We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Kaleidoscope in September 2026. It was the most beautiful place! Our guests loved the space provided for all events and couldn't get enough of the decor that was provided in their special packages. The venue's staff were so kind and helpful! The bartender was fun and made great drinks! I would reccomend this venue to anyone looking to make their day beautiful and special!

The ever-changing beauty of its namesake inspired the concept of Kaleidoscope Weddings & Events. Michelle & Ed Roberts and Ashlee & Brian Ryman form the team of two couples behind this enterprise. Their shared vision was to create a venue that would reflect the array of colors, emotions, and special moments that make each wedding amazing. This property is carefully designed to blend contemporary elegance with whimsical charm and artistic sensibilities. Whether the meticulously thought-out architectural details or the soaring stained glass windows and ceilings, these elements have been chosen and restored for a marvelous effect. The main level of this property can host up to 200 people, while the lower level has a capacity of up to 175 people.
Kaleidoscope Weddings & Events is available for both wedding ceremonies and receptions. The owners believe in inclusivity and embrace a spectrum of love. They host single-faith, multi-faith, and non-religious weddings, as well as embracing cultural ceremonies and same-sex marriages. The venue staff also offers a variety of services for your special occasion. These include bar service, beverages, and the use of rentals such as a photo booth. up, tears down, flips the ceremony space into a reception space and is there to make sure everything goes smoothly. Michelle is the manager and was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We added the mirror me photo booth which was fun. We had it for 6 hours but I think 4 hours would have been plenty so ended up paying more than we could have, but we didn't know😄
The Bridal suite is a dream, and the lighting for photos is just perfect. I'm so happy we found them and just highly recommend them!!! Thank you, Michelle and team, for making our wedding exactly how we pictured!!!

y down ever so slightly - the parking isn’t ideal. More signs at the attached lot to state handicap/elderly only. And make sure you make plans for golf carts or something to bring people up from the secondary lot. The seating downstairs for the meal was pretty tight and some of the taller, bigger guests were uncomfortable trying to make their way through the tables.
But even with this, the staff, venue, and help were top notch and I would pick the venue again. The bridal suite and groomsmen lounge were perfection. Just can’t say enough good things about Michelle and her staff, and the stunning venue.

We’re thrilled you enjoyed the special spaces as Kaleidoscope such as the bridal suite, groomsmen lounge and the venue itself and I couldn't appreciate your kind words about our team!
We truly appreciate the helpful feedback. While we’d love a larger onsite parking area too, we’re glad we can offer two convenient overflow lots that are just a short walk from the venue but golf carts are a great idea! We do have the handicapped spots painted with the handicapped blue lines and symbols but I do like the idea of getting additional signage for those spaces and will look into that!
As for the dinner seating, seating can feel cozier at events near our maximum capacity which this wedding definitely was but we’re so happy that so many friends and family were able to come and celebrate. It was such an amazing day!
