Key Transportation was great and very easy to work with for our wedding. They were responsive and professional. They took the time to understand our vision for the logistics and helped us build out a timeline with multiple busses and stops. Last minute we had fewer guests than anticipated and we needed to reduce the number of busses. They were able to accommodate and refund us. Would recommend Key Transportation!

our vehicles was late!! We had a SUV (bride/FOB) and 13 Passenger Bus (bridal party). The bus was supposed to arrive at 1:45 to get us to the church for the 2:30 ceremony. The bus arrived for pick up past 2:00. The bridal party arrived on time, but it caused for a highly stressful situation! The driver told us that he was waiting the whole time, but he was no where to be found! After this incident, they transported us from church back to the venue with no hiccups. Besides the tardiness, everything else was fine.
