Just Marry!

or our guests to be able to rave about for years to come. Let me tell you - Jordan from JustMarry! absolutely DELIVERED on this!  From day one, she brought a sense of clarity and calm that instantly made everything feel more organized and achievable. She had regularly checked in with me on anything I needed help with including vendor recommendations and  always making sure we felt confident and supported. It was clear she understood exactly what we wanted for our vision and knew how to bring it to life.On the wedding day, Jordan absolutely exceeded every expectation. She anticipated needs before they even arose and handled every detail with such precision and care that everything felt completely effortless on our end. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing she and her assistant had everything under control.Jordan’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine dedication made all the difference. We can’t imagine going through this experience without her. Thank you Jordan for an incredible wedding day!

ith us every step of the way — from walking us through the venue to guiding us through the entire process — and her vendor recommendations were spot on. That support made such a difference and helped bring our vision together so seamlessly. But what truly stood out was how she handled the wedding day itself — everything felt effortless. Jordan was always ten steps ahead. Every little detail was already taken care of before we even had a chance to think about it — from making sure my brother’s speech didn't get lost to having something as small (but important!) as a glue stick ready for our guest book photos. It was incredible to see how much she was managing behind the scenes while making it all look so seamless. Because of her, we were able to be fully present and just soak in every single moment. There was never a moment of stress or uncertainty — just pure joy. She brought such a calm, positive energy and truly made us feel taken care of the entire time. Looking back, I know there were so many moving parts, and the fact that we didn’t feel any of it speaks volumes! If you are even considering a coordinator — do it, and ask for Jordan. She made our wedding feel effortless and absolutely perfect!

easy to work with. Their breakdown of timelines and ability to keep us on track really ensured that our day was smooth, calm, and truly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone planning a wedding in Orlando. They truly deserve a 10-star rating if there ever was one! Thank you, Just Mary Crew, for everything!

details with our venue and vendors, coordinating our rehearsal, creating a very detailed timeline for the day of our wedding, and taking care of our wedding day set-up needs. Emylie and the Just Marry! team really made sure our wedding was seamless and we received many compliments on how timely everything was. We cannot thank Emylie and the Just Marry! team enough for the way they allowed us to enjoy our wedding day without any stress since they handled all the behind the scenes details for us!

ime together!

pful, and truly on top of everything. During our phone calls leading up to the wedding, she patiently clarified details, answered all of our questions, and adjusted our timeline as needed to make sure everything felt right. At the rehearsal, Emylie offered helpful tips. On the wedding day itself, she somehow managed to anticipate our needs before we even realized them—placing my veil perfectly, making sure we (couple) always had a drink in hand, and being calm, present, and ready for anything. At one point, a bridesmaid casually mentioned she had forgotten deodorant, and Emylie immediately had a deodorant spray on hand. Later in the night when I cut my finger, she had bandages ready. My matron of honor also noted that she was very helpful during the decor setup. Emylie was also incredibly flexible and open to last-minute requests, whether it was passing along announcement requests to the DJ or discreetly handling behind-the-scenes situations, like ensuring the bridal suite stayed reserved for the bridal party. She handled everything seamlessly and respectfully. Those little moments made such a big difference and allowed us to fully relax and be fully present. Emylie truly went above and beyond— we are so grateful for her care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

