Shannon was incredible!! She went above and beyond in every aspect of helping us plan our wedding and coordinate during the weekend.
Shannon was incredibly professional and detail...
-oriented, exactly what you want in a wedding planner. She also was very tactful in helping to navigate family disagreements, in the most subtle way possible, and making sure the focus and decisions were either being made collaboratively or by myself and my husband.
Shannon also made herself available multiple times ahead of our wedding weekend. She was responsive and always helpful and forward-thinking.
I hands-down recommend working with Shannon for your event -- she's one of a kind!
I'm also happy to provide additional details if anyone has questions or is hoping to speak directly to one of her references.
Shannon was the MVP of our wedding! She was highly organized, creative, fixed issues, and went above and beyond what was expected of her. The only thing we would change is hiring h...
er for full planning services instead of day of coordination so we could have worked with her for longer.
Shannon was the coordinator for our wedding at Pinecrest Chalet in June 2023. We had guests on-site from Friday evening through Sunday lunch and Shannon was there making sure every...
thing went smoothly almost that entire time. She managed all of our vendors, and quietly and quickly solved any issues that came up (so much so that we didn't really know about any until well after the wedding). She worked tirelessly both in setup and takedown and went far beyond what we had imagined a coordinator job description to entail. In the end, her work meant that we (and our guests) could fully enjoy our wedding weekend.
I was a little skeptical of booking a day of coordinator at first but we 100% could NOT have done it without Shannon. She was everywhere at once, helping with all the necessary and...
miscellaneous tasks. Because of Shannon, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding without having to worry about anything. If you're on the fence, I would HIGHLY recommend Shannon and her team!
After finding our venue, I spent months debating if we needed a wedding coordinator for our small intimate wedding. Let you tell you that hiring Shannon was one of the best decisio...
ns we made for our wedding. Shannon helped provide names of other vendors, she answered all my questions via phone, text, or email quickly, and she had wedding decor that we were able to borrow. We were able to met Shannon one time before the wedding, and to be honest that was enough. Between our phone calls and text messages, she had every detail down. After sharing with her our vision, we didn't have to do anything else and our wedding was perfect!
Shannon was a wonder! I assisted with flowers at my niece's wedding and besides all of Shannon's many duties as coordinator, she was always available to help me when I needed it....
She seemed to be able to appear in many places at once since, everyone who needed her help commented that she was always there and with a smile and a solution! She manages all of the many details of a wedding with an amazing sense of calm and competency. She puts everyone at ease during those stressful moments and makes the wheels of a wedding turn with great fluidity. Shannon is the coordinator I would choose every time!
Shannon Guzzetta at Key Details LLC is Amazing! I wasn't sure if we needed a wedding coordinator at first, but WE DID! She made the weekend run smoothly. She took care of SO MANY D...
ETAILS that I thought we would have to take care of on our own. And she did it all with a calm attitude. I would recommend Shannon to anyone planning a wedding who wants to enjoy their time with family and friends, and not be in charge of all the details when the day/weekend comes. I think I would have been very stressed day-of if it wasn't for her! She truly went above and beyond, helping with big and little things. Our guests loved her, too. We had great vendors overall, but she really stood out!
Shannon was both professional and personable. She was calm throughout our wedding day and organized down to the smallest details. We hired her very last minute, and she still came ...
through with all of our asks!
