Chris was so easy to work with, attentive to every detail, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We’re so grateful we chose him for our wedding and it wouldn’t have been the same without his talent and expertise!

Chris was an incredible chef! The food was incredible and Chris met with us multiple times to help us build the perfect menu. We had quite a few allergies that Chris was able to he...
lp accommodate. The only ding i would give is that there were many reports that a server was refusing to give the allergy folks more of a serving that they could eat, but this is not a reflection of the quality of food that Chris serves. He was very professional when we did our taste test and was invested in us having the best possible event. Everyone absolutely raved about the meatballs, crab cakes, and chicken and waffles. The pasta station was a huge hit! There was plenty of food for everyone and Chris has a very competitive price with a personal touch. He responded to all of my emails very quickly and was always flexible. I would recommend Chris for any wedding.

ecide on the menu which was super helpful. Chris was open to a few suggestions that we had allowing us to add to his recipes to cater to our tastes. This is not something a lot of caterers would do but Chris was totally open and wanted us to have the meal that we wanted. Chris provided hors d'oeuvres for our cocktail hour post ceremony and then an amazing buffet for our reception. We had short ribs , fried chicken, fried flounder, red rice, potato salad and so much more. Everything was fresh and hot and utterly delicious. It was a great southern inspired menu that our guest loved so much that there was almost nothing left by the end. Now that is the sign of good food . We highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone that is looking for a professional staff that provides excellent service and amazing food. Did I mention that Chris has a mobile kitchen that you can use for your event? That is how fresh the food is that he prepares for you. Chef Chris is Rocking It in the kitchen! Thank you Chris we loved everything so much.
YUM!!! Amazing food and amazing staff. Can't say enough amazing things about Chris and his staff. The food was delicious. From the amazing cocktail food (chicken and waffles, fish ...
tacos, and pimento cheese croissant) to the outstanding dinner (shrimp and grits, beef tenderloin, mac and cheese, green beans, mashed potatoes) , we could not be happier with how the food turned out. SO many guests raved to us about the food, even still today!!! You will not be disappointed with Chris and his team!
