s a cool wedding planner. Her passion for what she does shines through in every detail, and she truly goes above and beyond for her couples. Kelsey was an absolute lifesaver as our month-of wedding coordinator. Her organization, attention to detail, and calming presence made everything run so smoothly. I cannot imagine having planned this wedding without her—she took all the stress off my shoulders and allowed me to fully enjoy the day. Not only did I love working with her, but half of my wedding party is now planning to use her services because they were so impressed by her expertise and warmth! If you’re looking for someone who is professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, Kelsey is your person. Thank you, Kelsey, for making our wedding unforgettable! If Mike and I could rate you 10 stars, we would.

sen the stress we already had on our shoulders. We had a church ceremony, and usually the church provides direction on how things should go. Well, we didn't have one of those due to unforeseen circumstances and Kelsey stepped up to the plate to handle it all! When the wedding weekend was finally here, Kelsey was able to corral our crazy group and ensure everyone was where they needed to be when they were needed. Even when issues arose (we all have to face it, they're going to happen) she handled them with grace - she was effective and efficient to resolve any issue, big or small.
Kelsey is the kind of planner that you want for your big day. Her communication is top notch, she goes above and beyond to make you feel special, and she's someone that we now consider a friend. I couldn't have asked for a better planner to help make our wedding day the most magical day EVER! If you're looking at booking K.Cutright Wedding Coordination + Design for your wedding planning, book her you won't regret it!

line for impending planning panic. Kelsey took our vision and made it into our dream wedding, from decor, to color story, to each and every vendor, all the way down to the minute by minute details of our wedding day. Without me even knowing on wedding day, she went and bought out a Giant Eagle of their mini water bottles, stocked up on missing liquor for our bar, and bought the wedding party chicken nuggets because our ceremony ran late. She brought me and my husband drinks all throughout the night and checked up on us to gently remind us to be in the moment and enjoy ourselves. I could go on and on and on about how amazing Kelsey is! We had a long engagement and Kelsey made each step fun, easy, and without stress. In her masterful ways, she kept our wedding dreams alive while still keeping us grounded and realistic. If you are considering hiring Kelsey, please just do it, you absolutely won't regret it!

work with the whole time!
One of the many ways that working with Kelsey is unique is that she’s very talented at graphic design. She designed and created our wedding invites and the table signage for our wedding. I was very specific (and non traditional) in how I envisioned both the invites and the table signs and she completely nailed my vision.
Kelsey is excellent at remembering ALL of the small details, of which there are many! She also excels at being thrifty and finding you the best price for everything while keeping your vision in mind and maintaining the beauty of it all.
When you work with Kelsey, you get the complete and absolute package, you will be so pleased with your decision and the end result!! She really made this special event in our lives a breeze and a dream.
