My fiancé and I were in NC for vacation and we scheduled an engagement shoot with Julie months in advance. She kept us updated throughout the entirety of our time before vacation a...
s well as upon arrival. Being from Kansas City, it was extremely convenient knowing we were going to be looked after and not have to chase in an unfamiliar place. On the day of the shoot, it was our first time doing anything professionally, and Julie was so good about informing us, giving us tips, and letting us know when we could expect to see our final product. Julie has done a great job, and I would absolutely recommend her for engagement photos. We are looking forward to seeing our final product in the upcoming week!
Julie is an absolute blast! We had so much fun with her during our trash the dress shoot - she was so easy to work with & made us feel so comfortable & at ease! She was great to co...

My Fiance and I recently did our engagement picture with Julie and LOVE how they turned out! The Outer Banks is one of our favorite places to vacation and Julie captures us in our ...
favorite place perfectly! She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We had fun playing on the beach and capturing the sunset pictures I particularly wanted. Also, the best part was Julie had the pictures ready to view after one day. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Julie!
I chose Julie to be my photographer over a year and a half before our wedding. I liked the body of her work so much that we actually set our wedding date around her. She was the ve...
ry first vendor we booked. Julie was so great from the very beginning. She is super personable, outgoing and exudes a positive energy that is infectious. She stayed in touch with me all throughout the year before our wedding which I really appreciated. Then fast forward to our wedding week. Julie came out to our beach house the day before the wedding and took family portraits. We had a huge group and she did a great job wrangling us and keeping everything organized and moving along smoothly. It was extremely windy but Julie made it work and the pictures turned out great. The day of the wedding she was a life saver for me. We had some weather issues and our wedding planner wasn't doing her job well. Julie made sure that I stayed calm and that all of the photos turned out gorgeous anyway. You can't even tell it was raining from her photographs. Her assistant was really great also. We did a first look before the ceremony and her assistant was great with the lighting and helping to get my husband and I to the light house at the right times so he wouldn't see me before hand. I don't know what I would have done without Julie's support and guidance that day. She was fantastic and we absolutely loved all of our pictures once we got them back. She is a true professional and really cares about her clients!! I definitely recommend her and her company!!! Use her...you won't regret it!!!
Julie is a one of a kind photographer. She is so friendly and personable that we got along with her right away. Not only to do we now have two sets of engagement pictures but we ca...
n't wait to see our wedding photos. She stays in touch to see what you like, if there are any pictures that you definitely want to take and so on. Her work is amazing and one of the reasons that we went with her is that my husband doesn't like his photo taken but he felt so at ease with Julie that I had to book her right away!
She does amazing, quality work. Plus she's super nice!
