y to enjoy our wedding day while she handled everything and made it flawless. The meetings during the planning process were so helpful to stay on track and helped me to feel so much better about it! She organized multiple things for me, and helped me to prioritize what needed to be done first without overwhelming me with everything at once. Kayla is a wedding lifesaver and I could not imagine having gone through the planning process without her.

to my wedding. My reception plans changed three weeks before the wedding due to COVID and she supported me wholeheartedly thru it. She lifted all the stress off my shoulders and made my day flow so seamlessly. I can’t think of my wedding without thinking of her! Trust me, you need this girl!
Kayla is quite literally the best. If you are even thinking about hiring a day of coordinator just sit down and talk to Kayla because I promise you will be blown away. She is not ...
only incredibly kind and thoughtful but she has a real talent for creative thinking and organization. We met up several times to check in through the wedding planning process and what a lifesaver it was. Kayla was great at bringing things to our attention that might need done without overloading or stressing us out. She kept us on track and walked with us every step of the way. We did not have a worry in the world on our wedding day and it was the greatest feeling. All questions were directed at Kayla and she executed everything flawlessly. After our ceremony got underway she went over to our reception venue and made sure all the vendors and decorations were set up correctly. Kayla was with us from 7am till everything was packed up at 10:30pm. She made our wedding everything we ever dreamed of and if you are able to hire her you will not regret it!
