Don catered my daughter's wedding held at Rustic Ties on October 5th, 2024. I cannot speak highly enough about Don and his commitment to preparing and serving exceptional food. ...
From the very first telephone call I had with Don, up to and including the wedding day, I was impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. Everything the day of the wedding ran smoothly and the food was delicious. Don was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any catering event.
Don was fantastic from first conversation all the way through the entire planning process and during the reception. We started working with him after another catering service was n...
ot responding to emails or phone calls and had missed scheduled meetings. Don was very professional, friendly, and “on the ball” about everything. We highly recommend him and his staff. The food was fantastic and we are still getting compliments on how wonderful everything was. 10/10 highly recommend!
Food was bland and dry. Poor quality than what was initially described to us.
Don and his crew did an amazing job if i could give them more stars I would!
From the very beginning Don made everything so easy and he was so accommodating to use despite our dist...
ance away from him. Meeting him initially was great and he gave us a quick run down and reasonable quote very quickly.
As our wedding date grew closer Don got into the finer details and made sure we had everything in order - and even helped us with the things we did not think of ahead of time! The day of Don and his team completely took control and managed everything to make sure the entire day ran smoothly!
And the food! What can I say other than INCREDIBLE! I received so many compliments from guests and staff alike about how good the food was! Even the staff with our DJ commented that the food was the best that they have had at the events they had done - and that alone says so much!
Now I am stuck trying to think of other events we can have them cater! Trust me, you will not go wrong with Kelsey's catering!
I wish I had pictures to go along with my review, but everything was tastefully laid out and just what we wanted! I can not thank him and his staff enough!
Don was incredible! I knew he was going to be our caterer from the first conversation my husband and I had with him. His passion for food resonated with me. He worked with us on a ...
menu that catered to exactly what we were looking for. Not to mention the food was absolutely incredible! Everything from the appetizers he put out to the entrees. His team did a wonderful job making sure everything was just right. Everybody still talks about how good the Prime Rib with the Horseradish sauce was. I would highly recommend Kelsey’s catering to anybody who is considering using them. 10/10 would hire him again! Thank you Don for making our day so special!
While we have been to weddings where Kelsey's was the caterer (and did an amazing job!), this review is for Kelsey's catering at our graduation party in Fayetteville, NY July 2023....
We have used Kelsey's Catering for 3 grad parties since 2015, and each time the service has been wonderful, the catering staff professional, and the food delicious. We opted for the "delivered hot & ready" service, and everything went smoothly, from the day-before setup to prompt party-day delivery of the food. We had 80+ guests at the grad party, and received numerous comments throughout the party from our guests about how delicious the food was. Donnie provides generous serving sizes; he customizes the menu; he presents all the dishes in an attractive display; he takes care of all the details including providing utensils and quality paper products; he does NOT tack on "extra fees"--his quote is solid. We highly recommend Kelsey's Catering and BBQ for delicious food and quality catering services. Thank you again, Donnie and staff!
I cannot comment on many topics. I was just a guest at a wedding today 7/8/23. What I can state is that the catering crew showed up while the wedding (a backyard affair) was still ...
going on. They were polite and professional in the fact that they waited until everything was done before starting set-up. Then I can attest to the quality and taste of the food. I am not a fan of BBQ because it is too smoky. Not only did their food look and smell good, it was beyond delicious and not smoky at all. Caesar salad, coleslaw, cooked veggies, macaroni & cheese, chicken and pulled pork all made, cooked and served to perfection. I would highly recommend them and wish they owned a restaurant as I would eat there often.
My husband and I used Kelsey's Catering and BBQ for our wedding in 2016. I cannot express how amazing the entire experience was. Don and his crew go above and beyond to make the da...
y stress free. We did a BBQ style buffet and had a great variety of options. To this day when friends and family talk about our wedding they ALWAYS mention how incredible the food was. I will definitely use Kelsey's for any future catering I need!! You will not find a better quality, taste, price or genuine group of people than you will at Kelsey's. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed!
Don was outstanding with coming to set up a day in advance and truly cares about the people he serves as much as the bride he is working for. Don is passionate about cooking and do...
