of the crew. She was very knowledgeable about all the dresses and allowed me to take my time to make my decision. I would recommend KJ to anyone who will listen, they are 10/10!! Thank you for helping find my dress!!!

was considered tight for wedding dress shopping! After visiting five other boutiques, I was beginning to feel rushed, discouraged, and overwhelmed. They only showed me a few dresses that could arrive in time, leaving me with limited options. I’m incredibly picky when it comes to clothes, and it felt like my “dream dress” was out of reach—I was almost ready to settle. Then, I found Kimberly James, and it completely changed everything. From the moment I walked in, their team was wonderful. They dedicated the entire store to my appointment, and the associate took the time to show me every dress, one by one. I finally felt heard and unrushed! I quickly fell in love with a unique, colorful floral A-line dress that was simply stunning. When I put it on, I had that indescribable “feeling” that everyone talks about when they find the one! I bought the dress off the rack and couldn’t be happier. The alteration appointments with their in-house tailor, Alessandra, were seamless. She’s incredibly skilled, and my dress fit like a dream. On my wedding day, people couldn’t stop talking about my dress, and I felt absolutely beautiful. Kimberly James made my wedding dreams come true, and I’m so grateful to have found them!

being altered there as well. Alessandra the women altering my dress is amazing and her work is amazing

en bringing back my dad and mother in law and sister in laws we all loved it even more! Kim and her crew made me feel beautiful and so special each time. It was the first and only place I went to to look because of how special it was. Kim and the seamstress Alessandro made my dress fit like a glove and my butt look even better lol. Not only did she help me look beautiful she made my moms dress fit her perfect as well. I would recommend this shop to everyone and I can’t thank Kim enough. She knows her stuff and knows how to make a bride feel special.

e and was so fun to work with. My follow up appointments to try my chosen dress on and then pick my dress up were also great. Would highly recommend visiting to try on some dresses! Looking forward to going back in next year for alterations!

nsive wedding dress is in wonderful hands!

y appointment to the bride to be. I had so much fun shopping for my dress here! I absolutely loved the selection of dresses and accessories available! They definitely have something for everyone at KJB! When I began dress shopping, I was skeptical I would have that "this is my dress" moment. However, there is something so special about Kimberly James Bridal. They really know how to help brides find their dream dress. My bridal consultant, Jessica, knew I was leaning towards one dress but could tell I wasn't 100% yet. She had me try a cape over the dress that completely enhanced the whole look. I felt so beautiful that I burst into tears!! It was a true "this is my dress" moment. It was such a special day and a great memory to hold on to. I can't say enough great things about KJB and I highly recommend them for finding your dream wedding dress!

ion about what I liked, disliked, rating the dress, and asking if I could see myself getting married in the dress. The space itself it beautiful and seemed to have a variety of dresses to try on, veils, and other accessories. We went back for the final try on and would have been fun to have been poured a glass of champagne to toast there but I was given a mini Prosecco bottle to take home with me. Would definitely recommend, especially as the first ever fitting since it starts the process off well.

he entire experience so comfortable. Perfect environment and staff to help me find my perfect dress!

ing on. She really made me feel super comfortable. 10 out of 10 experience! I even ended up getting my dress a little early!

al unlike a mass bridal store. They even gave suggestions for other venues and places to check out.

hing. My stylist, Elise, helped me navigate through each section of gowns which I loved! My sister was also with me and she remarked how personal and different (in a great way!) the appointment was compared to the shops we had been to so far. Shoutout to Elise and Kim for being so fun and kind! Thank you all so much for an unforgettable experience!!

ave a lot of options in store. (and I did!) If you've been searching for a dress, you know that not every shop is so clear. Then when my family and I came to the appointment in March, we had a wonderful time and found the dress, as well as a matching veil. Both items even arrived before their expected shipping date! The dress-searching process was very relaxed at Kimberly James, which I truly appreciated. Kimberly James Bridal arranged for me to try the dress on 1 additional time prior to purchasing, just to make sure it was The One. I elected to use the in-house alterations at Kimberly James. I was so pleased with my experience. Kim, the owner, attended my fittings and helped me to adjust the dress so I felt the most confident in it. The dress ended up being perfect and I felt so beautiful and special on my wedding day in January 2024. I have recommended KJB to my friends and would recommend it to anyone looking for an intimate, stress-free wedding dress shopping experience.

