Kaeli has been the wedding coordinator for a close friend’s wedding and now my Stepson’s wedding. I have watched her work and worked closely with her. She’s very detailed and has great follow through in making sure things are perfect.
At my Stepson’s wedding I would not have made it without her. She went above and beyond the scope of what she was contracted to do to make sure the Wedding was as perfect as it could be. We encountered several obstacles as you do with a wedding and she was great in offering suggestions and working through those! Kaeli and her team were great!! She really cares!!
I cannot count the number of times I thanked Kaeli throughout the entirety of our wedding planning process and wedding day. No matter the number, I do not feel as though I thanked her enough. She was absolutely amazing! We almost had to postpone my wedding due to the southern ice storms of 1/24/26. Throughout all of this uncertainty, Kaeli helped keep me calm, contact vendors, make back up plans, and so much more. Ultimately, I did get married 1/24/26 (yay) and Kaeli kept our day running smoothly, kept up with vendors throughout the day and was so incredibly supportive throughout the entire day. If we could give her more than 5 stars, we would.
