I fell in love with a Pandora ring and my friend sent it to my boyfriend at the time. He then went to Justice to buy it for me and proposed a few days later. It's almost been a ye...
ar since he proposed and the ring has caused nothing but problems. I've taken it in to Justice multiple times to get different things fixed and every time the employees there were rude to me and made me feel like my fiance didn't spend enough money to be worth their time. Every employee I talked to had a different reason as to why my ring kept getting loose stones. One of the smaller stones even fell out at one point so they ended up ordering me a new one (per Pandora's policy) after MONTHS of going back and forth with them to get it taken care of. After only one month of wearing my new one the middle stone was audibly loose. I took it in and they tightened it. A week later it was loose again. They tightened it again for me and that only lasted about 4 hours. When I came back in to let them know that it had come loose again they told me I would need to pay to have more prongs added so the stone would stay better. Then Amelia proceeded to call me and tell me that what my fiance bought me as an engagement ring was a fashion ring and I couldn't wear it everyday. When my fiance went to buy me the ring last year he told them it would be used as my engagement ring and no one said anything about not wearing it everyday. Obviously you wear an engagement ring everyday. Justice made us feel so bad about our purchase that my fiance ended up buying me a new, custom, much more expensive ring just so I wouldn't have to deal with Justice anymore. I have never left a bad review in my life, but the customer service at Justice Jewelers was beyond horrible. We bought my new engagement ring, wedding band and his wedding ring somewhere else and will never be back.
It’s extremely upsetting to have your engagement ring, something you should love and something that should make you happy, bring you so much frustration. I’ve been wearing my ring ...
less than a year and in that time I’ve had to have it worked on several times. I received a different explanation as to why my stone was falling out every time it was worked on. This last time, I was finally told that unless I wanted to pay to have them custom recreate the ring I had already bought from them that my center stone would always have to be set crooked because that’s just how their vendor built it. When you aren’t the one staring at that ring everyday, it is very easy to tell someone they probably won’t notice it that much. If I would have known this ring would cause this many problems, I probably would have had it custom made and not have had it ordered by a third party. Now my fiancé feels like he let me down and bought me a cheap ring. That’s feelings no one should ever have.
They have yet to deliver the ring my Fiance ordered nearly 2 months ago. Misty originally stated it would be done around July 20th. Then promised it would be done by the time my fi...
ance popped the question (Aug. 4th). On Aug. 3rd he went in to pick up the ring and they informed him that it was stuck in customs and was not available. This is completely and utterly unacceptable. The ring is paid for in full yet they can't deliver it. They gave us a stand in plain band ring to substitute knowing full well that they didn't have the ring. Yet didn't tell him until he went to go pick it up. The ring was ordered in June. Very shady customer service and they have a very upset bride on their hands.
Misty was perfect and helped us find exactly what we wanted!! Incredible customer service, I love my vintage sapphire ring so much!! Thank you!

rrowed" program where a bride can borrow up to $20,000 worth of jewelry on her wedding day if the groom gets her ring there. I borrowed a GORGEOUS necklace on my big day and it made it even more special. Such a great idea! I love this place, love the service, and love my rings!
We got all of our wedding jewelry (engagement ring and bands) here. They made a custom band to fit my contour engagement band. The staff is very friendly here and helpful.

We got my engagement ring and wedding bands at Justice Jewelers. We looked at similar sets at national chain jewelers and we got a great set at a great price here!
They gave us a great price for my ring and it has not stopped sparkling since we bought it! :)
The reason we went here was because my husband's late father used to buy his mom jewelry from here...which is kind of cool. But-they don't have a very big selection...and they sent...
us the wrong sizes for both our wedding bands. Too big! We went in to get sized and everything. Wouldn't have gone back there if it wasn't so important to my husband. Plus we have to drive all the way to Springfield (about an hour and a half) every six months to have the rings checked in order to keep our warranty good. Boo.
Fantastic customer service!