of the way during our two-year planning journey, and somewhere along the way, she became a friend. And now that the wedding is over, I honestly miss her check-in emails! Mairead is kind, thoughtful, sweet, and incredibly organized. I can be very indecisive, and she helped guide me through countless decisions with patience and care. When a makeup vendor stopped responding to my emails and calls, Mairead immediately stepped in, contacted them, and got a response right away. When it became clear they couldn’t deliver what I needed, she helped me find a replacement vendor who exceeded all expectations. She is truly your go-to person for everything, and she handles it all with such calm confidence. What made the experience even more comforting was knowing that Mairead had personal relationships with all of my vendors. It felt like I had a whole team, almost a family, supporting me throughout the process. As a third-grade teacher planning a December wedding, I was juggling parent-teacher conferences, report cards, gifts, and all the holiday chaos on top of wedding planning. Mairead took so much stress off my plate and walked beside me every step of the way. When Mairead went on maternity leave about a year before our wedding, I worked with Danielle Palmer, who was just as wonderful. She picked up seamlessly where Mairead left off, which really speaks to the Just Marry! team as a whole. There is a clear theme here: planners who are not only incredibly organized but genuinely kind and caring. :) It meant so much to have Mairead with me throughout the entire planning process and then also serve as our coordinator on the wedding day. She knew exactly what I liked, what I wanted, and what mattered most to me, which made all the difference. I cannot recommend Just Marry! enough. If you’re considering booking them, do it. You will be supported, cared for, and in the very best hands. Mairead is the best! :)

ttentive - exactly the person you want guiding you through wedding planning. She let absolutely nothing get in the way of our perfect day. Every detail, big and small, was handled with care, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm. On the wedding day itself, Ellis and the Just Marry team went above and beyond to make everything flawless. They anticipated needs before we even voiced them, kept the entire day running smoothly, and created an environment where we could simply relax and enjoy every moment. Our wedding was truly perfect, and we owe so much of that to Ellis’s dedication and the team’s exceptional support. If you’re looking for a planner who will give you peace of mind and make your day unforgettable, Ellis and Just Marry are the best you could ask for. We cant thank Just Marry enough for making our day the best day ever.

ing date. The team regularly checked in, provided check lists to help with planning and was very helpful recommending vendors. It was a huge relief knowing we had them in the day of as well to ensure the day went smoothly. We did not worry about a thing knowing Stephanie was there to assist. Our wedding day was truly magical with their help.

lso really took time to be tremendously helpful in suggesting and helping out with every question and concern I have for my wedding and was so professional from start to finish. My timeline was super tight and a lot had to be done in a short amount of time, and everything went so smoothly, all thanks to Danielle and her team on the day. I wish I can give 10 stars if I could! My husband and I are forever grateful for them and all the efforts that Just Marry! Team put in for our special day!

e to be able to enjoy the wedding day & not worry about the logistics because she handled everything!! She is so kind & checked in with me throughout to make sure everything was good & the day was going smoothly. Highly recommend Jessica & the Just Marry team!!

ur wedding day and leading up to it. We are especially grateful for her handling all of the last-minute coordination when we had to pivot to our weather Plan B. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful situation turned out to be completely seamless. She handled all of the last-minute coordination with our vendors and venue flawlessly. Ellis and Just Marry! played a huge part in making our day as perfect as it was—rain or shine!

the stress so we could just enjoy it all. We appreciate them so incredibly much and would recommend them to anyone without a moment’s hesitation.

s I would.

e a Little Mermaid theme. After speaking with a few of the preferred planners recommended by the venue I decided to go with Just Marry as the girls I spoke with were kind, caring, professional and most importantly fun! I can’t imagine my day now without them! Diandra was my assigned planner and was such a blessing in all of my wedding planner. Honestly, to this day I genuinely miss our calls and e-mails because she became more like a friend than a professional I hired. Diandra went above and beyond and made sure our special day was flawless and magical. She was beyond caring and just fun to talk to and be around. I was nervous about traveling and getting married but she was so confident and an asset to have in my corner. I loved the portal they use for communication and Diandra was always willing to also hop on a call and talk things out, calm my stress and make me laugh. She made our ceremony and reception space look stunning and was such an Angel thru the whole process. She even put a special brooch I had brought in my bouquet and presented it to me in such a sweet way. Diandra and her team did so so much and I still can’t believe they pulled off my perfect little mermaid themed wedding with such perfection and grace. I’m type A and like things perfect… People warned me no wedding is perfect but they were all wrong because ours absolutely was ❤️ thank you Just Marry and Diandra…you better be around for our 5 year Disney vow renewal at Swan and Dolphin because you’re hired 🤣

coordinator! Thank you, Nicole, and the Just Marry! team.

