Kate is truly one of the kindest and most selfless people we have ever met. She went above and beyond time and time again to make us feel special. When our wedding sparklers didn...
't arrive on time, Kate spent the day before our wedding scouring Nevada to find some and she drove over an hour out of her way to get them for us. During the planning process, she would send us personalized gifts and cards and truly made us feel so special. Day of our wedding, her and her second photographer were kind, courteous and made sure every picture was perfect. She became more than a vendor but a friend to us and we could not have been happier that she was in charge on our special day. I cannot think of anyone that I would recommend more to play an integral part in your wedding process. If she has your date free, book it, you will not regret it!
All around the best! As soon as I saw Kate's photos on her website/instagram I knew I wanted her to shoot my wedding! She takes the time to get to know you and focuses on all the...
little details that were important to us. She was super positive, easy to work with and numerous guests & wedding party members commented on how awesome she was. We totally agree and would highly recommend her for any of your photo needs! We know who we'll be hiring for anniversary pics one day! ;)
If you're looking for the best wedding/engagement/proposal photographer, look no further!
Kate was absolutely FANTASTIC. My partner and I were visiting the Tahoe/Reno area for a ...
quick getaway and he hired Kate to photograph our surprise proposal. Kate pretended to be our tour guide for a "hike" he had scheduled for us and I was none the wiser.
She did a great job playing along, answering questions like a real guide would and took candid pictures of us as we were on the hike. When the time came for the proposal she was able to photograph all of my shock and surprise.
I have a strong preference for candid and real moments over staged/posed photographs and Kate was super accommodating. She also got fantastic pictures of our pup in the snow with us!
She's so kind, thoughtful and really cares about your comfort when she shoots. I would highly recommend her to everyone!
I cannot overstate just how great Kate is at being not only a great photographer, but also a partner in your journey. From the first meeting with her, I knew that I wanted Kate to ...
photograph my engagement. She is very detail oriented and takes the time to understand exactly what you want out of your photos. Once she has a good idea of what you want, she can then help you visualize how the day will go. And then she executes wonderfully with great pictures and an even better attitude. Throughout the entire process, she helped out where needed. Mostly that was by taking the photographs, but she also helped in anything else that was needed. I cannot recommend her enough. You will be so happy you booked Kate!
In choosing to elope in a destination spot, I had TONS of photographers to choose from. I was overwhelmed by the number of choices yet underwhelmed by the majority of my options. T...
hat is, until I found Kate! Kate responded to my inquiry super quickly and even in our first “Skype meeting,” I felt like I was chatting with an old friend! She helped us find the perfect spots in Tahoe for our ceremony and photos, recommended a FANTASTIC florist, and captured our special day better than I could have ever imagined! You can see and feel the love from our incredibly intimate ceremony. I truly cannot recommend a better photographer than Kate Stapleton.
We planned our wedding in 2 months. When we came across Kate's website, it sealed the deal that we wanted her to capture our special day. She was very quick to respond and her atte...
ntion to detail is amazing. We met with her before our wedding day to finalize details and that made the day flow so much smoother. Once the day arrived, she was punctual, so fun and had cute group ideas to showcase how much fun we had at the reception. I would highly recommend Kate to everyone!
Thank you Kate for being so amazing!

ns! Our first event together was for my mother's 65th birthday party at The Harrah's Steakhouse! The lighting inside isn't the best as it is dim for a romantic ambiance, but somehow Kate brightened up the room! She captured all the moments in front of the DIY photobooth and the love that surrounded my mom in the room. We felt she was part of the family!
Next was a styled shoot for the Whitney Peak Hotel and head shots for my Officiating Business (www.MindyHaffke.com)!
Her pictures continuously impress me and I would highly recommend Kate as your photographer for your upcoming moments that need to be captured!

l-oriented at her work. She did our engagement photo shoot this winter and despite snow and 30 degree weather she braved it with us cracking jokes and a smile on her face. The engagement pictures turned out breathtaking to say the least! Can’t wait to work with her again very soon!

tographers thinking the “perfect” one didn’t exist, until I came across Kate’s beautiful work. Her style is so breathtaking. She is an extremely talented artist who knows all the right places, all the right angles, and all the right things to say to make you and your partner’s love come out in every photo. Her work speaks for itself. She has a delicate, romantic, bright style that is timeless and mesmerizing. We had Kate do our winter engagement photos as well as our wedding, and we could not be happier.
In addition to Kate’s photography skills, the rest of the booking and planning process is made SO simple for couples. She is a very responsive communicator and was always there for us through phone, email, Zoom, etc. We are thankful for her cheerful emails and the easy website she uses to complete the bookings. Aside from Kate’s amazing photography, responsiveness, and professionalism, we are most grateful for Kate’s kindness and genuine love for her clients. She is more than our wedding photographer- she is our friend, and we look forward to working with her in the future as we grow our family and celebrate many anniversaries ahead. Thank you for everything Kate, you are AMAZING!
