I LOVED working with Keyla!
Keyla was an amazing wedding coordinator!! She had already worked with our venue previously so she made excellent suggestions for our timeline and floo...
r plan and knew exactly who to talk to from the venue to make any adjustments. She is so friendly and nice to talk to that I honestly miss our video calls. She went out of her way and above and beyond to accommodate any changes we had the day of and made sure us (the bride and groom) were very well taken care of the day of. Keyla’s attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Everything went super smooth and on time the day of our wedding and she helped me bustle up my dress and made sure I had a safe ride home at the end of the night. She encouraged us to ask any questions or feel comfortable with any requests we might have and was super accomodating. I definitely recommend booking with her if you need a wedding coordinator. She will ensure you have the best day of your life and take a weight off your shoulders!
There are not enough words to describe how phenomenal Keyla and her team are. On our initial call, I told Keyla that I wanted the wedding to be perfect. If something went wrong, I ...
did not want to know. While that was a huge ask considering my husband and I were planning a 200-person, multi-cultural wedding, Keyla and her team delivered. Our wedding was P-E-R-F-E-C-T. We could not have asked for a more beautiful day, and it was largely due to Keyla’s professionalism, flexibility, organization, and attention to detail. Though we only had the budget to hire Keyla as our Day-of-Coordinator, she still ensured we had the tools we needed to plan our big day. What we appreciated most about working with Keyla was her kindness, honesty, and transparency especially when it came to cost and expectations. She listened to what we wanted, was mindful of our budget, and helped us keep sight of our initial vision. My husband and I will forever be grateful for the beautiful memories Keyla and her team created for us and our guests. We highly recommend working with Keyla as a planner and/or Day-of-Coordinator.
Keyla was an amazing coordinator! Our day ran so smoothly, and it truly was the perfect day. Even though our surroundings were chaotic with a parade and a protest going on next to ...
the venue, Keyla and her team made sure all the vendors arrived on time and everything was set up. I can't name anything that went wrong.
Keyla also went above and beyond before the wedding, helping me with the timeline, organize day of details, meeting with me multiple times, and answering my questions. She also researched/got quotes on rentals for me and recommended great vendors, which I ended up using. She is communicative and organized.
I highly recommend Keyla for any of your planning and/or coordinating needs.

cute it all perfectly! She walked us through all the steps we needed, and was on top of everything to ensure we would have all that we needed for our special day. She was not only creative, but super flexible in thinking out of the box to help us achieve our vision. She gave us ideas that we would have never thought of, like having after party pizza delivered, and guests have been raving about the pizza days after the wedding! She asked the important questions, made sure we were on the same page, and was always up front and honest with us, as well as making sure we were well taken care of on our day. Any issues that came up, Keyla was on top of to put out the fires. On the day of the wedding, she and her team worked with us and everyone involved and ensured that everything went smoothly. As per weddings, hiccups do happen, but Keyla handled it all like a champ and made sure we could enjoy our day. She is so fun to talk to and so personal with her services in whom she caters to and helped us so much in envisioning how we imagined our wedding to be. My wife and I would highly recommend her and her team for any future couples when looking for a wedding planner.

it was so nice having someone to lean on when things got difficult. I couldn’t recommend her enough! She’ll make sure to listen to all your wishes and do everything she can to make it happen. On top of that her team was a pleasure to work with as well. So kind and top of everything, highly recommend:)
Look no further Keyla is the planner for you!! My husband and I were married this past weekend with Keyla by our side. After 18 months of planning, we had the wedding of our dreams...
and it wouldn’t have been possible without Keyla and of course her amazing assistants. We chose to have the full planning service as we wanted to focus on our careers and enjoy our long engagement. Never once did I feel stressed throughout this wedding planning process; at times I found myself asking is this normal? Is it okay to not be stressed? Should I be doing more? Keyla literally took our vision and made it into reality. She is extremely detail oriented and organized; she always had an answer to a question and vendor to recommend. All our planning calls ended with laughter and us looking forward to the next call. She took care of everything; all I worried about was making my DIY table signs lol! Choosing Keyla to be our wedding planner was the BEST and easiest decision we made (my dad is already looking to hire Keyla for my sister’s wedding whenever the day comes).
Working with Keyla was truly the most wonderful experience! Planning and executing a wedding is super stressful, and having someone in our corner who not only knew the ins and outs...
, but who took the time to go above and beyond was simply amazing. From communicating with vendors to day-of snafus (and everything in between!), Keyla helped keep things calm, organized, and on track. She is super personable, professional, and knowledgable - I would HIGHLY recommend Keyla Alanes Events to anyone planning a wedding!
Hope to one day work with Keyla again for a vow renewal :).

thankful for Keyla and her team. Keyla was there to provide wedding planning tools, advice, vendor coordination, and support during the last few months of planning. During our venue walk-through, rehearsal, and wedding day, I felt completely at ease knowing Keyla was there to manage our day. She was able to bring to life the decor I provided such as a family photo wall as well as navigate any mishaps like my bustle coming apart on the dance floor. I am so glad that we invested in Keyla’s talent to ensure that both myself and my family members could truly enjoy the day.

uld've...but I am SO GLAD we didn't! Keyla allowed myself, my mom, and my sister fully and thoroughly be present and enjoy my wedding. We were able to let go of the reins and allow Keyla to execute my vision!
Throughout the whole process, Keyla asked thoughtful questions to help us plan. She was honest and direct if her expertise told her something might not work as we expected, and always found a way to make what we wanted possible! She stayed calm and centered amid a few hiccups that came up day of, to the point that my partner and I had no idea any hiccups had occurred! And our family & friends were very impressed with the level of detail and finesse with which everything was done. Keyla is also bilingual in English & Spanish, which made it really easy for all of us to communicate in Spanglish amidst our guests and vendors.
Even if you dream of DIY'ing your wedding, get Keyla on your team to help you actually enjoy all the work you put in!

y myself. My then fiancé cheered me on, saying you can definitely do this. We were definitely wrong! With all the stress and uncertainties of planning a wedding during Covid. I wish I would have contacted her sooner. We interviewed many wedding planners, and none of them showed the same love and interest as Keyla. From our very first phone call to our special day. Keyla is one of the most organized people, I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. Our favorite part of working with Keyla is her amazing and calming personality. She handles everything so professionally and treats you like a lifelong friend. She always made us feel important and top priority. The wedding planning process is very stressful, and Keyla was always there to bring up my spirits. Her attention to detail on the day of, made our special day a success. It’s safe to say without Keyla’s guidance and expertise, the process wouldn’t have gone as smooth as it did! There are no words to describe how thankful we are for Keyla. She is heaven sent! We recommend her one million percent!
