Stellar Customer Service (And Rings)
My wife was looking the perfect weddings bands for us and stumbled across Karat's baguette band. Even though we're in the NY area, we decided ...to order — and it was one of the best decisions we've made together. Karat quickly adjusted my wife's band when we realized it was a bit small and then, two years later, when I had a mishap with a local jeweler who completely polished my band, Karat restored the ring to its (perfect) original condition absolutely free of charge. They've definitely earned customers for life.