hing about every gown I tried on, and had the best suggestions and helpful tips. She is the best!! When I went back for my second appointment, the dress I wanted to try on was at the tailors so Kim made sure to squeeze me in as soon as they got it back before I left town so that I could say yes. I then sent my mom to look at veils at their sample show and Kim tried on the veils so my mom could facetime me and show me. Everyone there is truly so kind, nice, and helpful. They also have a wide selection of dresses for every budget. I'm so happy I went there and found my dream dress!

helping me pick the most stunning wedding gown!! Highly recommend, thank you again!!!

rying on dresses. The dresses were absolutely stunning, and having the entire boutique to ourselves was such a fun experience!

selection of dresses at an affordable price. Cute bride accessories too for honeymoon and Bach. Highly recommend!

ing the only customers in there made the experience so special and a great shopping experience. I worked with Juliana and she did not rush me or my guests, she gave great insights about the different designs I was trying on, and could tell when I was getting overwhelmed with all the decisions. Juliana also gave her professional insights when asked questions regarding how some of the dresses would look on my body type once altered. The dress selections at KJB did not disappoint either, there is truly something there for everyone! I will continue to recommend Kimberly James Bridal to all friends and family and plan to go back to shop for additional accessories!

ere both personable, knowledgeable, kind, etc. I never felt pressured. And when I found my dress right away, they let me soak in the moment and try it back on again after trying on another dress. Highly recommend!

people in the shop. We were able to walk around and look at the gowns on our own pace. Kim was great to work with and so easy to talk to. She made the entire process easy. I also really appreciated the expertise Kim brought to the appointment. Kim has a background in fashion, so she could answer all my questions and tell me how dresses would be altered to fit me perfectly. I wasn't ready to order my dress the day I came in and Kim didn't make me feel like I had to make a decision that day. It was very easy to schedule a follow up appointment to try my favorite dress on again and order. I would absolutely recommend Kimberly James Bridal to anyone!

accessories. I recommend this place 100%!! It has so many gorgeous gowns and the attention is very personalized. Thank you so much!!!

nce – me & my "entourage" thought this was the best of a few shops we visited! Even after the dress shopping, Kim was helpful in giving shoe recommendations and answering questions about seamstresses in the area. You won’t find as wide of a selection as the big “box” stores, but you will find a beautiful, curated selection for all different styles.

y knew this experience was going to be the best of the day. We appreciated that the consultation and shopping was private -- we were the only customers in the shop. We felt at ease and comfortable in the space, and really loved that nothing was rushed. I have been recommending Kimberly James Bridal to everyone!

te and there isn’t an overwhelming amount of dresses. I only tried on around 10 dresses and knew I found the one right away the second I tried it on. Everyone I worked with was super sweet and helpful! Kim was so nice and informative when I went to pick up my dress. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here if they’re looking for a beautiful dress and personal experience.

staff made me feel so comfortable. I'd recommend KJB to any brides looking for The Dress!

ate shopping experience. From there, the consultation with Kim made me feel so comfortable and her knowledge of the bridal gowns, designers, and trends was evident. She encouraged me to share my experience and favorite gowns from my previous shopping stop to get a sense of what I liked, and then she topped it. I found a gown I feel amazing in, a veil I love, and was all within my budget. Not to mention, her patience and guidance in letting me make my decision. Everyone I have worked with in the salon cares greatly about not just the dress but your journey to finding the dress. I would recommend Kimberly James to any engaged friend of mine.

transparent about pricing and stayed within my budget. Once I found the one, we all couldn't help but hide back tears!! The dress arrived faster than expected and it was absolutely perfect!! Highly recommend!!

ial and really personalized experience. They welcome you with a sign on the door with your name on it and you are the only bride there for your entire appointment, which for me was so important! My favorite part of the entire experience was the fact that Kim stayed with me in the dressing room helping me in and out of dresses. She was my biggest advocate that day giving her honest opinions about the dresses I tried on. She made me feel at ease the entire appointment and so beautiful in every dress I tried on. Ultimately, I ended up shopping around at a few other bridal shops, but found myself constantly comparing everything to Kimberly James! I ended up going back for another appointment with Julianna where I said “yes to the dress!” I am so excited to wear my wedding dress and could not be more appreciative of KJB helping me find the one!

at a time, which allows for a very personal and private experience. They were not pushy about making a purchase on the first day and encouraged me to try on different styles to find what I might be looking for. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for their wedding dress! Plus they are LGTBT+ friendly and I felt very comfortable being myself there
