If you are looking for a wedding coordinator that is calm, totally rocks the logistics, truly puts YOUR needs (and wants that you didn't even know you had!) first, then Kat is your...
gal. We used Kat for day-of coordination, and if we could have, would have used her to plan our entire wedding.
From start to finish, she made this crazy and hectic wedding planning process so beautiful and organized and we could not be more grateful. She partners wonderfully with the vendors you have to ensure that everyone is on the same page, and boy does that make such a difference in the flow! We got so many compliments on the flow of the wedding, and it was all thanks to Kat. Logistics are huge on a wedding day, and everything went to plan with Kat by our side with a smile! She was so in-tune with the timeline that we got to accomplish EVERYTHING we wanted on our beautiful wedding day/night, INCLUDING first look, after ceremony photos, actually enjoying our dinner (which typically you hear horror stories of this not happening!), dancing, greeting ALL guests, going to the photo booth with my groom, and just purely enjoying the sweet moments. Thank you Kat, you are the best! Will recommend Kat to EVERY bride and groom I come across.
Kat was one of the best choices we made for our wedding! From the start, her warmth and kind demeanor really put you at ease. We are so grateful that she was our Wedding Coordinato...
r. Since she only coordinates a few weddings a year. We are happy that we got to be one of her lucky couples. You are in good hands if you hire her! She was our day-of coordinator and she went above and beyond making sure our day went great. She was amazing and I'm kind of sad our wedding is over because you really do feel like she is your friend throughout the process. Kat is patient and a true professional. You are in excellent hands if you hire her for your big day. She is very experienced and knows the ins and outs of weddings. She helped me through the process and gave great suggestions. I will be recommending her to all my friends moving forward! All around wonderful person with a great soul. Trust me you need a day of coordinator for your wedding if you want to enjoy your wedding stress-free. If you're lucky you'll be able to work with Kat!
Kat was incredible! She was so incredibly easy to work with and such a pleasure to hang out with. I knew from our first phone call she was the vibe I was looking for and truly made...
sure the day of the wedding was as calm and organized as it could be. The night prior to our wedding was hectic and Kat went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us through the unexpected chaos. Day of the wedding she was an absolute angel and we were all so thankful for her!
She was such a great coordinator and I HIGHLY recommend her!
When my husband and I chose our venue, we asked their team who they recommended as a potential wedding planner - the first person they suggested was Kat. Our wedding date was over ...
2 years after we got engaged, so we wanted to work with someone who was in it for the long haul and who could help create our dream wedding detail by detail from top to bottom. Enter Kat, who without question, made our wedding absolutely perfect. She introduced us to each vendor knowing, based on our personalities, who would work well with US as a couple and not just put on a pretty wedding (but of course, in true Kat form, we worked with the best vendors AND had the prettiest wedding!). However, the most important part of this whole wedding planning process was getting to know her and spend time with her. Watching her work, with her years and years of experience, helped us stay calm the entire 2 years and truly made every aspect of planning enjoyable. Throughout these 2 years, Kat became more than our planner, she became a friend (and now that the wedding is over, we miss her like crazy!). We could not recommend Kat more! To any couple that works with her - get ready, you are in for a real treat!
We didn't realize how many details needed attending to during a wedding reception until we began planning one; that's when we decided that we needed a day-of coordinator! From the ...
moment we hired Kat, she was on top of every detail of the reception, making sure that we thought of everything, keeping the lines of communication open, and ensuring that everything went smoothly at the reception. Kat and Erin ensured that my groom and I had everything that we needed while also making sure that the rest of the reception flowed smoothly. They worked so seamlessly that I forgot to worry about anything during the entire reception! They were one of the best choices that we made, worth every penny!
We used Kat Keane as our day of wedding coordinator at Calamigos Equestrian Center in Burbank and boy did we make a wonderful choice in hiring her! From the planning meeting to the...
day of she made us feel comfortable and completely in control of our whole wedding day! On the day of the wedding she arrived early and beautifully set up all of our personal decoration. When I arrived she greeted me right away and handled the whole day from there! I can not say enough about how comfortable my husband and I felt in her very capable hands! Several guests and family members complimented us on how great they thought she was! She made sure to hang back and let us enjoy our day but was always there when ever we needed her! She skillfully carried out the timeline she had put together for us to the very minute!
Although we went back and forth on wether we needed a day of coordinator or not, I am SO glad we went with Kat! I can not imagine the day going nearly as smoothly without her there! She's the best and I would highly recommend her for day of coordinator or full wedding planning! Love, The Rossie's