ey were absolutely incredible. We were so grateful that Evermore paired us with Ellis and her team as our planners and coordinators—it was one of the best parts of the whole process. Even with the venue being new, we immediately felt comforted with Ellis’s experience. She offered helpful advice right from the start and made sure we were set up for a perfect wedding day. There are so many moving parts to planning a wedding, and we’re so thankful Ellis kept us on track with clear action items along the way. She also had fantastic vendor recommendations and helped us come up with thoughtful, specific questions for the vendors we had already chosen. On the big day, Ellis and her team were everywhere they needed to be—making sure everything stayed on schedule and checking in with us constantly to make sure we were good. Thanks to their hard work and expertise, we were able to truly enjoy our wedding day without stress. We highly recommend working with Ellis and Just Marry!—they were an essential part of what made our day so special. - Rob & Kelley Hutcheson

u can breathe easy—you've just won the wedding planner jackpot. From our very first interaction, Emylie made me feel completely supported, heard, and taken care of. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered every single question I had (and trust me, there were a lot) and guided me through the things I didn’t even realize I needed to think about. She struck the perfect balance of warm and professional—like having your most organized best friend by your side, with wedding superpowers. At our rehearsal and on wedding day, Emylie kindly but firmly managed some big personalities in our party—keeping things fun, but making sure everyone stayed on track. Most importantly, she constantly redirected the focus back to us, the couple. She made sure our voices were heard, our priorities came first, and we felt centered and celebrated through it all. That kind of quiet advocacy is something we’ll never forget. On wedding day, Emylie was nothing short of magic. She handled everything with such ease and intention. She was constantly checking in, anticipating needs before I even had them, and pulling out fans, water bottles, tissues, and anything else like a wedding-day fairy godmother. She and her team were even more than willing to help install our aisle runner (a task that ended up being trickier than expected!), and did so without hesitation or stress. I never once felt like I was “asking too much”—Emylie made it all feel possible, and done with joy. One of the most emotional moments of the day was the room reveal. I gave her and the team extremely detailed diagrams and a full breakdown of how I envisioned things—and they executed it perfectly. I cried big, happy tears when I saw it all come to life. It was even better than I imagined, and that’s entirely thanks to Emylie and her flawless coordination. She also worked seamlessly with Hannah from the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress team—as if they had worked together for years. Their coordination and mutual respect behind the scenes made everything run so smoothly for us in front of the scenes. That invisible magic is something you feel, and we felt it all day. While I know a thing or two about weddings myself, nothing prepares you for how overwhelming it can feel once you’re actually the bride. Having Emylie there to keep everything grounded, beautiful, and running like clockwork is something I’ll never forget. She was one of the most vital and cherished parts of our day. Our relationship with Just Marry started even before we chose our venue—after touring the Swan and Dolphin and meeting Mairead DeLuca early in 2024, we knew the Just Marry team was something special. When we decided not to go with that venue, we were genuinely sad—mainly because we thought it meant not working with Just Marry. We even joked we’d hire them anyway. So when we found out they were already partnered with Hyatt, we were overjoyed. It was fate. And while I have no doubt anyone on the Just Marry team would have been wonderful, Emylie was our person, and I couldn’t imagine going through this without her. She is calm, capable, kind, and absolutely exceptional at what she does. To the entire Just Marry team: thank you. And to Emylie—thank you for being the heart of our day.

