Katy Pierson Cake

icate, unique, and delicious we had a hard time deciding). We had an initial cake design in mind but changed about 5 months through to doing 3 separate cakes on tiered cakestands with the 3 different flavors. The cakes were absolutely gorgeous and most guests got to enjoy multiple flavors during the reception, with rave reviews. We "saved" our top layer but ended up eating in throughout the next day because it was absolutely delicious, and since we were traveling back home, we didn't want it to go to waste. My only complaint is we don't have any left!!! We are planning to go back to Vail and will be asking Katy to help make us a cake for our anniversary so we can relive the deliciousness all over again :)

icious with unique flavors! She completely understood our design ideas and drew up a sketch of the cake we were envisioning. Our wedding cake turned out even more beautifully than I could have imagined and everyone loved it! I'm so happy we picked Katy at Sugar to make our wedding cake!! Thank you Katy!!

nd heard guests say the same! Highly recommend.

ded the pictures and she provided the sweets with unique flavors that everyone LOVED. Highly recommend!

work with. She was attentive, responsive, creative, talented, patient, genuine, and relaxed. Not to mention the fact that every time we met with her we were eating delicious cake. She is in a league of her own. We had a cake at every table, and they were all so delicious. We told her our theme and she ran with it. She also made cookies as a surprise to the groom, which our guests RAVED about! She also made homemade smores for us that our guests absolutely LOVED! (And so did we!) When I arrived at our wedding and saw all of her desserts, I was amazed. They were BEAUTIFUL! At one point, everyone sat down and actually ate the cake! I've never seen that at a wedding! People are still talking about how delicious her cakes are. I am already planning to order another cake from her for my birthday! If you are lucky enough to work with Katy, congratulations. You have now ensured an amazing wedding!

wedding. The cake itself, the innards, were delicious. We had two different types (it was four tiers) - a peanut butter chocolate porter cake with carmel pretzel filling (omg amazing) and a lemon thyme ginger cake with berry filling (my favorite and perfect for a summer wedding). The dessert bar she made was also amazing - strawberry rhubarb mini pies, eclairs, and whoppie pies. Overall, the desserts were a huge hit and I'm so glad I used Sugar!

ed and she was able to replicate it perfectly. The cake also tasted amazing! I am not a big cake lover, but this cake was very very tasty :) I would highly recommend them.

re. It was so cute! We have 5 different flavors, and ALL were delicious! The cake we cut was red velvet. When my husband and I cut into it and fed each other, I remember thinking, wow, this icing is really light! Who thinks that during their cake cutting? Anyway, needless to say, it was delicious. We loved Sugar Breck!
