For starters, Kelsey and her team were (and are) amazing! From the moment I reached out until the moment I left the wedding venue, they were kind, responsive, and so supportive. Getting married is a big thing, and having a supportive team means the world.
I connected with Kelsey (the owner) when I was living in Oregon, working to plan my North Carolina wedding, as my now-husband and I are NC Natives. I desperately needed a phone call and someone to help me corral my thoughts, dreams, and hopes for such a special day in my life. I expressed that I am a planner and I love to plan, but I'd love to be able to set that hat off for the day and focus on enjoying it. I also needed someone who could be my eyes and ears in NC, with me living across the country. Kelsey immediately knew how to support me in this with virtual meetings, FaceTime calls, emails, and text messages. Creative problem-solving and clear communication were the first things that made me realize I had picked the right team!
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, as things started getting a bit stressful, Kelsey was so much more than just a coordinator; she was grounding and supportive in more ways than I can count! She was always right there with a listening ear, warm words of encouragement, and super helpful strategy sessions that kept everything on track and put my mind at ease. When rain was in the forecast, she walked us through how we could work with it and still make the day completely special, even bringing clear umbrellas for our photos so we could capture amazing shots no matter what!
On the morning of the wedding, when my hair beautician and makeup artists were running late, Kelsey stepped right in without hesitation to help solve the problem and keep things moving smoothly. She completely took the weight off my shoulders.
Her thoughtful care throughout the entire day meant everything to us. While my husband and I were taking photos, she made sure to bring us drinks and quick snacks, so we actually had something in our stomachs during all the hustle and bustle. At the reception, her team made sure everyone stayed hydrated, bringing around bottles of water just in case. And when it was time to celebrate, Coordinator Kelsey even jumped in to help my maid of honor and matron of honor pin up my dress so I could move around and enjoy the night freely!

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. As the bride, I stood there with not a single ounce of stress during my wedding day because I knew that Kelsey and her team understood exactly what we envisioned for our special day. She cared for every detail with so much intention, even the sweet and simple things, like taking Polaroid photos on her own for us to keep forever. Her presence brought peace, confidence, and joy to every part of our experience.
We are thankful for the way she managed and reviewed every vendor contract, how she stayed invested in reminding us of every invoice and important deadline. The behind the scenes work she carried out with our venue was also truly remarkable. So much of what made our day seamless came from the effort she poured into details that many people never even see. Her dedication allowed us to simply be present and enjoy every moment.

have been the same without her. Honestly, before booking with her I was a little nervous going with a smaller business. I just wanted my wedding day to be perfect and you see all of these perfect, amazing photos on social media and I thought I needed to have the best and spend so much money or it wouldn't be perfect. I am so glad I took a chance and decided to go with Kelsey. She truly makes you feel known and seen. She is constantly emailing you about anything, answering my random texts, answering my random calls when I didn't even make an appointment, spending her weekends and nights jumping on zoom calls with you, emailing vendors, setting up your timeline, joining my calls with my other vendors to make sure she can be that voice for me when I got timid, helping me find vendors for certain things, and the list goes on. She really was my partner in planning my wedding. She is so hands-on and makes you a priority during your wedding planning. She is so very reasonably priced for all of the work she puts in. And she does it all with such a happy spirit.
On my wedding day, although now hearing about it from others and noticing things from pictures, I can say there were a few hiccups or things that did not go perfectly, my husband and I had NO idea. Truly, we thought everything went perfectly (It is dang near did), because Kelsey took care of it all. She dealt with any problem that arose without alerting us and made the best decisions. I was able to enjoy my whole day and not be stressed or worry about a thing. She kept us moving along and staying on timeline while making sure every vendor was present, setting up, and doing what was needed of them, and even stepping in and doing tasks that weren't hers to do to make sure it went perfect. She was so tentative to us and truly she was my favorite vendor! I cannot recommend her enough and I am so sad that I don't get to work with her anymore. She is the best planner and she is worth every single penny (I think more honestly). So, I hope reading this helped persuade someone to go with Kelsey because she truly makes the wedding day a fairytale for the Brides and Grooms she works with.

She maintained contact with me throughout the year, and helped me come up with ideas for the ceremony and reception. She answered all of my questions and was available when I had a question to ask. She quickly arranged and later cleaned up all of our decor and other things for the ceremony and reception. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently, and it was the best night. Full transparency, there were a few issues during the wedding where it didn't feel like Kenisha knew what should have been going on / not everything was set up how we had planned for, but at the end of the day my husband and I are still married so that's all that matters!
