Choosing Kelsey as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made. She's warm, easygoing, and a joy to work with, and it's clear she's a true pro with years of experienc...
e in this industry. The fact that our own venue recommended her speaks volumes. She was consistently responsive throughout planning, took every vendor conversation off our hands, and made the whole process feel effortless. On the big day, she and her team, Maddie and Carly, ran everything like clockwork for our 12-person wedding party, and when an unexpected issue popped up, Kelsey handled it with total calm and professionalism. We can't recommend her enough!

to know you call to our sparkler exit at our wedding, working with Kelsey was seamless, stress-free and nothing short of perfect. Kelsey took all the stress out of wedding planning. I felt like Kelsey genuinely cared about our wedding and had our best interest in mind throughout the wedding planning process. Kelsey is extremely kind, organized, and detail oriented. She made wedding planning so fun! The vendors Kelsey helped us book were phenomenal and we would not have found them if it wasn't for her. Our friends and family who came to our wedding said we had the best wedding they had ever been to and it is all because of Kelsey!! I would recommend Kelsey Regina Events to ANYONE I know getting married. Booking Kelsey should be the easiest "yes" of your life (other than accepting a proposal to marry the love of your life!!)
One of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process was hiring Kelsey. From day one, she was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and always willing to help....
No matter how many questions we had or how many decisions we were trying to work through, she always had great suggestions and helped us feel confident in the choices we were making.
Planning a nearly 300-person wedding across multiple locations is no small task, but Kelsey somehow made the whole process feel easy. She kept us organized, helped us stay ahead of things, and always made us feel like everything was under control. She provided great vendor recommendations, but never once made us feel pressured to spend money or commit to something that wasn’t right for us.
As the wedding got closer, her support became even more valuable. She was constantly thinking ahead, catching details we would have never considered, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks.
On the wedding day, Kelsey and her team were absolutely amazing. They kept everything on schedule, handled any issues before we even knew about them, and were there whenever we or our families needed anything. Because of them, Michael and I were actually able to relax, be present, and enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about logistics.
There are so many moving pieces involved in a wedding, especially one of our size, and I honestly can’t imagine going through it without Kelsey and her team. We are so grateful for everything they did for us and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!!!

arted Kelsey Regina Events. This was, by far, one of the best wedding decisions we made.
From the very beginning, Kelsey was incredibly organized, prompt, responsive, and so willing to assist with any questions or concerns. As we got closer to our event, she really took the burden off of us as we were preparing for our big day. She went above and beyond with her communication with our vendors, making sure she understood our vision, and tying up the loose ends so we could focus on the small details remaining. She was incredibly helpful as a sounding board when we needed to make a last minute decision regarding implementing our rain plan, something we ended up moving forward with that went incredibly smoothly.
On the day of the event, Kelsey and her assistant, Carly, were absolute super stars. They were everywhere at once, but also right where they needed to be at any given moment. The tender love and care they gave to every moment and detail was highlighted throughout the day, and even complimented by many of our guests. They were timely, prepared, and ready for everything that day. Working with them will always be a highlight of our wedding day for years to come. We will be recommending Kelsey Regina Events to anyone we know getting married for forever.

r our vision, but Kelsey made us feel great from the start and worked with us to make our dream wedding a reality. She made us feel extremely comfortable with sharing our feelings and assisted with vendor recommendations and any questions we had that were even outside of what she could possibly provide assistance with.
On the wedding day, Kelsey truly went “above and beyond” to make sure that we and our guests were able to enjoy our day stress-free, even to the point of getting soaked making multiple trips holding an umbrella for our guests in the pouring rain. She worked with our various vendors to ensure the day was organized and went smoothly. Not one detail was missed from her team, our guests are still reaching out to us saying it was such a well thought out wedding.
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we are so happy that we picked Kelsey. We’d highly recommend her to anyone considering hiring a planner and are so happy that we made the choice we did in choosing Kelsey as a partner in our planning process.

to our day and stepped in about two months before to make sure we had finalized everything and take over communication with the vendors. Her attention to detail was amazing and lifted lots of the stress leading up to the wedding because I knew she was on top of everything. On the day of the wedding, her and her team had the day run so smoothly, my husband and I didn't have to think about anything except enjoying our day. I have told many people getting a coordinator is the number one thing I would recommend to engaged couples and Kelsey was perfect for us!
From the moment I first met with Kelsey, I knew I was in good hands. She is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable--everything you want and need in a wedding planner. ...
She thought of things I never would have thought of on my own and made sure that every detail was accounted for. I found our meetings so incredibly helpful. Kelsey provided me with a VERY thorough 3 month checklist which kept me on track throughout the entire process. She was easily reachable for questions. Closer to the event we did the final walkthrough and she had printed out packets for everyone including a detailed timeline, seating arrangements, checklists, etc. My wedding day was naturally very hectic due to having two wedding ceremonies in one day but Kelsey remained calm and kept me calm no matter what happened. She handled every single minute detail so that my family and friends could simply enjoy the day along with us. I truly don't know if anyone else could have coordinated and orchestrated our wedding day the way she did but I am SO thankful to have had her there for us. I felt completely at ease knowing her and her team had my back.

Throughout the entire day, Kelsey stayed on top of all the vendors and ensured everything ran smoothly and according to schedule. She helped the groomsmen and bridesmaids with last-minute details, arriving fully equipped with all the essentials—band-aids, dress tape, and even a first aid kit!!
Additionally, Her experience with the venue was invaluable. She knew all the ins and outs which helped us avoid any potential hiccups. She knew just how to work with the venue to negotiate logistics and manage any snags, greatly reducing our stress. I would highly recommend booking Kelsey for your next event. tes, glasses, etc) she really helped me navigate such a wide selection and achieve my vision.
Additionally, she helped me figure out realistic numbers of glasses and plates to order. I was nervous about running out of glasses for the bar and she helped me order the correct amount of glasses.
Kelsey also helped me create a simple to use seating arrangement and design the venue floor plan. Her experience in working weddings really showed through! She was able to organize the venue so that it was more simple for the venders, and made sure it provided the most room for dancing!
Kelsey is very professional to work with. She always made herself available when I had questions. You can tell she really loves the wedding industry and cared about her clients. Don’t hesitate to hire Kelsey to be a part of your wedding team! I can’t recommend her enough!