and expertise. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Just Marry! made the entire process feel seamless, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Their team is professional, organized, and truly invested in making your dream wedding a reality. I especially want to highlight Ellis, my amazing wedding coordinator, who went above and beyond in every possible way. From the start, she was there to answer all of my questions—no matter how big or small—and always responded with patience, honesty, and a genuine desire to help. She coordinated with vendors on my behalf, ensuring that every detail was handled smoothly, and took care of so many things behind the scenes that I didn’t even have to think about. On the actual wedding day, she was an absolute lifesaver, making sure everything was set up perfectly, running on time, and flowing effortlessly. What stood out the most about Ellis was not just her professionalism but also her warmth and positivity. She handled everything with such a calm, reassuring presence, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel completely at ease. I never had to worry because I knew she had everything under control. She took my vision and turned it into the most beautiful, unforgettable day, and for that, I am forever grateful. If you’re considering Just Marry! for your wedding, do not hesitate—this team is truly exceptional, and I can confidently say that my wedding would not have been the same without them. Thank you, Ellis, and the entire Just Marry! team, for making my wedding day so perfect!

cole, who was an absolute delight and went above and beyond to help us plan our special day. We first met Nicole at our tasting, and it was an instant connection that we’ll always cherish. After that initial meeting, we maintained contact and even met up for coffee to gain a better understanding of her role in the entire experience and to share our vendor information. Nicole then took on the daunting task of communicating with all our vendors, ensuring that the right timelines were set and all the necessary information reached the venue. We thought the month ahead would be super stressful, but Nicole single-handedly made it all manageable. Once our wedding weekend arrived, Nicole remained our go-to girl, ensuring that the venue was set and ready, and even went above and beyond to help wrangle our wedding party whenever necessary. Along with her assistant, Brittany, the venue was meticulously set in a way that surpassed what we ever could have imagined, even setting up a preview of the space which had us immediately emotional. They were always nearby to ensure everything went smoothly and provided us with whatever we needed throughout the night. We had an unfortunate issue with one of our vendors that they continuously helped to resolve like a true hero so we could enjoy the day despite the issue. After the wedding, we discovered that Nicole had taken quite a few photos and videos of the day, which allowed us to relive the moments without the distraction of a phone during the event while we waited on photos from our photographer. We can’t recommend the services of Just Marry enough. They truly understand the work necessary to put on a seamless event and run with it. Nicole specifically was our super hero throughout. We can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with her.

ed our wedding in Orlando and the Sapphire Falls Resort. Stephine helped us through the planning process and helped us get in touch with other vendors and with the resort. On the day of the wedding Stephanie and her assistants were awesome. There is no way things would have ran as smoothly as they did without them. They really did help make the day so stress free. Her experience in this field of work really shone through. I am very thankful for them. I would highly recommend Stephanie and her team at Just Marry to help with your wedding planning needs!

didn't have a theme, and she was able to offer some really great suggestions that we used. We don't regret getting the full service because it was worth it. Thank you so much for planning and executing such a memorable day for us!

ery single step of the process and literally made our dream wedding possible!! There are so many parts of wedding planning that can feel overwhelming and confusing — but that wasn’t the case for us thanks to the incredible Just Marry! team! Their talents and organization blew us away from the beginning but we were even more blown away by their compassion and thoughtfulness. A few of months before my wedding, my dad passed away unexpectedly. Susan, Stephanie and Danielle were so thoughtful that they even checked in on my mom and us to see how we were doing since it was such an emotional time. They sincerely understood what we were going through and did everything they could to support us, which made working with them feel like working with family! Susan, Danielle, Stephanie and the rest of the team are so sweet, professional, excellent communicators, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable, generous and incredibly considerate! We appreciate their talent and kindness SO much!! They literally took ALL of the stress out of planning our wedding so that we were able to just focus on enjoying every step of the journey! :) They found us the most amazing vendors to work with and kept in constant communication with them and with us to let us know how everything was progressing! Then, on the day of our wedding, Stephanie was there continuously checking on all of us and ensuring that everything ran smoothly! It was such a gift to be able to just relax and enjoy our wedding planning / wedding day while knowing it was all being taken care of with the same level of care and consideration as if we did it ourselves! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a more incredible group of people! If you’re thinking about working with Just Marry!, DO IT!! You'll be so thankful that you did! :)

airead and team hooked us up with the best vendors, were extremely communicative and patient, and we could not have pulled it off without them. The portal they used allowed us to always be in the know, and easily pay invoices for vendors. Mairead would schedule us inteviews with multiple vendors to see if they aligned with our needs and she would even be on the calls to ask questions we didn't even know to ask. She was amazing, as was the rest of the team the day-of. It would have been a disaster without her and it was money so well spent!

