Katie worked hard the day of the party to make it go extra smoothly. I had friends come up after to say how great she was! We are so happy we hired her and will definitely use her again for future large gatherings.

e could get by with coordinating everything ourselves, too. I could not have been more wrong. Katie was easily the best money that we spent throughout this process. Our venue did not include other vendors (DJ, caterer, table clothes, dishware, etc.) so we had to bring everything in. I cannot imagine having to coordinate and organize this all while doing everything else. Katie made the entire process SO easy! We signed a contract with her in December, but we didn't have our first meeting with her until 90 days out (July/August - we got married in October), though we could have reached out sooner if needed. It was honestly such a relief knowing that we had her throughout our whole process. She had a shared document that we could all see the timeline, details, vendors, contact info, etc. and we all had freedom to edit it and see what changes had been made; this made it very easy for everyone to be on the same page. She even had me send her staging photos of how I wanted centerpieces to look and she replicated them all to a T. I also had a lot of decor that I didn't know what to do with but knew I wanted to incorporate in some way - I gave the decor to her and she worked her magic, everything looked INCREDIBLE! Her communication was incredible, too! Very easy to get ahold of and responded very quickly. She was always so calm, cool and collected - if she was stressed, I never once noticed. The day of the wedding, she (and her assistant) took care of EVERYTHING! Since I am so used to being the organized, put-together one, she often had to remind me to stop, socialize, have fun, and let her handle all of the details. She delivered these friendly little reminders with such love, respect, kindness and care. I never even knew if there were issues or if something wrong happened, which is exactly what I wanted. The entire day went so smoothly, and I was not stressed one bit. She was truly, genuinely happy for us, and gave us lots of smiles and hugs throughout the day. I know Katie was "only" our day-of coordinator, but I truly feel that I found a friend in her! My now-husband and I will be eternally grateful to Katie and the expertise, organization and fun she brought to our entire process. I truly cannot recommend her enough to all couples planning their day!!

Katie made the ceremony and the reception feel like a top notch venue with her two assistants. She thought of everything! For example, as many know, the bride and groom often don’t eat at the reception due to socializing and the general excitement to see everyone at the wedding. Katie made sure my groom and I got our plates first while the guests got their food. This small detail kept our guests happy and ensured my groom and I could eat and relax; she truly thought of every detail. Katie was able to precisely and accurately manifest our vision of how we wanted our wedding. Katie was the absolute best part of our wedding, other than getting married (;

We had several meetings along the way and I felt like each one helped me stay on track. As a bit of a DIY bride, this was so helpful as I used her meetings to gauge if I was ahead or behind of schedule. She also created documents that we had access to so we could be on the same page about the day. We were able to add comments to the document so we could change things about the day directly through her. In addition, Katie had a pretty extensive closet full of decor items that we were able to use. It really helped with those small items you don't think about until you see them! Overall, Katie was a joy to work with. She was kind to everyone and very on top of all the details going on with the day. I did not have to think or worry about any of the logistics, decor, or planning on my wedding day and I owe that all to Katie. I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married!

We were so grateful to know that she was graciously working behind the scenes to align all of our chosen vendors into a timeline. She also managed setting up all of our florals and centerpieces on the day of the wedding which all looked gorgeous. Lastly I have to mention my bustle. It was 27 loops and she was so careful to hook it all up correctly and evenly. Then when I would sit and some would come unbuttoned she was right there to hook, tuck and fold it back in place… on her sweet knees! If that’s not sacrificial care coming from a heart of gold, I don’t know is! I treasure her hearts for brides and highly recommend her.

s for my wedding. As every bride would be, I was so nervous and concerned the day of my wedding. Up until then, Katie and I had communicated multiple times, and talking to her was as if talking to a close friend. The day of, she was readily and willingly available even whilst running around decorating to perfection for questions my bridesmaids had. I learned they called her about steaming my dress and she took the time to help them and guide them. I was so grateful for her kindness towards them. My wedding was perfect. Every single thing I saw was put together with so much love and care in every detail. I hadn't sent her staging photos of my sweetheart table or cake table, and when I kept secretly looking into the room, I was filled with joy. I could see her bustling around, carefully placing flowers and all these little things around to perfect a vision I didnt even know I had. She was there for me through everything. I know this is a wedding planner, but her encouragement and excitement brought me a sense of comfort even seconds before I walked down the aisle. She celebrated with me, she comforted me, and she put so much time into familiarizing herself with my husband and I, I felt so at ease putting all my worries into her hands. The entire night, and even afterwards, a week later, so many people from my family came up to me complimenting Katie. She was a light to everyone around her, impactful enough for friends and family to compliment her personality even while she worked so hard all night to perfect everything I wanted. 3 days after, she sent me an album of all these beautiful candid's she took from the day. My husband walking into the venue, excited and in awe. Seconds before I walk down the aisle, my arm linked with my fathers. These photos came after I received professional sneak peaks, and yet, they were the ones that made me sob. They were so personal, and tailored to me, my husband, and all the small beautiful things she put together that day. I could go on and on about Katie, but Im reaching my character limit. She was phenomenal. I wish I could use her for every single event in my life. She made my husband and I feel so special and so loved, I truly feel as if she could never be repaid enough for what she has done for me, and other couples. Thank you, Katie, for being such a blessing in my life. You made my wedding beautiful, and I am forever grateful to you, your care, and your love for, well, love.

I work with a lot of projects managers in day-to-day life, and if they were as detail oriented as Katie, every project I work on would be a smashing success. Katie will handle every detail, as long as you trust her. Put your wedding day in her hands, and you'll have a stress-free day! She earned our trust on our first call with her and it never wavered. Our first meeting with her, only a few short months before the ceremony helped spur us along to tighten up a lot of the small details we hadn't considered yet. Afterward, she reached out and began coordinating with all our vendors behind the scenes, making sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when. When the day of the rehearsal came, she took charge and ran everything with grace and aplomb. She gave us great vendor recommendations, all of which we used and couldn't be happier with. She took the time to explain some of the processes and typical timelines when planning a wedding, which made us feel more confident and less intimidated while getting ready for the big day. Most importantly, Katie was a true, diplomatic advocate for us when we ran into some miscommunications with the venue. She made sure we got what we needed and stayed on top of all communications to ensure everyone from the vendors, to the venue, to us, were all on the same page. We also really appreciated the opportunity to use some of the decor that Katie has on hand from her collection. We used several of the items, which helped us keep our decor budget in check. Katie also provided design guidance for us and made the whole look come together seamlessly. With delays because of rain and the possibility of shifting the ceremony inside, Katie kept in constant touch with the guests, wedding party and other vendors to make any last minute changes. In looking back on pictures from the day, she is seen in the background time and again, finalizing that last details on decorations, assisting in the last minute wedding gown adjustments and calming the bridal party when issues came up with "buttons coming off the gown". She was fantastic in keeping us focused on a fun and beautiful day. Katie was wonderful to work with and I know the day would not have gone as smoothly without her.
