Kevin has lectured multiple times at the prestigious Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI) convention in Las Vegas. Kevin's work has appeared in major publications such as VOGUE, Rangefinder, PDN, and French Wedding Style and has been recognized on Rangefinder Magazine's "Wedding and Portrait Photographer 'It' list."

t would be hard to put into words how much I appreciate the work that they put into our day, but what truly sets them apart is how much further they were willing to go to make sure that we loved the results of that work.
They were extremely communicative in advance of the wedding, so by the time we were caught up in the whirlwind of our wedding day they were in place with a clear plan every step of the way for photos and support. They were professional and super competent, so even large group family photos went off without a hitch, and we could spend as much time as possible with our family and friends.
Their photos were stunning and they arrived quickly after our wedding. They were so conscientious of us as client, that they actually included a couple of extra prints for us because the turnaround time was not up to their own high standard.
But what truly sets K Hulett apart is their willingness to continue to offer help even long after the wedding has passed. We actually lost our digital wedding photos, and after reaching out, K Hulett went above and beyond to make sure that they resent our photos, and even offered to retouch any prints that we wanted to buy! They somehow found time for this even amidst all of the work they have on their plate for current clients.

Initially our wedding was planned for Vancouver, Canada but due to the border being closed we cancelled and rescheduled for Sedona, Arizona. Kevin and Katie were completely flexible throughout the process. Since we are not from Sedona, we had the ability to have three photo sessions with them during the wedding week. Kevin has an amazing eye for large and creative photos. Katie’s eye adds a romantic, artistic, and detail oriented skill to the team. This leads to a very diverse array of photos. They are truly the dynamic duo. For one of the sessions, I wanted was to hike up to the top of a super challenging trail and take “end of the world” photos in our wedding attire. They we’re game from the beginning! I cannot say enough about this duo. You will not regret hiring them!

We had a chance to work with Kevin prior to the wedding at our engagement shoot. The photos from that day are almost as special as the ones from our wedding.
We got married in August 2020. We adjusted our wedding plans multiple times as pandemic restrictions changed, but Kevin and Katie were always part of the plan. They were particularly flexible as our plans changed. They were also respectful of safe health practices throughout the day.
Getting married in a pandemic reminded us of the importance of love and family. The photos that Kevin and Katie provided will be cherished for the rest of our lives. They captured the day beautifully. We cannot thank them enough for their kindness and care on one of our most special days.

ut. After another few months, I contacted them again after coming back to their site again and again. I'm so happy that I did and that we decided to go with them! Pre-wedding they were communicative and so easy to talk to, but I think their presence on our special day really took the cake. I was SO sick and uncomfortable but they still made me feel fabulous and look fabulous too! AND they're fun to talk to-- they felt like friends who just so happened to be taking our photos rather than strangers who we hired to take them. They kept us at ease even with all the hiccups of trying to get photos on a squished timeline, with a sick bride, and 10 million people (not really but it felt like it) to round up to get photos taken with.
10/10 would recommend to anyone getting married!

When it came to staged photos, they got everything done SO fast. We figured on two hours before the ceremony and a half hour at least of family photos after, and they got everybody posed up perfectly and knocked all the photos out in half the time. And they came out great--the smiles are all the more genuine because we weren't posing forever.
The lighting, focus, post-processing, everything was pretty much flawless. Of all the photos they sent us I think we decided to not publish a maximum of...ten? Seriously cannot recommend them highly enough.

can imagine all of the worries one might have on the big day, in preparation for the bride to make her way down the aisle. Being someone who is personally terrified of having her photo taken by someone else, the wedding photos were definitely high on my list of anxieties. From the moment I walked through the door to greet the bridal party, I felt an immediate comfort with Katie’s presence. She so naturally joined our group, turning the wedding photos I dreaded, into a fun, exciting, and natural experience. I cannot express the number of laughs we all shared that day, which I am sure Katie so beautifully captured. Throughout the event, there was not one point in time where either of you felt like an outsider looking in on the excitement we all shared. You both stood alongside us, honoring and celebrating the intimate union between Matt and Drrue, while so effortlessly capturing emotions and memories that will forever take us back to this beautiful day. We ended up doing a backyard wedding at our home, and looking back at the pictures, it looked like we were at a beautiful venue (we did do a good job on the venue) but they captured all the beauty and time we put into it.
We would also suggest having them both do the photographs, having them split up for the morning before, men had Kevin and the women had Katie. Being able to capture all those moments was amazing. As we have looked through all the photos it feels like we are living in real time through the entire album.
Honestly we could continue on and on of what an amazing job they did, but I will finish with saying if you are looking for photographers to capture such an amazing moment in your life, I would suggest no one else. To where my wife has already decided we will be asking them to be photographers for Christmas photos, eventually baby pictures and Family Portraits to come in the future.
Thank you Kevin and Katie for capturing our wedding and letting us relive it everyday we look through them.

d we met with them, we knew they were the right choice. They both met us the day before the wedding and we could tell they were really taking the time to scout the perfect locations and shots given they'd never photographed our venue. We found them through friends of ours who have used them and they were highly recommended, and I now can see why. Not to mention, they flew across the country and then had to drive all the way to the tip of long island for us!! Spending hours taking photographs can get a bit tiresome and quite frankly, make any groom a little antsy, but Kevin and Katie made the ENTIRE day so enjoyable and we are so thankful they were a part of it. We had a very large wedding party, which can be quite a bit for photographers to handle given there are so many people to juggle, but they made everyone laugh, comfortable, and the entire experience just genuinely fun. We were impressed with their portfolio but after spending the entire day with them, they completely exceeded our expectations. Kevin and Katie, words can't express how much we loved you! Thank you so much again.