may have missed! We had a few last minute changes that we had to work with and Mairead kept us calm and helped us figure out some solutions. Mairead and the Just Marry! team helped give my wife and I the wedding of our dreams! Thank you!

erience seamless! We highly recommend Just Marry! and hopefully you'll get lucky enough to have Jordan help plan your wedding too!!

ntire day. Most importantly, my sister in law felt supported and in good hands. Thank you so much to Heather and her team for everything!!

got married at the Swan and Dolphin Hotel. The first thing I want to point out is that my husband and I are overall happy with our wedding day. There are just a few things I want to put out there in case someone is questioning what they should do. We started with one coordinator and then switched to another. Closer to the wedding, we were given the first coordinator again. We didn’t really have any issues until the actual day, which was hectic. Keep in mind, both our families were with us, and we vacationed 3 days before the wedding. On the day of, my makeup artist, nor my photographer knew where I was or where they were supposed to be. They both mentioned this to me when they arrived for the day. My photographer did more coordinating than the actual coordinator, and actually mentioned that to me as we were trying to not have my husband see me in the lobby of the Swan. I also was not made aware of additional makeup/hair charges that were going to be applied to my total that morning. I was charged for eyelash application and “thickness of hair”. The makeup artist also made me aware that she only accepted cash, which would’ve been ok if I had known ahead of time, before the vacation, to bring cash with me. Luckily my mom had cash, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to pay her for the service. Another big thing we were disappointed about was that I had accidentally left my veil in the hotel room, and the wedding coordinator asked if I wanted her to get it. I said that it was ok (we were already behind on the day), but I wanted it for pictures afterwards (the wedding was 45 minutes late because the flowers were late). The veil was completely left behind and I didn’t end up getting it for the pictures, or at all, because we didn’t have time to go back to the room and had packed everything to be out by 11. We just got our wedding pictures back, and I realized that the coordination between me getting ready at the Swan and my husband showing up at the Swan was really messy. We have no pictures of my husband or the groomsmen getting ready because they were not told to go to a certain place to meet. Mentioned above, the flowers were also late, and delivered to the incorrect person at the hotel (my sister actually had to run and go find them), putting our ceremony 45 minutes behind and in return, having to extend our dinner reservation at Planet Hollywood an hour later. After we got back home to Ohio, we were happy, but also felt like things could’ve got a bit smoother for the price that we paid, and the location. I’m writing this review in hopes that it is helpful for someone else looking to get married at Disney with Just Marry!.

wing that all of the details - big or small - were in their hands. I'm so pleased with how my wedding turned out, but equally as sad to not get to work with the JM team any longer. 10/10 experience!!

ay! They help you with every step of the process and depending upon what you and your partner are looking for there are different packages offered. The Just Mary! Team even helped connect us to our violinist! We had an amazing experience with Susan and her team, specifically Ellis! Ellis was a ray of light and was both an emotional support & incredible planner making sure that everything was flawless on our wedding day and just as we envisioned. She was a key part of bringing our vision to life & was an absolute pleasure to work with! We can't thank her & her team enough for all of their help & support from the beginning to the day of. She remembered all of the details and for bringing your positive energy throughout the day! Ellis kept me calm and made sure that everything was as it was supposed to be. She even helped bustle my dress throughout the night when needed! We look back at all of the details and photos with so much sentiment and love! All of the future brides are lucky to work with the Just Marry! team!

s set up correctly. Her pleasant attitude and demeanor really helped keep everyone happy. The bridal party was large and required some work to make sure the bride and groom did not cross paths before the ceremony. They did a terrific job. I would hire them again without question.

