Look no further! If you seek the perfect execution of your wedding day vision, Tammy is IT! From our very first conversation, her communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly he...
lpful. Her organizational skills are unmatched, and she made the entire lead-up to our wedding feel effortless and stress-free.
Tammy’s attention to detail and calm, confident presence made us feel completely taken care of. And we absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to her amazing assistant Sam—together, they were an unstoppable team. On the day of the wedding, they were everywhere at once, quietly making sure every detail ran smoothly without ever interrupting the flow of the day.
Thanks to Tammy and Sam, my now husband and I had the best day of our lives! We’ve received so many compliments—not only on how beautiful and seamless the wedding was, but specifically on how helpful and kind our coordinators were. They truly made the magic happen behind the scenes, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
Tammy, thank you for making our dream day a reality. We would recommend you a thousand times over!
Tammy and Sam were simply phenomenal. 6 days before the wedding, our venue had to cancel on us due to a road washout and power outage, and we were absolutely freaking out trying to...
find somewhere new to host 150 people last minute. 24 hours later, Tammy had found us a new venue, which happened to be at the hotel we originally couldn’t consider because it was out of our price range. Tammy negotiated the price down for us and the whole wedding went off perfectly, as if it were planned over the course of a year rather than less than a week. The professionalism and thoroughness of her planning and documentation were critical to helping the new venue get up to speed. We were able to hand off all of the last minute logistics and stress to her and we got to enjoy the week with our friends and family coming from off-island. Throughout the entire process, Tammy was so calm and confident and made both of us feel so much better.
If you want a wedding coordinator that can handle anything and truly cares about her clients, make sure to hire Tammy for your wedding planning!

y January 2025, I knew I needed professional help.
Signing with Tammy of Kealoha Weddings was the best decision we made. She provided not just excellent planning, but also the motivation and easy process I desperately needed. Tammy and her assistant, Samantha, are incredible hard workers! Our November 13, 2025, wedding was flawlessly executed and absolutely beautiful.
They are professional yet incredibly warm and easy to get along with—like old friends. We are so glad we found Tammy and Sam, and we wholeheartedly recommend Kealoha Weddings to any couple!
When we first decided on a destination wedding, it was all a bit overwhelming. Tammy helped to make that experience easy and we didn't worry about a thing. She was very organized, ...
got back to us quickly and kept us on track the entire time. I didn't think it was possible to fully enjoy our wedding as much as we did. We look back on our wedding day with fond memories and have Tammy to thank for that.

asy to talk to, and incredibly organized. She truly listened to what we envisioned and helped bring everything together with calm professionalism and care.
On the day of the wedding, she worked seamlessly behind the scenes with her amazing assistant, Sam —managing the timeline, vendors, and any surprises—so we could be fully present and just enjoy every moment.
Tammy genuinely cares about her couples and goes above and beyond to make the day as stress-free and special as possible. If you’re considering hiring her, don’t hesitate. She was one of the best choices we made for our big day!
