If I could give zero stars I would... If you’re looking for transportation for an event I’d look elsewhere. Getting a hold of this company was impossible. They only responded to my...
initial inquiry with pricing. I sent many follow-up emails trying to book for my wedding. I also tried calling multiple times and no one would answer or return my calls. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t waste my time if I were you.
Of all the vendors I had for our wedding, this is the only one I would give a bad review. From the moment we chose this transportation company it should have been a sign that it wo...
uld not be the right choice for us. Communication was almost non-existent... so much that at times I wasn't sure we were technically booked with them. Speed up to wedding day... the trolley was absolutely beautiful, but our driver was awful. He was incredibly rude. I said thank you each time getting on and off the bus (along with other guests) and he never replied back. After our ceremony (we used the trolley for our off site pictures as well), I had a guest tell me that the driver told her to tell us (the bridal party) to hurry up! (We had the trolley booked for 3 hours so why we needed to hurry up I'm not sure) We were also charged $75 for tip that we were not originally made aware about when there is no way I would have given a tip like that for such poor customer service. Overall a very bad experience with this company.
KC Double Decker Trolley did an AMAZING job for our wedding on August 3rd! We searched all around KC for transportation options that would meet our needs (seat 35+ people, fun part...
y atmosphere, room to store our stuff, and AFFORDABLE). We ended up booking the yellow trolley for our entire day (12 hours) and it was such a great decision. The trolley itself is bright yellow and so fun; there was a ton of natural light for some awesome photos on the trolley, and it provided the best party atmosphere! Our driver was on time and was very flexible with our needs on the day. I would highly recommend!!
Easy to work with! Memories and unique!
My bridal party rode after downtown to a couple cool locations and it was the highlight of the afternoon! The driver was punctual and drove us around safely. The company was very e...

Very easy to work with and very well priced. The trolley was on time, the driver was great and we had a fun time! Overall, would recommend to anyone.
This company did a GREAT job! We rented a trolley to pick us up from our wedding ceremony to take us to the Kauffman Performing Arts Center, then to the reception after. They wer...
e right on time (actually a little early) and took us everywhere we wanted to go. Our driver was friendly, but he didn't say much, which was fine :-) We played music and were able to have a cooler with drinks, it was a blast! Everything ran smoothly and on schedule. I can't thank them enough for a wonderful day!
Awesome bus to rent. Cruised all around kc on top and took pictures. The guy was nice and organized. Knew how to get to all tje addresses no questions. Even dropped off some guests...