nal and helped us find, book and manage vendors and work on every detail that was needed to have a beautiful ceremony and reception. We would definitely recommend Just Marry to provide excellent support that adjusts to your budget and timeline.

r wedding, but even with this abbreviated timeline they brought every detail together smoothly. Ellis, our coordinator, is such a positive and calming presence. The minute she was on our team, we instantly felt the weight of logistics and planning lift off of our shoulders. She is the reason why we got to truly enjoy this special time of our lives rather than just get through it. Can't recommend them enough!

f she was incredibly helpful with keeping us on schedule and making sure we had everything we needed and went smoothly. I don’t have any complaints with using Just Marry! for our wedding, they helped make our day perfect!

ng much more enjoyable. What makes this team extremely special is what happened the day before and day of our wedding day. Jordan unfortunately caught the flu the day before our wedding and informed us she would not be able to support our wedding. She quickly arranged for replacement coordinators. Within hours we had a coordinator to run through the rehearsal and another coordinator for the day of the wedding. Honestly I was extremely concerned with this because we had always worked with Jordan and now we would have a different coordinator for the rehearsal and an entirely different coordinator for the wedding itself. After the wedding concluded I have to admit I am so impressed with the Just Marry team. Our timeline stayed intact and on schedule. Their team was so supportive for all of our needs and our guests needs at the wedding. Jordan had done such a great job planning with us that our new coordinator who we hadn't ever worked with was able to keep everything running smoothly. It was as if we had Jordan on the day of. We cant express how great this team is!!!

ner through Just Marry. I would not have used a wedding planner if it wasn't for this, but I am THRILLED I had to. It made the experience PERFECT. Nothing went wrong at all, and honestly, for a wedding, it was relaxing. I planned my ceremony without a planner in NJ, and it was so much more stressful. Susan (the owner) was such a doll from day 1. She helped me figure out everything I wanted at the start of planning. Once I was ready to sign my contract, I started working with Mairead, who was absolutely incredible. I am going to miss her! On the day of the reception, she was perfect. We brought our own centerpieces, and she set them up beautifully. The whole place looked better than I ever could have imagined. She made our dreams come true!! The price was also much more affordable than anything we could have gotten in NJ. We paid less than 100$ a plate and had unlimited mimosas. Also, everyone they contracted for us (violinist, photographer, hair & makeup artist) were so much more affordable than Jersey and completely blew us away. I paid almost the same price for hair and makeup in FL as I did in NJ, and she did a much better job in FL and she came right to our room in Disney!! Incredible! The photographer was out of this world. He was friendly and made guests laugh, and he was super professional. His name was Matt, so if you use Just Marry! ask for Matt!!! The violinist was also absolutely perfect. We had so many guests tell us how amazing she was, and how much they preferred her over a DJ. (keep in mind with the music, we had a 50 person brunch in the Bluezoo at the Dolphin, so it wasn't your typical dance floor wedding, but it was exactly what I wanted). If I could do it all over again, I would. All of our guests were raving about how incredible the entire experience was. If you are looking for a wedding planner who is in the Orlando area, stop looking and use Just Marry! :)

months leading up to the wedding. Kaitlyn reached out closer to 6 months before the wedding and she was the PERFECT PERSON TO WORK WITH! We had some vendors who ended up changing things last minute and were difficult to get in touch with and answer questions promptly, but whenever we looped Kaitlyn into the conversation, she helped us resolve literally everything. She has a very calm demeanor, which was so important on wedding day. She also tackled every problem. Most importantly, she know what to bring to me as the bride on wedding day (very little) and what to make a last minute decision and move on. We are so grateful for Kaitlyn and would 100% recommend her to anyone!

cally required. She was so friendly and working with her was effortless. When it came time to make our timeline, she got the first draft set and we were able to tweak things as needed right through the comments. It could not have been easier. The day of the wedding was flawless between her help and the other two girls that accompanied her on the big day.

such an amazing magical experience. I would do this 10x’s over. It was like working with family!
