Kelli Guthrie Photography

she was the most cost effective photographer for me. I looked over her website and her packages and add ons she offered and they all looked amazing. I signed a contract and that was that. From the start it was very hard to get in touch with her, never answered a phone call, hardly answered my texts messages (as seen in photos) and barely responded to my emails. I should have stuck to my gut and found a new photographer but I didn’t and that is on me. But we agreed on a package and I wanted to add on a photo book for an additional $295 I believe. I never received that book, never got a refund I was promised and it took over 8 months to get my full gallery back!!! I was so disappointed and devastated, literally begging her to say anything to me. After months of begging she did message me on Facebook in June 2024 explaining how things are hard for her at the moment health wise and offered free sessions in the mean time until she gets enough money to refund me for the photo book. I did not respond. I messaged her again on May 8, 2025 asking for an update on my refund after looking at her website and noticed she has had many photoshoots since my wedding. To my surprise, she did respond and say she would refund me that weekend and asked for my Venmo. I sent her all the information she needed and followed up with her and nothing… nothing since Saturday, May 10th 2025. It’s now the 13th. I’m not sure what I did wrong or why she treated me this way, I just don’t know. If I did something, Kellie, just be up front with me and stop stringing me along like a joke. Dealing with you has been the most frustrating and devastating experience ever. Future clients beware.
