About this vendor
Katherine Elizabeth is a custom design studio located in northern New Jersey serving customers all over the world. Founded on the idea that wedding stationery shouldn't be conventional, mass-produced, or run-of-the-mill, we believe in giving wedding paper genuine personality. We believe that an invitation sets the tone for an entire event, and it can have the power to tell a beautiful story. We take the personality of a couple and the feel of their wedding and translate it into an heirloom-quality invitation that not only speaks to them, but about them. We are looking for couples who don't settle for trends; who not only want to invite their guests, but excite them.

Katie’s work is SO stunning!!! We are absolutely in love with all of our stationary and day-of items. We wanted a classic and clean design and Katie helped us achieve just that. We...
used the custom monogram Katie designed for us throughout our entire wedding - on the invitations, the ceremony program, the matchboxes, hotel bags, the ice sculpture, the DJ booth, cocktail napkins, the list goes on! It truly tied our whole wedding together. She also drew an illustration of Eagle Oaks to use on our invitations and our matchboxes, as well as designed our signature drink signs. Everything was so gorgeous! Katie was lovely to work with and was so helpful throughout the entire process. We cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Katie!!!
We loved working with Katie! We used her for our save the dates, invitations, and wedding day details. Her work is beautiful! Everything came out amazing! I highly recommend.
Designing our invitations with Katie was my favorite part of wedding planning. I found Katie through reviews on Facebook and set up a zoom consultation. Katie is so sweet and desig...
ned many different style options for us. My mom and I first went into her studio to see all of the different shades, details, fonts, and her previous work. When we narrowed down the final designs, we went in again to pick from three physical proofs. She designed our monogram and we used it throughout our wedding on our cake, invitation, menus, and above our sweetheart table. Katie was so responsive and wonderful to work with.
Katie made the invitation process so easy for us. She worked with our examples and was able to bring our vision to life. We looked at ordering standard invitations online initially...
and we are so glad we went with Katie because you really get a true customized experience. She made our monogram into a crest for us that we would not be able to have created if we did a generic online invitation. She really listens to what you want and when you give feedback of changes she delivers! If you want something truly custom, great quality, amazing service and someone who is going to take their time and get you your dream invitation it’s Katie!
Katie made the invitation process SO easy. She is responsive, sweet, creative and professional. Her office is easy to get to, warm and welcoming. There is something to be said abou...
t seeing invitations in person, touching them, and being able to talk through the design process. All these "do-it-yourself" invitation websites cannot touch the quality that Katie delivers. Wedding planning can get overwhelming and there truly is no price on convenience and peace of mind. Your wedding is a once in a lifetime event. PAY SOMEONE TO DO IT RIGHT! Katie provides you with a Google Sheet to organize your guest list, the addresses and RSVP's. I don't know what I would have done without that Google Sheet!! It was sooo helpful. Thank you SO much Katie for your time, effort and hard work. My wedding invitations were absolutely gorgeous! All my guests commented on them. They are something I will cherish forever. Katie is the best!!
Working with Katie was great - everything was super smooth, professional and on time, and all our day of stationary and invitations turned out exactly how we wanted! ❤️
Katie created a GORGEOUS invitation suite for my husband and I. The amount of compliments we received from invitees made us so happy and proud! She worked diligently with us (albei...
t, while in her third trimester of pregnancy) and listened to our feedback carefully, and applied it in ways that exceeded our expectations. As an artist myself, I am very particular about how things look, so it was great working with a true designer who understood how I wanted things to appear and function. Additionally, her pricing is very reasonable compared to other invitation designers in the North NJ area which made going with Katherine Elizabeth Events an easy choice!
Katie made my bouquet and my groom’s boutonniere. Our guests didn’t believe that they were made out of paper. They were absolutely beautiful!! The colors are perfect. The size was ...
perfect. I’m so happy that I get to keep the flowers forever
From the initial phone conversation, meetings and all the way up until after I received my wedding invitations, Katie is so good at what she does and it truly shows! The amount of ...
detail and passion she puts into creating them as well is outstanding! I knew I wanted custom invitations from the start as soon as I saw her Instagram when she did Michael and Lauren Sorrentino's invites. I wanted her to match them completely and that she did! Her work is unlike no other and if you need invitations LOOK NO FURTHER!!! She worked with me on combining all of the custom invitation elements to match my dark navy color scheme and built out colors, themes, fonts all from the ground up. She even shipped my invites and I got them one day later and had all of my guest addresses printed! She worked with me on my set budget and this process was by far the most easiest parts of wedding planning! I am already recommending her to all of my friends and family and receiving so many compliments!! Thank you Katie for bringing my vision to life!!
I can't say enough about how much I love my wedding flowers! I went in with a rough idea of what I thought I wanted and Katie was great about helping me figure out which color shad...
es would look best, sizes, flower type, everything. She created a custom boutonniere for my husband (with a fishing pole) and was willing to add on 2 boutonniere's to our order a few weeks before our wedding. Working with Katie was pretty simple - the only reason for 4/5 stars is that I didn't always hear back from her in the timeline she would set...but otherwise everything was wonderful!
Katie was the best to work with. She was always quick to get back to me and had great ideas and options to help me fit our vision into our budget. We worked with Katie from our sav...
e the dates to our invites, menus, programs, and even had her make several 8 by 10 pieces for our reception. She will also be doing our thank you cards because she is such a pleasure to work with. Every single thing she made for us came out beautifully. I highly recommend Katie/Katherine Elizabeth Events to anyone looking for invites/other stationary for their wedding day.
She created our invitations which were spectacular- I received a lot of texts when our guests received them. She understood what I wanted after our first meeting and we only went t...
hrough a few redesigns. She designed a few signs, our menus and a seating chart as well. Everything “matched” and went together. It added a nice touch to our reception. Pretty well priced for what you are getting.
I knew I wanted custom invitations when looking at the poor quality you get from ordering off the internet. An invitation is the first impression people have of your wedding and wi...
ll set the tone for the event. I knew exactly what I wanted my invitations to look like and Katie at Katherine Elizabeth Events worked with my budget to create the perfect invitation. I received SO many compliments on my wedding invitations. Katie was very easy to work with and we went back and forth on fonts and motifs many times. Once we narrowed it down to two designs (different paper options and with/without gold foil), Katie sent samples to my house. This was by far one of the easiest parts of planning the wedding. I would highly recommend using Katherine Elizabeth Events. You will not be disappointed.
